There is no need to locate a desktop computer these days. The business also sells motivational books and popular office supplies. The employees are quick to help, if needed, but the majority of things are self-managed and paid by your credit card. The process takes minutes to complete and available parking ample throughout the strip mall location.

As I sit in my car and write this review, Krystal is currently cleaning the windows, because no patrons are inside. There are certain character traits of employees that you cannot train. You cannot train someone to care as if they own the business. These two individuals exemplify that X Factor. There are so many unknowns when coming to a UPS store. You have no idea how much something is going to cost or how long it is going to take to get there. What you do know, is that you've already paid for an item with your hard earned money, and now you're adding to that cost to get it to where it needs to be. Having individuals review all the options with you patiently allows you to make a good decision and feel comfortable. Your item is in good hands and will arrive timely to the destination. the absolute worst service and reliability. i dropped off my verizon router return to them which…read morehad a prepackaged sticker. it was never received and they were if little help to me after going in, leaving messages and trying to get verizon to stop billing me for the unreturned shipment. i sensed it when i walked in and two young kids said that thy would take care of it and did not seal the box in my sight. i have all the information that they provided me but it leads to nowhere. now verizon has put the $300 charge on my credit report. i spoke to the owner and he was kind and did do some research but it still showed nothing. i went back and left my number and told the attendant that i needed the owner to submit an affidavit or proof that the box shipped from their facility. to this day no reply. this was not just a matter of the pkg not arriving but horrible effects on my credit.

This is our local FedEx office now and we love them!…read more We host a pub quiz so we do a lot of printing of quiz sheets, visual keys, etc - and they always come through with great quality prints. They've even been calling me when my print job is done so I know I can come grab it (I live one minute away, so I do appreciate that). This location has a lot of project stations where you can get things copied, blown up, or design a poster/banner/anything at their computer station and have it printed right there. We've also done some shipments through them, and they've helped with the packaging and insurance and everything, to make sure our items got there safe and sound! I'm usually not a big fan of FedEx as a delivery service, in general, as I've had quite a few issues with deliveries I've received from them. But this FedEx as a location is the exception to the rule, as the staff is kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and the printed products are excellent!
