Excellent experience with the pharmacist Visilli on a very busy Thanksgiving night. It was clear the pharmacy was getting slammed on this holiday as the phone was constantly busy, and it took quite some time to get the prescription filled. Visilli checked on my insurance after noticing the price, got my insurance information and corrected the system so that the prescription price adjusted. He was very busy yet took time to make sure I had no questions. I greatly appreciated his professionalism as he was extremely busy. read more

The only other thing that I think about Walgreens, I used to work there when I was a teenager 350 years ago, is how overpriced they are. I get my prescriptions filled here and shop while I wait for them. It's a good drug store for sure....however it's so hard to get in and out of, the location really bites! OH and there was some creepy guy working the register a couple weeks ago and making jokes about what the girls in front of me were buying. They had like 4 big boxes of rubber gloves...the medical kind and he made some perverted comment. I never written a review of anything except today for this location. Please stay away from this if you need medication filled. I took in a print out of my medication that was emailed to me to this pharmacy in the morning. They couldn't take it, no problem I understand why after they explained it. I, ME, tore up the printout and they said they would throw it away for me. They suggested the doctors office to fax it in. I called the doctors office and had them on speaker phone while at the pharmacy counter and the tech at the counter said the fax machine and the doctors office heard it and confirmed after the tech said the fax number a second time. I waited 10 mins and asked before walking out if they received the fax and they said "Yes, it is in the system". I waited 2 hours and went back. They had me wait in drive thru for 10 mins and came back and said the couldn't accept the print out and needed to have the doctor fax it in and showed me the torn paper that I handed to them as they said they couldn't accept that. WOW!! They tried to explain that the paper that I tore up and they volunteered to trash for me was the fax. I asked why they didn't contact me, my number is in the system, they had no response for that instead said "we can't accept the paper you turned in". Clearly this place needs to have their store manager, Tiffany Tran, and or the pharmacy manager Aislinn Early-Fuller provide proper training, or hire staff, or something to provide us customers proper service. From prior reviews it is clear they don't look at them and just accept that the reviews are meaningless as long as there are still people left that unfortunately use this location. I hope that someone who oversees Walgreens catches a glance someday at the service their company provides us customers and our feedback about this location and does something or maybe they just don't care and someday will have to do something after customers will start seeing the trend and stop using their service. So now I will need to make a 3rd trip today to get a status and or my meds and will need to explain to my employment why I needed to take 3 different trips to the pharmacy and 30 mins per trip to get medication so my infection and pain can be alieved enough to work. read more

1st off, had I have known this was a clinic inside a Walgreens, I would have never went. The reason I say that is because I was dealing with a fracture to my nose and toe. Anyways, I still go in because the guy I spoke with on the phone said to still come by and they will check it out. I checked in, and a lady walks out and ask if I was waiting for the clinic. Of course I am, I don't just hang out in Walgreens on a regular. She says she was on her way to lunch, but to come back and tell her what is going on. Uhm, okay. I go back. She doesn't even take her purse off and just stands there staring at me. Once I told her my injury was due to trauma about a week ago, she says yeah, we can't help you need to go to a doctor. You may have a simple fracture that will heal on it's own or another type (don't remember what it was called) that could leave deformity if surgery is not done. Okay, that gives me a lot of hope. I also told her I bit my lip during the incident and I was concerned about infection because a blister had formed on the inside of my lip. She literally proceeds to tell me it's just a blood blister, I can go home and pop it with a pin and should be fine. Yeah, is that your medical recommendation? To take a pin and pop it? Seriously?! How pathetic and NON helpful!! Don't go here, I'll be sure to pass this info on to the higher beings on this clinic as well! read more

I had a horrible experience with another Walgreens pharmacy so I came here, I went in upset and explained what just happened and they were so kind. They explained the other pharmacist was entering the insurance info in wrong. They got my prescription filled and taken care of within 20 min!! They kept apologizing and made sure I was taken care of before I left. read more

I have been to this Walgreens more frequently than any others. I think they do a good job of keeping the store clean. They get busy at times, but are pretty good about opening up an extra register when needed. You can, on occasion, find some good deals on markdown items. As far a sales items, they have limited stock so frequently an attractive price = stock-out. They people in the pharmacy are pretty nice, but they have fooled me one too many times on how long it would take to fill a prescription. So, rather than let them waste my time. I now go elsewhere for 'scrips. read more

This is one store, that no matter how many times I go in I can never remember where it is that they keep what it is that I want. I don't know. I've been to plenty of Walgreens and found things fairly easily but the layout of this location just isn't logical. Also, for it being it's own building I'm a little surprised at how little stuff they carry, and it annoys me that they have several aisles devoted to candy and don't sell other certain useful items you'd like to find here. I hate having to go into and out of the parking lot; I agree that it is just a PITA. The employees here could best be described as haphazard. I like Walgreens, but I have yet to have a good experience with the pharmacy at this location. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they'll be, and on multiple occasions they've forgotten to give us everything in the prescription (it's obvious when they only hand you 12 days of a 90 day supply). Tonight, the girl at the register helped one customer, then walked away from the rest of the line of people needing help...watched her chat in the back with employees who were actually working before she wandered up to the register to start helping people again. It's like a pharmacy that was created for the protagonists of a sitcom to have a bad experience in. read more

Waited 4 hrs to have a prescription filled after hours on a Saturday evening after going to an urgent care here in aurora. The pharmacist said it would take 1 hr to fill and i signed up for a text notification. I am waiting for this antibiotic for my strep throat which hurts like hell. I called at 8 pm, it's now 11:00 pm and still no text. I finally called to check on my prescription, the automated answering service said it was ready. What the hell...where was my text to let me know it was ready. I' m not going out now at 11:00 to Parker to get my meds and leave my kids sleeping here alone. This is the WORST pharmacy service I've ever had! Also, the pharmacist I talked to initially, was rude, in a rush, and I could barely understand what she was telling me. First she told me my prescription wasn't there, then after I said that my dr had sent it via e-prescription, she verified that they had it. Geez! If given a choice for a 24 hr pharmacy, DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS!!! Use the CVS in Parker ! The pharmacist that works the overnight shift is awesome. Very quick and above all friendly. The day staff make you feel like you are putting them out. Like I interrupted their work day. Don't even make eye contact. I realize this is a busy store, but shouldn't have to feel like they are doing me a favor by filling my dropped off rx. I changed Walgreens from the Colfax location to the location on Lincoln and Parker Rd. I thought the one in Colfax was bad, it had nothing on this one. Everyone is straight out rude, uncaring, and slow. Waited for 10 mins at the drive up then up walked an employee that just said what. Then waited another 10 mins to get my perscriptions that were supposedly ready. I will drive all the way from Parker to Denver to get better service from Walgreens. If you're forced to use Walgreens as I am because of my insurance, please be alert. Requested a refill and the app said they needed me to call. When someone picked up my call they started talking about another customer and her medications, she was talking so fast I couldn't get her to stop. Finally I got her attention, she proceeded to tell me that the copay was quite expensive and asked if I still wanted it. Two days before, I stopped in and handed someone a drug maker coupon for this and she put it into the system and said I was all set, obviously I wasn't. I use this pharmacy all the time, and yes, they are one of the busiest, however, they are great with service. Pharmacist Francis helped me today ensure my child had syringes and her medicine for shots that keep her GI motility working. Without them, she would not even be able to tolerate a feeding tube. There phone system calls you when your medication is "ready for pick up", go in and come to find out they aren't! This has happen to me 4 times now! They all tell me oh I'm sorry we don't have any control of that, than why the heck have it if it's not accurate!!! They are always rude about it too! Done done and done! What can I say. It's walgreens. If you need prescription, this is a good place to go. They call it in and get you filled pretty quickly. While you are waiting, they have an interesting selection of products to choose from. The "as seen on tv" aisle is probably my favorite. The drive thru prescription filling service is pretty convenient too. You can give them your script without even getting out of the car. You are likely to spend less money that way. read more

well i dont get my prescriptions from Walgreens any longer, not usually anyway but last night my husband( trying to help me out) took my refill script to Walgreens on his way to work and ask them iif he could pick it up on his way home in the am. well they told him this morning that since the prescription is written for today, they cant fill it til 9:00 am. This would mean he would have to wait around for 2 hours!!! after working all night. He said that the pharmacist was pulling an attitude , That figures! Thats why i had all my scripts transferred to King Soopers a few years back. Walgreens has changed and not for the better. Even the Castle Rock store was rude(why I left Walgreens altogether) Thanks for nothing Walgreens . Even though it was super busy, he kept checking on me and helped me navigate through the somewhat cumbersome program. Even he had to figure things out as we went along. Literally called Walgreens before my flu shot appointment to request they have everything ready beforehand so I can get a flu shot as fast as possible since I have a blood disorder and am considered high risk for Covid 19. They promised they would help but once I arrived I was made to stand there for 20 minutes even though I had a prior appointment, consent forms completed and insurance information provided!! Then they took me to a windowless tiny room where there's no air ventilation to administer the Flu vaccination. Why offer a scheduled appointment if you're not going to respect your customer's wishes! Why administer shots in a room where people could get exposed to this deadly virus! It might be their policy to only give shots in that small room, but at this time, it's ludicrous! Felt disenchanted since I spoke to them and said I'm high risk and told them of my anxieties and fears but they disregarded me and intentionally made me wait long after my appointment was scheduled! I called in a prescription refill the day before I left on vacation. It stated please allow extra time to contact doctor and get a refill. That was OK, I wouldn't be back for 5 days. When I returned from vacation the prescription hadn't been filled, nor had I been contacted. The pharmacy stated no one contacted the doctor's office. As they sent the doctor a fax, I also contacted them requesting the refill. When I went back the next day, the prescription still hadn't been filled stating they didn't have my insurance information. Mind you I've had prescriptions filled here for at least the last year with no change. Two days later I finally get a prescription and it's the wrong one. Attempt #4, they only filled it for 30 days instead of the approved 90. That was my doctor's fault but I'm going on TWO WEEKS to try to fill this. Mistakes 1,2 and 3 could have been avoided and #4 wouldn't be such a big deal. I still don't have my prescription. I'm going back to Walmart, as bad as they are they are still better then this. read more

Attempted to get a vaccination on my only day off of the week. I showed up and set up an immediate appointment and the computer told me they would likely be unavailable until thirty minutes after my log in because they would be at lunch. I browsed the store until 30 minutes later and when I returned the nurse practitioner told me she had been calling me for 20 minutes. I asked if she had tried to call me overhead and she said "No, I don't do that." Even though the pharmacy had been doing it the whole time I was in the store. She then proceeded to tell me she was out of the vaccination I was requesting. So after 30 minutes of waiting she was unable to help. The information was not available anywhere in the store for me to know they were out of the vaccination and I basically had wasted very vital time on my only day off that week... and I needed this vaccination so I could continue working. She said "sorry for your inconvenience" and told me to make another appointment. When I asked if she was positive they would have the vaccine by then she said she was unsure and gave me a number to call the morning of. The number was incorrect so I called the location who then put me on hold and forgot about me, then when I finally got through to someone she gave me another incorrect number. So unhelpful and unkind. I will definitely not be using this Walgreens for any future needs. read more

For the most part Walgreens is a very good pharmacy. The store is well stocked, clean, pharmacy is organized to be efficient, their app works well for managing my prescriptions, etc. Where they fall down is the attitude of some of their employees. In general most have a good attitude and work hard to be helpful. One employee who continually fall short in this area is a guy looks to be in his 30s, bald, white. He always seems to be in a bad mood, never smiles and makes no effort to be nice to customers. I was waited on by this guy September 25th, 2016 and just before our transaction started another employee asked how he was doing, he said (loud enough for me and all of the customers in the pharmacy area to hear him) that he "I'm here aren't I", I'd rather not be" and then some more that I couldn't hear but all of it sounded less than pleased to be there. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn't think anything of it but this is always this guy's attitude. If he hates working there this much he should get a different job. If he won't leave on his own Walgreens should fire him and any other pissy employees. read more

This is the worst Walgreen's I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their employees have shorted me on medication.Yes, they have stolen my aderol and tell me that because of their inventory they can't prove it. Yes, employees can steal them and say they gave you 30 while pocketing 4 of them. Their drop off window is NEVER available, so if you are sick and want to drop off a medication to pick up later, you are screwed. They have said several times they 'are working on it', yet never do anything about it. They have 6 employees behind the pharmacy counter and apparently it takes too long to write your birthday on a prescription and put it in a folder to fill. I will be calling the corporate office and making sure that they know that because of this particular Walgreen's I won't be coming back and I'll make sure that every person I speak with knows that they are horrible. Unfortunately for them, I have a ton of friends. I also personally know of so many people have complained about the same things from this store. I wanted to write a review regarding the phone service at the Walgreens Pharmacy department on Lincoln. I would not recommend using this Pharmacy. They must be understaffed because phone waiting time is ridiculously long and then when it lets you to be next in line, they cut you off so your forced to call back and leave a message. Stopped by to get a flu shot the other day. Waited what seemed like 10 minutes for the customer in front of me to get checked out. Eventually, I was noticed by Louis B. who came over to "help me". "Fill out 1-7" he tells me. So I did. Took a seat for a while (it wasn't busy). after more waiting I hear the young lady behind the counter say "he's waiting for a flu shot?" Or something to that effect. Apparently ol Louis B. didn't tell anyone I was waiting. Nice. Oh, I forgot to mention while I was waiting I got the pleasure of listening to the personal conversation between Louis B. and his coworker (foul language and all). Real professional. Another flu shot paperwork fail- "you need to sign and date". Oh, ok. Please? My fault? Its not just 1-7?! Geesh. Good customer service Mr. B. It's a typical Drug Store. Pharmacy seems to always be understaffed causing them to take a VERY long time to serve customers.

Service is lacking and uncaring. Location is hard to get in and out of. Moving all the merchandise seems to be the hobby of choice here. Every time I go in, it seems they have moved items. Nearly half the time I go in to get my prescriptions, no one can be found at the front register. I understand the employees need to stock merchandise, but, where? At times I will find the person clear in the back of the store. Are they not worried people will just walk out after waiting 5 minutes with no one helping them? They wanted to charge me $36 for a flu shot, since "your insurance doesn't cover flu shots". Yes it does. So I left there and went to Safeway, where my insurance covered it 100%. I have also tried, yes tried to get photos printed. After I submitted on-line for 1 hour photos, I arrived 2 hours later to be told oh sorry we didn't see that order. I was then told I had to wait for an additional 2 hours, and they refused to lower the price. I then canceled my order, and went to Wal-Mart who had them ready on time. I am SO glad my insurance won't be accepted through Walgreen's anymore come 2012. read more
