When we lived in Richardson we use to shop at a store all the time with the no carb buns/breads, I was greatly surprised to see that this place has those here. They also have different kinds of milk to choose from, butter, meats, and sweet treats. Seriously I'm so excited to see all of these healthy choices of foods to choose from. Not even to mention some of the different medical chairs, wheel chairs, medical beds, walkers, crutches, C-pack machine stuff, air purifiers, and so much more. There is a cool section of shoes to choose from. They even have the machines to measure your feet and show where your pressure points are. So that they can give you the shoe that fits you the best. What I thought was really mindful is by the front there is a section just for baby stuff for anything the new parents can now find things that Walmart won't have. The selection for the baby bags is amazing, I would personally use more of these bags as a personal bag for myself. The section with the bathroom safety stuff was really cool to go through cause I personally wouldn't know where to get a lot of the stuff for the showers. Knowing that there is a place that's closer then Greenville or Dallas makes me feel a lot better about being out here now. We must have talked with the owner for a good hour or more and they all seem like great people and love hearing the input the people have to say. Now that I require new supplies, the company refuses to file insurance claims for them, forcing me to pay out-of-pocket for items that should be covered. This practice is not only unacceptable--it feels deceptive and exploitative. From start to finish, this experience has been deeply frustrating and has undermined my ability to manage my health effectively. She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best! A representative contacted me on 10/5 to offer a refund in full or overnight shipping with tracking information no later than cob 10/6. I chose shipment IF the product went out as promised and requested refund if not. No response before COB yesterday - overnight I was told to be patient. Then today blamed for delay for not approving my prescription- which I had done - and addressed previously. I believe this company a SCAM. I've never had a company steal hundreds and hundreds of dollars from me or caught up in a scam at all. Whether the company has at some point shipped some customers medication, Facebook and Reddit reviews flag many, many accounts of failure to ship medication, refusal to respond to inquiries, offering refund and then failing to issue said refund - or not - this is NOT a company I would recommend you entrust your hard earned money or your health.
