All the other reviews are correct. This has to be, by far, the worst pharmacy I have ever used. If you don't stay on top of what you need from them, they will not take the initiative to do it. i.e., my doctor sent in a prescription for me. I was notified that they were out of stock and that it will be in shortly. A week later I called to see if they had an ETA. They told me that the hold up was that my insurance didn't cover it. Funny thing about that was that my doctor had worked on pre approval with my insurance company before she had even called in the prescription. The lack in communication is upsetting to say the least. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Stay away from this place! read more

I can't believe this place is allowed to handle Medications. 4 times, They have royally messed up. They have either tried to give me someone else's meds, mixed up my dosages , lost prescriptions that my dr had sent over, and they had filled , but during checkout while handing me my filled script deleted the note from dr so they took back my meds and made me page my dr at 9 Pm to have him verbally tell them to fill it. Oh, and they filled my thyroid meds at twice the dose it should have been filled at, which can result in heart attack or stroke. Also will ca and tell you it's ready, when you get there it's not. This Walgreens is by far one of the best Walgreens I have ever been to. I want to specifically call on the Pharmaceutical staff: Nick and Brett N. Their customer service was by far the best I have experienced. These two were extremely kind, enthusiastic, and very knowledgable with their field experience-- (Of Course). Thank you soo much guys! Every single month for the last four months.when we have to fill my kid's prescription, there is some issue where they say they cant fill it because the prescription "violates state law" according to Jamie the absolutely clueless pharmacist or pharmacist assistant. She insists that the prescription has two separate prescriptions on one sheet when its actually two different DOSAGES.... So today we then went to another Walgreens and they filled it with no problem...The pharmacist at the other Walgreens agreed that Jamie has NO idea what she is talking about...please get someone who actually knows how to do their job..you would think that Jamie actually knew what to do since she has been employed with Walgreens since 2000 according to her name badge...please retrain her or something....done with that Walgreens stay far away! read more

Wish I someone could explain to me why it would take 30 minutes to fill a prescription? We were the ONLY customer there at 9:30 pm on a Friday night. Four people were working behind the counter. The pharmacy took my prescription and looked confused like he didn't know how to do his job and had to ask somebody else about it. Then they started laughing as he came back to the computer and made a comment saying "Sometimes you wonder". What??? I told him generic multiple times. They Said it would be ready in two hours. I have never waited so long for a prescription to be refilled. Then they refilled it as brand and under a different insurance policy that I don't have anymore. And when I called and hour prior to ask if my boyfriend can pick it up that was no problem but they failed to ask about my insurance before and realized now that I needed to give them my new insurance card that they never asked for to begin with so I didn't know it was an updated in their system. They are uneducated idiots and not friendly! If you need a prescription filled when every other Pharmacy or grocery store pharmacy is closed, just wait till morning to get your refill at a different place not Walgreens!! read more

I got to this Walgreens to pick up a prescription and asked if it was ready. They said, "it would be a few minutes, so please wait". I waited 15 minutes then asked again at the desk in which they responded, "it'll be a few minutes." After another 15 minutes I asked if it was ready and got the same response in which I asked what's going on, but they said, "they're busy." There were people showing up occasionally and I could tell the drive thru wasn't really busy either. Another half an hour later, I get a call from my wife stating that she received a notification that my prescription was complete. So, an hour after my arrival at this Walgreens I ask again and they said, "Yes, it's ready..." And the guy at the register turns to the back of the pharmacy and says, "Oh, this has been ready for half an hour. Way to go guys." Wow! I really appreciate you wasting at least a half hour of my life when the prescription was ready and sitting there. These pharmacists go to school and get their degrees and can't manage their customers. Perhaps some additional training or maybe simply caring about your customers is necessary. But in the pharmaceutical industry, when so many people need prescriptions filled, it probably doesn't even matter to them. People will keep coming no matter how bad the service is. I only come here for the clinic when I can't get into see my doc and it's always hours long - appointment or no appointment. The nurses are good and really try to help and see to everyone. It's just always busy regardless of day or time. The one time I used their pharmacy I had to wait for a very long time and they seemed understaffed or undertrained. Definitely could use some improvements!! read more

Every time I'm here it's fast service. Large selection, no complaints. Prices are reasonable and I like the fact that the check out time is relatively fast. When they get busy they don't just leave it to one person who can help with check out. read more

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE and SLOW as molasses. Be prepared to sit in the drive through - yes, the drive through - for 30-40 minutes just to DROP OFF a prescription. Then come back at the promised time and find all the pharmacy staff standing around inside when there's a line of 6 cars outside and your meds still aren't ready. read more

It's nothing but a hassel everytime I've gone here. They are under staffed and it's always packed. Most of the staff is very friendly but the pharmacy could use a little work. Every time I've picked up a prescription, it's always "lost" or it takes more than ten minutes to get it. Saturday, October 7, 2017 - Took my daughter to the walk in clinic as our doctors office was closed today. The Doctor/NP she saw was AWFUL! My daughters glands were swollen, the NP saw white spots on her throat and its been unbearingly painful for 3 days - We were told it was allergies and to take an over the counter allergy pill and some ibuprofen and thats all she could do. We thought it was strange but felt we needed trust her... As we left, we looked at the print out sheet where it was diagnosed as an upper respiratory infection! Something COMPLETELY different than what she said in the office! We went back in and questioned her and she THEN decided that my daughter needed an antibiotic. The absolute worst case of medical attention I have ever seen or experienced. read more

Don't even think of going there unless you want to wait in line. They are constantly severely understaffed. I recently had to wait in line at the pharmacy counter for almost 40 minutes and I need to walk with a cane . Included in the line in front of me was a lady with a full shopping cart since the checkout outline near the front door had only 1 of 2 registers manned and it too had a long line. My wife just waited almost an hour thru the drive thru lane since there was no parking space in the lot. The staff deserves at the least a medal if not a significant wage increase since they receive the brunt of the sometime nasty comments from frustrated customers yet continue to provide the best service possible under horrible conditions. . Some of their employees have even volunteered to suggest that another Walgreen's, while not as convenient and not 24 hour, would be able to better serve you. Perhaps corporate doesn't know, or more likely doesn't care, that there are 3 pharmacies within an easy 3- 4 minute drive. Think about it. I am read more

This location is generally very busy. Unfortunately, the staff has no idea what "sense of urgency" or "customer satisfaction" means. My wife and I stopped in for some cold medicine 3 days ago. We grabbed a bottle with no barcode by chance. With about 12 people in line, the cashier asked one employee if he could grab another with a barcode. This employee said he was on break while talking to a friend in the middle of all of the customer chaos. The second employee asked gave a huff and said "in a minute Im in the middle of putting this stuff away". My wife went to get another bottle herself. This is pretty common at this store. Many of the employees are a tad sarcastic and generally not helpful. They act like they are doing us a favor by helping us. Pharmacy staff are rude, sarcastic and incompetent, specifically Mikayla and Robert. Phoned in a refill to a live person, six hours later they tell me they don't have the med......but never called me, which happens all the time! Previously they have given me the wrong medication with my name on the papers, someone else's name on the box....a potentially fatal mistake for someone who isn't paying attention. read more

I had a fine experience with the walgreen's take care clinic, but I left the store crying because of the pharmacy. The clinic diagnosed me with strep throat, the nurse said my antibiotics would be ready in 10 min and they would call my name to pick them up. I waited half an hour until I decided to ask the pharmacist about my prescription. I waited in line with body aches and being disoriented from a fever. The pharmacist had my prescription right next to her yet she never called my name. She asked me to verify my address and I did. Then she asked for my insurance card, which I had just shown the clinic an hour ago, and I did not have on me anymore. Even though my account was up she would not look up my insurance information. She would not look at the papers from the clinic that had my insurance information on them either. I left the store sobbing because I felt too sick to wait in line a second time for my prescription. I had someone else go to pick up my prescription and the lady tried to not give it to them because the computer wouldn't take my zip code. I have the same zip code that this pharmacy is located in. Apparently other family friends have had trouble with this pharmacy too. Watch out for the blonde pharmacist she's completely incompetent. read more

I have tried to order my prescription 3 times this week. I was originally told the prescription was out off stock and would be available the next day. The next day I called and no one knows anything about the prescription being filled. So I was told my order was placed yet again and would be available in an hour. 3 hours later I called back and the product is not available and they cannot tell me if my order was placed, oh and they are out of stock again. The 3rd day I called stating I needed my prescription filled and the previous issues. I was guaranteed the prescription in 1 hour. 2 hours later, still no call letting me know the prescription is ready, I called back. They are out of stock and cannot verify that the order was placed. They might be able to let me know in the morning if I can get my prescription in 2 days. So done!!!! Always an issue with this pharmacy. The only plus they are open 24 hours. However anytime you need to pick up a prescription, at the time they let you know it is ready, you have to wait at least a minimum of 20 minutes before they will even get to you. They are so slow. I am saddened they are ok with symptoms resulting in extra doc visits due to their absentmindedness. My doc can prescibe more medicine they will not fill!!! Maybe they should be responsible for the additional hospital stays and medical bills due to negligence. And its not like I have a choice to go to another pharmacy due to insurance. read more
