Nobody ever answered the speaker. Finally a worker walked out and told us they dont open until 6. Drove to the window and spoke with the manager who again said we dont open until 6. After I showed him the hours listed and the mobile order that had been placed and paid for, he told us there was nothing he could do and would not refund the money. Had to request a refund through the app and wait up to 7 business days to get our money back. Will avoid this location from now on.

Well, I didn't have any cash and I wasn't about to go through the whole cash back process. I asked her why I couldn't use my debit card, she proceeds to tell me it's because people will use their debit card to buy a visa gift card, then turn around and tell their bank that it wasn't them, then they'd get their money back while still having a visa gift card. So, cash only to buy a visa gift card. It all sounded like a scam to me.
