I have compassion for overworked understaffed pharmacies and this clearly is one but I don't have compassion for rude, incompetent staff. I waited in the prescription pick up line for a vaccine which I had an appointment for and at one point told the pharmacist that I had an appt and he snapped "Wait in line". When I got to the front of the line 15 minutes later I was told I was in the wrong line. No signs to indicate that at all. No wait for the other line. Great! I went up told them my appt time and was told curtly that they don't go by appt times.... "you're 4th in line". The bench against the wall was the line. It was empty when I had gotten there. Not now. And it wasn't moving. I left. Never go there again for a vaccine that's for sure. read more

Because of the Current situation with the coronavirus I had to try to get my prescriptions brought up from Virginia where I'm from. I called the pharmacy at this location and the person that I talk to sounded like I was talking to a 14-year-old. Very unprofessional and really poor service. read more

Wow if your looking to be judged for whatever it is your getting filled come here. I stopped in today after dropping my daughter off at school. It was the most convenient time for me. Well apparently not for mr. pharmacist, I said I was here to pick my script and he proceeded to be extremely rude and tell me they had only been there for a few minutes. Just in case your wondering I wasn't in a rush or anything I didn't even need the script today it was just the easiest time for me to pick it up. It's really sad because it's not the first time they have treated me with complete disrespect do not come here for prescriptions! I doubt I ever will return to this place and I've been warned, it's just where me and my family have been going for years. They told me to pick it up today btw, i wish I wouldn't of it sucks when you don't even want to go get the medication you need because of somebody's bad attitude who has no idea what your story is. I get they have problems with abusers but I'm far from that and it's just very upsetting these are the people that are the supposed to be helping you! I know a lot of people I will be telling not to return here cvs is right across the street I guess next time they can get my business. 8/23/17 They lost my prescription then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't worry because my meds should be good until Tuesday. Well to my move downstate will be delayed due to the incompetence here. They don't realize my doctor is located in traverse so an hour drive isn't convenient as it may seem. How does a paper script just get lost and then the lady whom I spoke on the phone with told me to not call the police but everything I've read about lost or stolen prescriptions it says do that first. Seems very shady and very unprofessional. It's sad because being a recovering addict it's hard enough being judged everytime I go in to get my meds but for them to just plain treat me like i was unimportant and to act like it was my fault is complete bullshit. I took it in Thursday I called to make sure everything was on schedule today Monday is my 15 day then I get next 15 day supply Monday afternoon I will be out of my meds and I take the risk of relapse due to your staff I blame you walgreens. Now I get to spend my weekend worrying if you people will take care of me the same people that lost my script the same people that treat me like a piece of dirt every time I come here. I wouldn't ever recommend coming to this Walgreens when people say you can buy class you learn that here. 10/9/17 Was supposed to head out of town and yet again walgreens screwed me over! The girl with the goofy eye behind the counter has something against me I never have a problem with anybody else yesterday they told me I would be good to pick up today and that's fine I get there this morning and guess whos they don't have once again!!You'rejust another person they have to DEAL with it's sad this is the customer service I get after they've lost my prescription and have treated me as the lowest form of human life! made an appointment for the new Covid vaccine last night. just found out from store it was for 8:30 tonight not this morning as I was told. surly tech refused to just vaccinate us while we were there saying she had too many prescriptions to fill first. my husband and I are both immunocompromised. what a disappointment. we won't be going back. read more
