I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS WALGREENS. I suggest you don't neither. I went to a different Walgreens across town because I was on that side. I brought the items and went home that when I realized I was charged full price and not the buy one get one 50% off sale. I took the items into this store the next day because it on my way home. I go up to the older lady cashier and explained what happen and showed her my receipt. The first thing out of her mouth was did you use your rewards card and I said I did but it still rang up wrong. She then asked why didn't I take it back to the store I got it from. I explain to her that it shouldn't matter and I saw the sale online. After going back and forth as politely as possible I just decided to go all the way across town to the store that I bought it from. This is ridiculous if it says that you can take back anything to any store within 30 days. read more

Absolutely horrible....if crackhead pharmacy techs had a face, it would be this Walgreens. They lose prescriptions, won't pick up the phone and when they do, they have a straight up attitude like customers are bothering them. If you need your vitamins filled, they're qualified to do that, but God forbid if you ask them to fill a life threatening drug, like for diabetes or hypertension. YOURE @#$@×!...R.I.P.. read more

I get so confused in this store. It is so hard to navigate through compared to the Walgreens' in Texas. I don't understand the store set up. It feels like an obstacle walking through the store trying to find what I need. I can never find what I am looking for quickly. It takes a lot of time, sighs, and frustration. The staff is super nice and helpful especially in a store that feels like a maze. They have everything you would need and expect in a drugstore... except NYX Matte eyeliner... I actually could not find any NYX products. They have your main drugstore brands though. A lot of their selection does compete with the nearby Food Lion so it is up to you which option serves you best. read more

Just go to CVS. They don't answer the phone or communicate when your prescription is done. They take 45 minutes just to get you your prescription. Waste of time. read more

Often very disappointing photo service. They forget to do my "same day" photo orders sometimes until I show up looking for it. Their services take forever. They recklessly handle my products, ripped my poster board once after I waited an hour in store for them to finish it. They don't call me (like they're supposed to) when they cannot make my order, so I don't find out they're out of stock until I show up at the store. They forget to give envelopes when I order customized cards. The quality is often not as shown online. It's just disappointing. Sometimes they're okay though. read more

This location has a pattern of saying things will be "15 minutes if you want to wait ". And then taking 45-50 minutes. Not sure if the day time pharmacists is slow or poorly trained assistance's. It negates the convienance of the location and makes one really consider moving ones business. read more

This Walgreens' pharmacy doesn't really compare to most. The staff are short with you and really slow at filling prescriptions. I wouldn't say the rest of the staff in the store are much better either. It sucks because this is one of the only Walgreens around this area read more

Absolutely awful customer service in the pharmacy. There's a gentleman that seems to answer when I call to refill over the phone and he has the personality of a rock. He always sounds aggravated and definitely doesn't need to be working with the public with his attitude. I understand we all have bad days, but every time you work? It's ridiculous and might need a good lesson in customer service. Let's also mention the drive thru that's an absolute joke. My son had covid and we had to use the drive thru - it took 22 minutes with 4 cars in the line. Maybe I'm expecting a little much, but a smile and genuine concern would be nice (fake it if you have to - it's a part of the job!) I worked at Walgreens probably 15 years ago (not this location) and our employees never treated customers with disrespect or disregard. If you don't like speaking with anyone or enjoy good customer service, then this is your place. read more

I use to love Walgreens pharmacy until I've had to deal with this location. My doctor sent over a prescription, they didn't have it and had to order it. Called me saying prescription was in, went to the location to find out that they ordered the generic even through my prescription didn't allow for generic, only name brand. They told me they would call my doctors office to see if they would allow me to have the generic instead, then would call me back when it was ready.. never heard back so I decided to call my doctors office, who then told me they never received a call from the pharmacy. I then asked if they could call the pharmacy since clearly the pharmacy couldn't handle it. Just went back to the Walgreens to pick up my prescription and apparently they never entered the prescription into the system, so once again I cannot pick it up. There's no reason why it should take almost a week to pick up a prescription. The staff here is lazy and completely incompetent. read more
