I don't know if there are any classes you can give them, but we actually had to go to these type of classes while in the Medical field . It really makes a difference in how you respond to customers . And then again, there are such wide varieties of personalities nowadays but maybe that is their natural personality. it's just that I think they could do a little bit better on their customer service areas. Other than that, this is a great location, a very clean store with a lot of various products of which one can indulge.
