Each class was very challenging and fun. I attended the Barre class by mistake - I thought I was coming to a pilates mat class per the website class schedule. What a challenging class! I couldn't walk for days afterwards - this is a very strong group of women. The class size was small (maybe 5 of us total) and Kris was able to ensure we were all staying true to form. Yogalates was more popular with 10-12 women. The class was fun and motivating. The studio has every prop and accessory needed to play with! Bounce class was challenging and intimate - there was only two of us! Kris modified the class to suit our fitness level, engaged us in partner activities and even threw in some cardio on the bikes. The studio is clean and friendly. I was surprised to see some men using the equipment and getting personal training. There's a room dedicated to spin, a shower and a facial room. Overall a cute facility and great women. The website could use some updating - mainly the calendar and the old website needs to redirect to the new website to avoid confusion.

He has yet to show me any inconsistency in his professionalism or lack of true genuine concern for his patients needs in the past 9 months. He always listens, and makes sure I am happy. He has always seen me on time, fit me in for an appointment and returned my calls promptly. Dr. Kole has also been very generous. He had a new laser he was experimenting with and without hesitation offered for me to try it out, at no cost. This speaks volumes to me as a patient. Not only is Dr. Kole genuine in nature but a highly talented and skilled surgeon. My results are better than I could ever hoped for. You will not be disappointed on any level working with Dr. Kole. He is simply the best!

I am also convinced a lot of the positive reviews I'm seeing online are fake. I can't comment on the accuracy of other surgeries but my rhinoplasty was in my opinion, not a success. My concerns were never addressed properly, I often came back to the office for follow up appointments feeling dismissed and almost like I was bothering the staff. Steroids were not applied to my nose until a year after surgery ... at that point they are useless. Initially I was told before the summertime I would get my first round of steroids, then when the next two appointments came, they weren't. The tip of my nose is very uneven, and after addressing it several times, in several ways, it went overall ignored. This is just 20% of my overall complaint. What it boils down to is I feel like I wasted so much of my time and money on what was supposed to be a beneficial procedure.

Next I moved on to trying botox injections with Dr. Lori and I am absolutely obsessed. I had wrinkles on my forehead that absolutely drove me crazy. Dr. Lori was great about giving me enough to smooth out the creases and look great without overdoing it and keeping it natural looking. I will definitely be getting these again once they wear off. The pricing here is great too! The newest thing that I have tried at Refresh Wellness is their 12 week weight loss program with Shawn. I was told that on average, participants lose 25 lbs -which to be honest when I first heard it all I could think of was - bullshit. Howeverrrr, I'm only 2 weeks in but I'm inclined to believe it's the real deal! Shawn outlines what you should be eating and how you can change your lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. I have to admit that I have tried every diet under the sun in the past two years as well as all kinds of crazy exercise regimens that have had zero impact on my weight loss efforts. I followed Shawn's directions and as promised, the weight has been melting off. Thus far I have lost 8 lbs total (4 lbs per week!) and I have been so crazy at work and traveling across the country every week for work that I haven't had time to workout. This diet is the easiest thing I've ever done and the weight is coming off.
