With twice the staff and open 24 hours a customer should not have to wait 24-48 hours for a prescription to be filled.. I've dealt with this on multiple occasions.. when a prescription is sent in it's for a reason and should not be placed on hold it should be filled as they come in. read more

I went to get my covid booster and was a little early so I did some shopping. Found some stuff I didn't need on sale that was a plus. I went to the pharmacy before I found more stuff and the pharmacy techs were very friendly. I filled out my forms and waited for a tech to become available to do my injection. She was very quick and friendly. I was in and out within a few minutes. I went to purchase my items and the cashiers were very friendly as well. I swear I need to put blinders on when I go into Walgreens or I'll buy the whole store haha made it out with a few after Halloween sales and on my merry way. I plan to switch my prescriptions to this pharmacy as they were much friendlier than the last one I went to and 24 hours. Plus they are close to my house so that's a bonus. read more

I had a terrible experience at Walgreens today April 20,2024. I was send 3 times to wait 20 min each time after I gave them two hours to get the medicine ready after my Urgen Care visit. Despite my child being sick,(having a deep ear infection and in extreme pain) they made me wait each time I visited, only to be sent back multiple times with the promise of a 20-minute wait. It's unacceptable to treat customers, especially those with sick children, with such disregard and inefficiency. In my opinion they are being lazy and not caring at all. read more

The pharmacy has become a joke. Today I finally decided to pull my prescriptions after I had a script that they needed to order in. It was suppose to take 2 days. It took 4, which would typically be fine but then I went to pick them up. at 4:00 I was told to come back in an hour. came back in an hour and a half. still nothing. came back an hour later. nope. came back and they said 10 mins. went to a diff store real quick and then came back. all of a sudden, they are out of stock. girl tried to tell me that a different pharmacist was there now. so she other one left within the 10 min time frame? hmm no. I saw her through the window and it was the same. she didn't even have the common courtesy to admit to her mess up? what a joke. read more

Not only putting something on hold for me, but since I received an email that it was 1/2 off AFTER the event was over, the manager offered great customer service and did it at the price I received in the email I showed him that for some strange reason cane after the sale. Open 24/7 365 Convenient location with ample parking. Since this location is open 24/7 this is actually one of the few Walgreens whose pharmacy is actually open 24/7. So when it's 6:30am and you need some behind the counter cold medicine. Look no further. Compared to CVS down the road whose pharmacy closes early and isn't open 24/7. read more

The best thing I can say about this Walgreen's is that it is open 24/7. Sometimes it's really late and you need something in a pinch...this place is close by and convenient. The problem...the staff and customer service here are not good. I swear every time I go here, someone new is standing behind the register, stocking the shelves, you name it. You know how when you frequent a business, you get used to seeing the same staff? Not here. I never see the same people... the turnover must be through the roof- no wonder the customer service stinks. read more

Rx pick-up service, w/ Easy Pay (a credit card already on file), in the drive-thru pharmacy lane was efficient on my recent visit. I'm glad this location has a drive-thru for quick needs like this because despite a Rite Aid across the street this is the busiest drug store and there is often times a wait for a parking spot. read more

High five for your company culture, which is screwing up patient prescriptions, then lying to the customer to cover it up. Because of your first mistake, I was nearly ripped off my seizure medication several weeks ago. Now, as to what happened to me on Wednesday: Dropped off my Rx's, received a text they were ready, set up a ride (I'd just had surgery), and when I spoke to the woman at the pharmacy counter, she told me my pain meds weren't ready because they had not faxed the prior auth to my doctor. Then she asked, "Do you want us to do that?" Wow. Yeah, I just had spinal surgery. You should've done that hours ago. At this point, the pain medication I was given in the hospital was beginning to wear off. When I got home, I called with two questions. The first was, why weren't these papers sent earlier in the day? Well, lucky for ME, Jason had answered, and assured me they had in fact been sent at 2:00. Unfortunately, I was still in the hospital at 2:00, and my doctor's MA told me it was actually faxed at 7:26pm (after I stopped in). Then, I proceeded to ask Jason if it was common practice for insurance companies to send patients home from surgery without medication because of this. He didn't seem to understand what I was asking. I simplified my query. I asked if people who had just had surgery often had to go days without their pain medication because of the prior authorization needed because of insurance, NOT blaming Walgreens, asking if this was a common occurrence due to INSURANCE. Jason said, "I'm sorry, ma'am, we can't just hand out 2 or 3 percocets...." I was quite confused. I told him that wasn't what I was calling about. I mentioned "I'm not some junkie -" At which point Jason sarcastically interrupted with "Of course you're not." I just had my second spinal surgery in 2.5 years, finally taking the pressure off my spinal cord. I have a congenital brain tumor and several TBI's, one caused by a grand mal seizure. I haven't been able to work in nearly a year. I had to move back home at the age of 37, because I can't afford to live alone, and I need someone around in case of emergency. The worst part of this entire experience for me is the fact that 7 years ago, I WAS A JUNKIE. I got clean. I began working and volunteering in recovery. I put my heart and soul into my family, my own recovery, and that of others, mostly teenaged girls. I've been lucky enough to make a difference in countless lives. I've accomplished more in the last seven years than Jason likely will in his entire life. I have SUFFERED, but I've kept an optimistic and positive attitude through everything I've been through. Everything is temporary, and I will get through this. Shame on your entire staff. They're all rude. But Jason takes the cake. When the manager called, forcing me to EXPLAIN THIS FOR A THIRD TIME, and asked me about a solution. A SOLUTION? YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE SCREWING UP LIFESAVING MEDICATION, AND LYING ABOUT IT. YOU ARE A MANAGER, DO YOUR JOB AND MANAGE IT! As someone who with a lot of experience managing, this is a case where you FIRE THE OFFENDING EMPLOYEES, RETRAIN THE REMAINDER OF YOUR STAFF, AND AUDIT EVERYTHING. This has happened to me personally TWICE in the THREE MONTHS I've been using them. The Medina location never made a single mistake, or lied to me, over FIVE YEARS. I went over THIRTY HOURS WITHOUT PAIN MEDICATION AFTER SPINAL SURGERY, BECAUSE OF YOU. I spent Thursday in bed, in PAIN. What the hell kind of pharmacy are you running? I will never set foot in a Walgreens ever again. I was promised a service and walked through the whole process, only for the ball to be dropped and now said service (which I paid for!) is being refused. Thank you so much for the miserable customer service, and I plan to only use Rite Aid or some other pharmacy for my medical needs.
