The staff is very helpful in getting me the best price for my prescriptions in the shortest amount of time

i'm disappointed with Walgreens lately they seem to be really mixed up with their refills. Also, instead of giving me an 90 day supply, they gave me a 45 capsule supply and then when I went to get the rest of it after I was finished with the 45. They said it or already been sent in for 90 and that I needed to get another refill which is a rip off. and also you never get a person from the store . . You get a call center. Very difficult to talk to a pharmacist that way. We've had many of our prescriptions in the last few months very mixed up. I had a refill on one of my prescriptions, and they said I showed no refill. So my husband is taking the bottle into the store to prove to them. I do have a refill. That's pretty sad. anyway that's our take on it read more

Terrible coordination between pharmacy clerks, techs, and pharmacists. They insist you make an online appointment for your vaccine, then you get to wait an hour for the privilege. Pharmacist had the personality of a blob of putty, but did ask me to verify my birthdate. I suppose I had that going for me! read more

This particular pharmacy is really horrid. The staff are surly and mean, the pharmacist (if that's who she is--she was wearing a T-shirt, no name tag or lab coat) is worse. I have a medical condition that makes me irritable; what's their excuse? The pharmacy closes for lunch each day, but when the shutters are drawn and locked there is NO INDICATION of why this is, or whether and when they will return. The cranky pharmacist insisted she should have a lunch break, and I agree--but shutting down the pharmacy seems more for her convenience than the customers' needs. Is there no one else in the universe who can staff the pharmacy? The counter attendant was even crankier than her, and when I suggested she might consider asking a question she asks of every customer in unambiguous, correct language, she told me I do not need to shop there. They need management help and staff training in customer service--urgently. read more

Very nice, clean store with a seasoned pharmacy staff who are quite used to out of town folks with prescriptions written from afar. Lines are short, selection of products is ample, as is parking. read more

Staff needs training about insurance coverage when a customer has up to date insurance, has insurance cards, ID, and physician's script. Staff person states cannot tell if medication is covered nor what the cost of medication is out of pocket. Went to another pharmacy where staff understands what insurance is, how to check, and how to find out the cost. Ba-bye. read more
