I needed a prescription filled at CVS plus we needed some groceries so we headed to Target. The store was well stocked - we found everything that we needed, plus, as is Target, stuff we didn't know that we needed. Then there were the things that we definitely didn't need but bought anyway. There were a couple of cashiers at registers though none of their lights were on - you just have to look I guess. The self checkout line was a lot longer than any of the register line and you can't buy alcohol at these registers. I even had an OMG moment at this Target - they had a clean bathroom! I don't think I've ever seen a clean restroom at any Target that I've been in (and I've been in Targets all across the country, even in Hawaii). Next time I'm in the area, this will no doubt be my Target of choice. read more

Tried calling to get help with a question before driving 30+ min to this location, I got hung up on or disconnected 5 times with ZERO HELP. I literally couldn't get through to a single real person. Continued to drive 30 min and even though the app said the product was available it was in fact not. So beyond frustrating every single time I try to go to target I regret it. Had a really weird experience today. Went in looking for toys with all the Target circle week deals going on. Saw they had what I was looking for through the app and when I went in to purchase i realized I had to ask for it from the back. The employee I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and was passive aggressive the entire interaction. Tried getting help from a different employee just for the original employee to interject and say that I can't be helped here :( I called it a loss and left. When I tried calling to get some information regarding the policy about getting things from the back I could NOT get ahold of a single person. I just kept getting hung up on. Just unprofessional behavior and overall a bad experience! Never had anything like this happen at a Target before. read more

This Target is definitely not my favorite. It could really use a facelift, as I've seen other locations receive over the past couple of years. That being said, the employees have always been nice (lots of high school students, but that's not necessarily a bad thing) and I manage to find everything I need. Just think it could be laid out a little nicer. I see a few COVID-related reviews mentioning the lack of masks but I've never seen anyone without one, and they even have some disposable ones at the entry, as well as hand sanitizer and wipes for the carts. It can definitely get crowded at peak times, so if you're concerned about crowds, I'd try to come during the weekday. The cafe appears to be closed during COVID but Starbucks is open and the barista is always friendly. Fancy or not, I still find a way to drop way too much money every time I step foot through the doors. I recently tried to mitigate this by doing pickup with the app which went very smooth! I'll definitely do more of that in the near future. read more

This Target is smaller, older and seemed to be kinda dark and dingy compared to other locations that are lighter, brighter and have a friendlier feel. This Target location offers plentiful parking, helpful staff, well-stocked shelves, an on-site CVS pharmacy, a snack bar, an on-site Starbucks, and even a grocery section (not comparable to a SuperTarget though). I frequent this Target location a lot since I live close by, but I don't think I'll be back unless they change their mask policy. Ever since the virus has become prevalent, I always see people not wearing masks in the store, and I've never seen a Target employee ask them to put on a mask on to shop. I don't love wearing a mask, but I do it for public safety to protect others from myself, and I would expect that others would want to protect themselves from others. I do understand that there are some exceptions where people can't wear masks, but I doubt that all the times that I've been to this Target, that all these people weren't medically able to wear masks. I just went there this evening, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are enforcing the mask rule now, but no, people are still walking around without masks. Now, don't get me wrong, the majority of the customers have masks on, but a small majority of people can get people sick. I'm not returning to the store, and it's too bad because their selection/prices are pretty good. I just don't feel comfortable there. read more

This location is very popular with the customers who works around the DTC area. During lunch hours, they are always packed with people looking for something. Its well stocked, friendly people working here and also have snack bar and ... Starbucks! Get caffeinated and walk that isle! I love to shop at Target for clearance items. This store is about a week to 2 weeks behind putting the same items on clearance compare to some other stores. If you have been eyeing on certain items to go on extra clearance and all suddenly disappeared, try this store. They might still have it on regular price or just went on clearance. read more

The pharmacy is kinda bad- it must be A bad work environment that makes the employees so apathetic to customers and sometimes just flat out rude to customers. The floor staff are excellent, and are consistently helpful, courteous, and quick. Management though is a different story. Nearly every interaction I've had with the manager on duty has been less-than-great. For a lot of stores, the stereotype is usually the other way around! Not real sure about the pharmacy. I was told I had a booster scheduled then I received a phone call about broken door. That was ok and young man said on phone I could just walk in and explain issue. Then I go there and talked to someone and said that isn't correct and I can't and will have to reschedule. Not happy. So that took me another 2 weeks to get booster. Get your information correct amongst employees. It use to be pretty good but new employees are rather idiots. read more

We shop here a lot, because it's close to home, but I'm thinking of switching to another one, because of their incessant hounding to sign up for their credit/debit card. While I understand that employees are given incentives to get people to sign up, they need to realize that no means no, and no further discussion is welcome. Funny thing is, I actually have a Target credit card; credit, not debit, and mentioned it to one overzealous young lad as he was puking out his spiel. I said I had just paid it off not too long ago. I love this Target. I always manage to find something here to buy that I don't so go to another Target later and can't find it so I have to go back to this Target to get it. The employees at this one are always nice. There used to be an older lady that worked the food court and I would talk to her all day long but I haven't seen her in a while. Just based on its location it is the most convenient target for me to visit on my way home. That's not saying that it is convenient, but that its most convenient. The staff really isn't overly friendly, but they aren't unfriendly. They are average, which is, well unfortunately, acceptable in this day and age. The parking lot and entrance from the street are a mess though. That's the only reason this place isn't a 4 star location. They need more and better access to the parking lot. It pains me to have to give any Target a 1 star, especially when I shop Target frequently enough to spend close to $600/month...from delivering items all over the nation to my family via the app, to purchasing my groceries from Target via a popular grocery delivery app. However, it is always 1 star behavior when a store allows their workers to follow a frequent shopper all over, on every aisle she is on. Todays times are where there is no need for me to sugar coat the definition of the obvious racial profiling happening here. Black women are followed in stores more than any other culture and it is as disgusting a feeling as our ancestors felt during segregated times. Enough is enough. Do better Target. Invest in surveillance equipment that keeps your security in position to view cameras and secure exits. This will allow ALL shoppers to enjoy their retail experience, and have your staff utilize that security system, when there is a REAL need for that service! I've never stolen anything, from anyone. So I refuse to be treated that way. Ever. My military family is large. I am a war widow, that is a large following as well. I'm a Target shopper. When purchasing items that are perhaps a bit more pricy, or on sale - like electronics - I'll look online first to make sure the items are available in store before I go to the store. At times I may just purchase the item online and pick it up in store. This time I wanted to purchase a camera. The item showed in stock online. Wanted to see it before purchasing. Went to the store, asked an employee for help, and although the item showed in stock, there were no cameras in store - ?!? Employee told me to not trust their inventory system. He suggested I'd check out the Glendale store on Colorado Boulevard, it showed 4 in stock. Drove the 10 miles to the store, and to my surprise - then again maybe not - the employee in the electronics department told me it did show 4 in stock, but they had none available. Huh? read more

This Target is huge, clean, well organized and has EVERYTHING. On a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't crowded or noisy at all, unlike Ikea. Stocked up on cheap stuff for the kitchen, some bedroom storage, even organic peanut butter, cashew milk and virgin coconut oil. My cashier was cheerful and chatty. Bathrooms are very clean. This review is for the poor customer service and rude behavior of the young woman working the guest services desk on Dec. 12th. I don't usually shop at this Target, however they had an item that was out stock online and that I was unable to locate at my local Target. I called to confirm that this location in fact had the item I wanted, and the gentleman working in the toy department was very helpful. He located the item in the their stockroom, and placed it at guest services for me to pick up. When I arrived at guest services for this location, I told the young woman working the counter my name and the description of the item I was picking up. With a rude tone, she told me she needed to see my ID. When she brought the item to the register, the box it was in had been opened. So I asked if we could pull the toy out to make sure all the parts were there. She rudely responded that she was too busy to do that. I told her I had been through the ringer with trying to get this item and in its complete form, originally ordering it online and upon receiving it, parts were missing. Target online had created a replacement order to send another one, but then subsequently cancelled the replacement order due to the item being out of stock in their warehouse. I had also returned the defective item to my my local Target that day. They had the item at this location for purchase, however it was also missing parts. I once again asked her if we could please check the item before I purchased it again. She said again that she was too busy, and that if I got the item home, and it was incomplete, that I could bring it back with the receipt. So once I purchased it and had the box over the counter, it took me all of two seconds to lift the toy out and make sure all parts were there. read more

I will not be going to this location anytime in the near future. Why? Nearly 1/2 of the customers walking around were not wearing masks or observing social distancing. It was insane. I love Target. It's hard for me to not like any Target, really. And this one is no exception. I've been here a couple of times when I need to pick something up on the way to the Centennial area, for random stuff like DVDs and headphones. The parking lot is a little weird, but nothing too bad. There is always plenty of parking, which is nice-my usual Target is Glendale turns into an absolute nightmare for parking on the weekends. Sometimes I've felt like their general selection seems smaller than most Targets, but that's probably because I've been spoiled by the HUGE Super Target in Glendale. In any case, every time I've been there they have what I need. Lastly, the staff here is great. Very friendly, conversational, and welcoming. They're the cherry on top, if you will. I live in a dead zone for Targets. There really isn't one close but there are about 3 within a 10 to 15 minute drive. I use this one for all my prescriptions because this Target has the most awesome pharmacy. The ladies who work in the pharmacy here are extremely polite and helpful. They have never, ever let me down and will go to great lengths to make sure I get what I need in a very timely fashion. In general, this Target is smaller but it has most everything you need. The grocery section is smaller but you can always pick up a gallon of milk or a few apples, you know, basics. It's usually not terribly busy so you can always get in and out pretty quickly - even at peak times like Saturday afternoon. The cashiers are all very friendly. There is a younger guy who reminds me an awful lot of Seth Rogan who is desperately charming. I suppose not everyone would like him but I find his super positive attitude and enthusiasm about any and all junk food I might be buying to be rather amusing.
