Just to hear the name Walgreens turns my stomach. We moved away 7 years ago and just came back and they are even worse if that is possible. They are horrible. So I get the ok to get my meds on phone from them and it says it on web site ready. then it started. They kept lying to me continuously, so I was supposed to get meds today and they wouldn't give to me. They said to soon and it is only 1day early. so in the morning I won't have my meds. For every excuse she tried to sell me I had proof she was lying. I asked for manager and she's like that's me. Go figure, right. So now end of the day, my insurance calls and says I can go get them. So I call greens and oh no that's not the reason I can't give you and then she said by state law she couldn't, wrong again I cked and then she says dr put hold on it, another lie because i talked to them earlier. So I asked her how is the reason for me to get the meds keep changing. Now i go for it the following day and now it's not filled which it was. So I had to do more waiting. Something really needs to be done about that pharmacist they need to clean house and start new. It's a nightmare. And all I got was hung up on. I'm fit to be tied. Excuses and incompetence. I called confirmed that my prescription was available on the 14th. Sent a message to my doctor on the same day. Script was sent the 15th. This is a neurological medication that you can't lapse on. TODAY is the 22 and I still haven't received word on my script. I call. Speak to someone . They confirm my script they say let me get the pharmacist . On hold for over and hour. I end up driving there from the city and they are playing dumb like they aren't aware of my script and not understanding what happened. What's happening is incompetence and dangerous. So your job correctly and efficiently. This is ridiculous. read more

Yelp didn't like my first review, they wanted me to remove some stuff. So I'm trying again. After getting past the artificial idiot I finally got connected to the pharmacy! I was on hold from 12 noon until 3:30pm trying to find out when my Rx would be ready for pickup. I can't help but wonder what takes so long. Finally, I spoke to a real live human who informed me that they had run out of my Rx - again! Either they don't track the stock on hand, don't track the outgoing Rx's, or they've got an employee who is stealing the drugs! I've got 3 fractured vertebrae, 11 damaged discs, and at least two places where my spinal cord is pinched. I can't stay out of bed for more than a few minutes without that medication. I don't want to know the pharmacy is "reviewing" my Rx but not filling it until I call, to find out where the hell it is, if I can even get through without being on hold forever, or disconnected! All I want is the Rx filled promptly and the receipt. I don't want to see that you're "reviewing" the Rx forever!. One other thing. I used their mail order 'service' to refill a different Rx. It arrived partially pulverized, so I can't recommend that route either! read more

Pharmacy opens at 9:00am... staff rolls in 10 after as if that sort of professionalism is acceptable, no apologies, no acknowledgement to the tardiness. The silence alone was enough to say, "Yup this is the $hit hole called Walgreens. Suck it up because there's no where else to go in town." read more

Walked into the store at 10 am telling me it'll take an hour to fill my prescription for prednisone. They tell me I will be co texted when finished. Never received a call. Go back to the store for the girl to tell me that my insurance does not cover I said okay I'll pay out of pocket what's the price. She states about 18 for one and 10 for the other. Mind you the script is worth 2 dollars on good RX. I'm clearly having a break out. She then states it'll be another few hours as they put the prescription back. Completely flustered I walk out. I go to Milford Walgreens. Not a single issue no attitude. They got my script in 5 minutes and they only charged me 10 for both medications....DO NOT USE THIS PORT JERVIS LOCATION. They do not care. They just want to take for there capital gain not your well being at all. Go f yourself to the pos running that establishment. read more

I absolutely abhor posting negatively about a local business but this situation has become intolerable and there is ZERO excuse for it. Walgreens runs on ineptness. Absolutely mind boggling. They can't seem to fix THEIR error which is causing us grief even after a year of dealing with them. EVEN when it gets "escalated" to upper management (case 17222772) and I'm given the name of a district manager ANN who was supposed to get back to me with a resolution in 3-5 days, NINE DAYS LATER ALL I GET IS BS APOLOGIES "for the delay" from them on Facebook messenger. Not one phone call or email or anything from "Ann," if such a person even exists! At this point I have my doubts. This situation is almost surreal. Walgreens is messing with my wife's well-being and we should not have to put up with this. No more vaccinations from Walgreens. No more anything from Walgreens. read more

This post doesn't reflect the employees directly, just the business. Always seem to be understaffed or computer issues between doctor's offices and them. Constantly losing scripts or having issues with filling in time. They seem too overwhelmed to handle the quantity of customers. read more

wow total bullies!!! i will be contacting the bbb about how unprofessional and poorly managed this pharmacy is. i am a single mom caring for my dying mother, blind father and special needs child and the witch of a pharmacist would not help me at all in getting the antibiotic i needed for my infected hand! she treated me like i was asking for a controlled substance. she belittled me for not having insurance as i have been unable to work due to my circumstances. bullying is wrong!! please come forward and share your story if this has happened to you. stand up against bullying. read more

Very unprofessional and rude they do not care about customers health when trying to pick up medications.

Just another crappy experience with this store. Second day in a row, the pharmacy is closed because there is no pharmacist on duty. So they cannot even give me the prescriptions my wife and I need which are ready for pickup. I went in to inquire when the pharmacy would re open. I assume it was the manager who told me the pharmacist is sick. so a large corporation like this has no district floating pharmacists? Upon further conversation, the manager told me that after all, we're in the midst of a pandemic. Bottom line, find another drug company that places more emphasis on service. read more
