They will even contact old pharmacies to obtain prescription records, call your doctor's office to obtain refills, and will ALWAYS make sure you get essential medications refilled on time and without issue. Perhaps it's just how things are done in a town of less than 2000 people, but I can say with confidence that the Honey Grove Pharmacy has continually stood out above all the others in my 30+ years of dealing with local pharmacies. There generics are as good as any other pharmacy. Their staff is competent, friendly, and efficient. They even sell soda and ice cream!

They were friendly. The only issue I had with them was they never asked about my insurance. I thought I gave it to them. The medicines were more expensive than normal. I didn't question it at the time. I wanted to contact my insurance to find out why. When I found out that the pharmacy didn't contact my insurance since they didn't ask for my insurance information I was surprised. That should have been the first thing they should have asked me. I thought I had given it to me. Ultimately it was my responsibility. Once I figured that out they refunded the difference.

When I go to CVS I never see the same employee twice but at Leonard Pharmacy they are calling me by name and saying hi and asking how I am doing while pulling my orders. Why would I ever go elsewhere? If my medicine isn't in stock they have it the next day, their OTC products are always available and well priced. The cold and flu section beets out most and their medical supply area is top notch. I have looked at their diabetic footwear and its fashionable. I've never had a bad experience here and will probably use them as long as I live in the area.

She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best!
