Always wait forever for rx. People do not know what they are doing. Not enough staff ever. 5 or 6 cars waiting all the time. I have been given the wrong meds. Only will fill one rx when there are more then one on the sheet. read more

During the day, 5 stars. At night, when Sabhi is not there, the Pharmacy staff seems constantly confused by the simplest requests, and completely unable to do their jobs: -4 stars, for an average of 1. You will wait at least an hour, even if your prescription is ready! They lost one, and we waited over a half hour for them to remake it. Thats,right, 30 minutes for 21 pills. Our 7 year old can count better than that. read more

My fiance just left the ER and came to this location to fill his prescription. He has been here before. He had never had an issue before. Today he had an issue. The lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude and told him he couldn't get his pain meds because he didn't have an AZ drivers liscence! What BS is that! Not normally a Walgreen user. I had to go to a 24 hr pharmacy. My prescription was 135.00 . I didn't have coverage for prescriptions and the pharacist had a coupon that brought my drug down to 24.00. I received an automated message that my prescriptions aren't being processed and need to provide new insurance info. So I call, wait on hold, and ask to update my prescription information. At first I'm told this can't be done over the phone. That's BS. I am then transferred to "the front" where someone who is trying to answer the phone and help in store customers asks how they can assist me. I ask if I can update my insurance so my prescriptions can be processed and the VERBATIM response is "You're going to need to come into the store because it's too difficult to do over the phone." What I believe they were trying to tell me was "ma'am, we aren't sure why you haven't learned from all your past experiences from us, but we're are incapable of meeting you where you're at and lack any competence in helping you. Also, I meant to say tedious, not difficult. So you could you please come in after working all day and waste an hour of your life waiting in our pharmacy for your prescriptions?" Please don't give this yahoos your business and save your energy. read more

If I could give a ZERO stars here I wouldn't even give 1 star!!!! I'm BEYOND disgusted at pharmacist or pharmacy techs lack of care and concern for another human being!!! I am a struggling single mother that has no extra cash right now. I have zero co-pay on my insurance EVER!!! I just got out of the hospital for the 2nd time this week. I was diagnosed with cellulitis in my armpit on Wednesday, the antibiotics they gave me aren't enough. The infection continued to spread and has gone into my lymph nodes in my armpit. Needless to say I'm in tears at the pain as its running deep into my breast and I can't lift my arm. They didn't give me my meds at the ER because I have no one to drive me. SOOOOOO I drive out of my way 20 minutes to this walgreens to then walk around for 10 mins to then to be told they can't fill my prescriptions tonight unless I pay cash that I don't have because they can't get paid through my insurance until tomorrow because the insurance system is down. Meanwhile I have a vicious infection that is continuing to spread and can't get my antibiotics or my pain meds. My Dr instructed how important it was that I get them filled tonight because I needed to take a full days dosage of the antibiotics tonight. This would be the point that you make whatever accommodation you can for a severely I'll individual. I've gone to walgreens for years you can't run my insurance in the morning I've not had a co- pay in 10 years and got scripts at the same location 2 weeks prior.... Nope the money is more important than the well being of a human life. Or how about this.. I've also had pharmacist give me 1 dosage and then fill rest next morning in extenuating circumstances such as this... The woman there had no care or concern to help with a work around whatsoever. I even called back and asked her to do that for me and she said she couldn't. I explained my situation and she callously replied with you can come back in the morning. Then she told me 2 times that this is a routine thing for my insurance every weekend as if I should know that already or like I'm sorry I didn't plan to get sick at a better time for your pharmacy!!! Thank you I may cry myself to sleep tonight in pain again for the 4th night in a row and feeling nauseated and with a severe headache from this infection. There has got to be a point where you teach your techs how to have some care for the people they work with and for and not just act like this drone that can't do the right thing once in awhile. Now I won't be able to get my scripts until easily 1 or 2 pm in the afternoon because I have church on Sunday morning and walgreens pharmacy by my house doesn't open until after I start church. I'm ever so disgusted with Walgreens Pharmacy for the last time!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK EVER!!!!!! This was the last straw of reoccurring bad customer service at all Walgreens Pharmacies ..... worst staff ever at the pharmacy! wasted my time. I went in to fill a prescription (I've never filled there before.) my normal place is closed weekends. The guy at the front desk was rude and talking to other people while I was standing in front of him. Then he just snagged my paper away with my RX on them and just said okay thanks. And ignored me. And I said how long..?? And he said 30 minutes. So I went home and waited 40 minutes and then left just in case it wasn't ready. No call, no anything from them letting me know it was ready. I went in and there was a new girl up front. She looked and looked for my RX and kept asking me for last name cause she clearly wasn't listening. Finally, she found it and asked if I had insurance. Yes I have insurance I told her and she asked for my card and I gave it to her and then she told me she needed a different card specifically for prescriptions. Long story short, I wasted 1 hour of my time with a 102 fever, bronchitis, and a sinus infection. If they would have told me this in the first place when I initially dropped them off, I would have been at home resting. But instead I had to waste another 2 hours of my day driving to a different one and waiting for my RX. Not a happy sick day right? I'm never going there again. read more

Where is the zero stars button? Walgreens pharmacy has completely lost me as a customer. Doctor called in a scrip at about 3pm, I called to automated that night and it was still not ready. The next day at 11am I called to check on it again and to provide my new info and new insurance info so I wouldn't have to do it upon pick up. I called again at 5pm, they had entered in my info all wrong and so I had to provide all the same info again, it was still not ready and was transferred and told it would be ready in 30 mins. 1 hr later I head down there. 6pm I was told to basically move my car (in the drive thru) because it was still not ready. I go inside and was there for almost an hour to be told that they don't even have my script in stock!! 1.5days and they didn't even have it in stock, too many phone calls and too much time waisted on getting my script. This behavior and lack of customer service shall not be tolerated! read more

If you are really sick and need your medication don't use this pharmacy. I called two hours after my physician called in my prescription and after being on hold for 30 minutes was hung up on, I called back was on hold another 20 minutes when a rude pharmacist hung up on me again. I have only use this pharmacy because they are 24 hours but after this I'm seriously thinking about transferring all of my prescriptions. This is it the first time this is happened in addition to prescriptions not being ready when they say they will be an overall staff rudeness. read more

This location brings ineptness and mediocrity to new levels. There is an issue ever time a script is filled. My most recent experience was with an antibiotic script. My doctor faxed it an hour earlier; I stopped in on my way home to see if it was ready. They claimed they never received it. I called my doctor and they had confirmation that it had been received at this location an hour earlier but offered to resend it to them, which they did. As I'm leaving, the pharmacy calls my name stating my medication is ready to be picked up. I pay and head home. When I get home, the pharmacy calls me to tell me there is a delay because they don't have the medication in stock. Today, seven days later, as I'm taking my last dose, they call to tell me my script is now ready for pick up. I presume they've filled the script that was resent to them. I'm curious as to why they didn't see that he had already been filled on the day it was received as this is a strong antibiotic and shouldn't be taken for two rounds in a row. Needless to say, this is the last time I fill a script with Walgreens and I won't we shopping for any overpriced items at this location. read more

This walgreens is the closest to my place and this review is based on their pharmacy. It is the absolute worst place to go and I seriously recommend this place to no one ever. It started Wednesday when I drop my prescription off at 9 in the morning and they told me it would be ready by 11. I never heard of any place taking 2 hours to fill a prescription I wasn't in the mood to drive around looking for place to fill it quicker so I said Ok I'll be back. I ran some errands and at 12 noon I went to go get my prescription there was 5 cars waiting outside so I went inside and there was a line of 6 people. Never had I seen a place so packed for prescriptions so I waited and as I get to the Counter and give my name they said it would be another hour or so. I explained I had to get to work and that I was told to pick up at 11 and it was 12 and the pharmacist named Frank said he would get on top of it and it would be 10 to 15 minutes well he was getting tugged around everywhere as pharmacists usually do but as soon as he got to my script he would type for literally 20 seconds before someone said something that called for a pharmacist to explain what medications were for and have you taken this before and blah..blah.. blah after 30 minutes he finally gets me my prescription and I vowed to never go back they didn't care and probably hoped I was serious being that they have no shortage of customers. That was Wednesday mind you and today my girlfriend took our son to urgent care and he needed medicine for his ear infection and also his rash I was at work but she told me that the same thing happened to her except they forgot to fill the rash creme and told her it would be another hour she was livid because they told her 2 hours and she actually waited 3 hours before she went back because she had to get my son down for a nap being that he was fussy and tired and the same thing happened and they didn't have the prescription ready. We will NEVER return to this walgreens. I will drive an extra few miles to cvs or any other place besides walgreens. I highly recommend no one goes here but if you don't take my word for it I guarantee you will be highly disappointed. read more

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years and it hasn't been the best but not the worst either...till today. I tried to get my prescription refilled and they said they needed the doctors authorization and they will take care of it...okay...so a few days go by and nothing. So I call my doctors office and they said they would do it themselves since Walgreens had not contacted them yet. So I call them the next day and of course they said they haven't received anything. Okay so I try to call my doctors office which is now closed because it is a Friday. So I try Walgreens again. The girl was sorry and she couldn't find it so she transferred me to a man who was a total jerk for lack of a better word... I don't know his name but whatever man worked on 8/19/16 at around 12pm you sir need a new job not dealing with people because you are awful. No empathy at all!! I hung up on him for his rudeness. I have never felt so helpless. My husband is sick with the flu. We used the 24 hour pharmacy. Note that we have always used Walgreens. For over 10 years. Never had any problems. But this pharmacy in particular. Is by far the worst I've ever been too. The fact that we've worked for the same company over 10 years. Same insurance, little did we know our insurance card had changed. My husband found his group number an his insurance number via phone internet. We gave the info to the pharmacy technician. Playing the wait game. Thinking his going to help us. I watched this pharmacy tech help everybody else. But my husband. I was furious. Went to the front of the store. Asked for the manager. Have him a full complaint. "Told him I have already called your corporate office. I said if your pharmacy, won't help us. Tell him to give us our prescription back. I give this pharmacy the worst ratings. No customer service. The pharmacy tech thinks his God. He didn't help us. During my whole visit. I seen him be disrespectful to a veteran. He too was in pain. No remorse what so ever. Don't go to this pharmacy. A total of 3 hrs waiting. Never got the medicine my husband needed. Don't go there. Unless you want to be disappointed. read more

Terrible pharmacy service don't go here. Got a call to pick my prescription up and have a new insurance card got there he said it will be 15 min waited over 30 min. I had previously been here to pick up my prescription with my old insurance company card same company by the way found my new card info and came back. So upon waiting 30 min he asked if I got my papers back from his coworker I said no. So they lost my prescription papers and after he helped everyone else who drove up or walked up he finally found the papers. My wife was mad she told the manager he came up to the pharmacist to tell him. I overheard the conversation with the manager. He said he is not going to be on the phone for 5 minutes with my insurance company when he could help everyone else. So after he talked to the manager for about 5 minutes he called my insurance company probably took less than 2 minutes then told me my insurance company computers were down. So I left without my meds lots of time waisted and to sick to argue with them. But I still like wallgreens but this one I think needs work I noticed other people being treated what I would consider below service standards. Maybe they had a bad night but Im never going back here again there is a 24 hour cvs the same distance as this Wallgreens I'm going to see if there better. read more
