Yes I was in there at Walgreens maybe an hour ago I had came in there and bought some sodas and went to my car and put some more sodas in my cart and I got it back during the time that I got the soda one of the sodas had dropped and I wasn't going to just leave it there on the floor I put it on the shelf not only did I put on the shelf I let both the employees know that hey there's some soda over there so I apologize it fell I went back over there and I apologize again to the two ladies when I was still shopping one of the ladies had it in a bag and I had told her again I apologize she said well because I put it on the shelf it made more mess than it was whatever wish she was very rude and disrespectful I didn't like her attitude you know I am a customer I apologize I apologize for her to come out say something very rude and disrespectful that is really rude I will be calling corporate after this review is pretty bad I've been in there before and all the people's been very kind to top it off I found out that she was a manager her name is Nicole and then when I was leaving when she was leaving out of the door she was trying to talk to me about whatever and at this point I was I didn't want to hear her I didn't want to have her say anything to me I told her to go ahead and go leave leave I didn't want to deal with her any longer to find out she is a manager if that's the kind of manager you guys are going to have in a Walgreens store that is very rude and disrespectful I don't know how you guys hire people like that customer service was really bad the other two cashers had helped me and then there was a young man in there it's very polite very very polite I did apologize to them for you know speaking out a term I wasn't rude I just told him I apologize you know I'm sorry that I came out like that but the thing about it is is being rude and disrespectful you are manager I work in customer service and that's just really bad and I don't want her to get fired I just want somebody to pay attention she is a manager and you're supposed to look up to manager and a managers about to do the utmost they weren't supposed to she wasn't supposed to do nothing like special for me but the thing about it how she came at me I'm a grown woman she's a kid to me she's younger than me and my younger than my children and I just felt really disrespected and I will no longer be shopping in there a little longer but I will be calling corporate as of tomorrow read more

This is THE WORST run pharmacy in the country. Possibly the entire planet. They constantly lose your prescriptions. They're not ready when you drive 15 miles to get there even though they sent a text saying your prescriptions ARE ready. They NEVER...NOT ONCE have answered the phone in almost 2 years. Walgreens needs to fire everyone who works here and start over with a competent staff that cares. read more

Pharmacy is horrible, everytime I go to pick up medication its a 1 hour thing no lie when it should be 20 mins max! I've tried the inside and the drive thru they always take forever definitely needs more employees there's always on 1 or 2 people in each shift! Definitely looking at more options read more

The cashier was one of the rudest cashiers I've ever came across never said hi never said welcome to Walgreens. She rang up my items. Never asked if I had a card on file or a phone number on file. I asked if I could put my phone number in. She said yes pushed on the keyboard a couple times I put my phone number in. She never asked if I wanted to use my rewards. The price on the item actually came down a couple bucks to help me out after everything was said and done. We waited for the receipt. She goes receipt is electronic then turns around and walks away. She seemed to be more worried about her cell phone than what else was going on in the store. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They don't answer the phone, they close their drive through, and force disabled persons to come inside to get their prescriptions. Then the line to wait is 20 people long. I left after seeing the wait. Then I used their app to get my prescriptions delivered. It said next day service, but that was two days ago. When I called for status they said they were having problems and couldn't tell me when they'd be delivered. On top of all this, they already charged my credit card. They have the worst possible customer service and don't even care. Run, don't walk away from this Walgreens. read more

The pharmacy could improve. They can start by not hiring drug addicts in the pharmacy who steal all the narcotics that come in to the store... I've been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years now. Over the years, I've had SOO many problems with this pharmacy. Today was the last straw... the most incompetent, uncaring bunch of medical workers I have EVER encountered. I come here out of convenience but I will now be driving out of my way to go ANYWHERE ELSE. This is like a joke pharmacy. If they don't have your medicine, ESPECIALLY IF ITS A NARCOTIC, they won't even call to tell you they dont have it. They just don't fill it, and when u go to pick it up they just tell u the ones that are ready, not the ones they didn't fill because they were "OUT OF STOCK". Try to call the pharmacy to ask about the problem, LONGEST WAIT EEEEEEEVVVVEEEEERRRR !!!! And 50% of the time after waiting on hold for FORRRREEEVERRRRR they finally pick up ONLY TO HANG UP IN YOUR FACE!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNEXCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. Management won't do anything. Hiring new people doesn't work. This location needs to close permanently. It's in a bad location surrounded by transients , so they assume everyone is a drug seeker. I've been here to get medication after root canals my husband's back surgery. Whenever a narcotic is involved, there is an issue. They are always out of stock, but on your Walgreens app it will show that the prescription was filled. When you go to pick up the prescription, they tell you that they are out of stock and that they cannot transfer the prescription because it's a narcotic. Then they will tell you that they messaged the doctor, but never will. Your prescription ultimately disappears. WHERE ARE ALL THE NARCOTICS GOING!?! This has happened twice in one month! I can't believe they are getting away with this. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS PHARMACY ON 4041 N. SIERRA WAY! You will be sorry you did. I was at CVS and switched to Walgreens because it was closer to my house. I've gone back to CVS and I won't even buy a pack of gum at Walgreens. The driver never showed and thank God for the Walgreen's employee named Samantha who went out of her way to make the delivery after she closed the store. I'm flabbergasted!!! No matter how much you buy in this store, you will pay .10 per bag!!! At first, I thought that it was a store thing but, turns out.... it's a California thing!!! How on earth do you go green when there's vehicles that take gas, pollution and trash all over? I'll never understand this! California should get rid of all gas stations, and add plug- in pumps! This Walgreens is the closest to our home & it's the one that's in our insurance network so we have to use them. Unfortunately they have the worst customer service personnel in the pharmacy. Their not helpful at all & when you call in your on hold for over 20 minutes & then the call gets disconnected. I had to call back 3 times before someone finally picked up my call. read more

I choose one star but they deserve no stars what so ever at pharmacy dept. I went to pick my prescription today at the drive thru and I arrived at 11:29 am, it took up to 11:45 for the only customer ahead of me to moved, then nobody at the window, wait 3 minutes and pressed the service buttom, someone says I'll be right there, waited 3 more minutes and a girl came to the window asking what do I need, so, told her that she never apologized for the waiting and she started giving me an attitude, making the long story short she let me wait 10 more minutes, she said that I was yelling at her when I was not, this place need to train their pharmacy employes in customer service, she was very rude and of course, like always only one person helping drive thru and lobby and maybe 5 people with the pharmacist, I am taking my business out of this pharmacy, they are rude and make you wait all the time with no apologies, and Walgreens says that they need to help customers or patients fast so they come back, as per myself I will do all that is in my hands to tell my family and friends not to go there. This Walgreens location is the best and my fav. Its my little secret I've been coming here for over a year and it's always well stocked, organized, clean with calm atmosphere, never overcrowded. Today, I met the manager of this Walgreens, his name is Thai and he is the absolute best! Thai is a friendly person but he runs a tight ship. Now I know why I love this location. It's a reflection of his high standards and hard work. Sooo the neighborhood has its "challenges" and the staff at Walgreens deals with everything so graciously. Honestly, it's impressive and needs to be acknowledged and applauded. I know Walgreens is a huge corporation and all but it's also my neighborhood drugstore and it's made up of people and those people seem to really care and do an excellent job and that means something to me. If I can leave a negative star, I would. There is a staff there by the name of CRYSTAL who is just awful. She is rude condescending and just straight out disrespectful. Clearly management is not handling this because of the way she was talking to customers and the attitude that she has towards customers. She very much has an "I own this store attitude". She let me know that my prescription was going to be ready in a half an hour, and here I am two hours later and still haven't had my prescription. Mind you she let me know it was available via phone and when I got there, nothing was ready for me. And when I asked her about it, she said that I wasn't the only person waiting. After some time she called me to let me know that it was finally ready and then told me , "are you gonna come get it or what?" This girl is going to say the wrong thing to the wrong customer. Management needs to fire her and take better care of their customers. read more

Horrible I tried getting prescriptions sent in by my doctor and they statated new law they have certain amount of days to fill any new prescription if your sick basically you loose out really bad also they say they are back logged so be careful if your expectation is to come pick up you won't get good customer service read more

So the day I left the bad feedback, and after being on hold forever a few times for the pharmacy, I called and spoke to the store manager and she got me on the phone with the pharmacy manager, who apologized for the mix up, let me know I could come and they would fill my animals prescriptions. I went back to drop them off today,and the guy at the window was AWESOME!! very different experience from just a few days ago. He checked everything, made profiles for my animals and let me know pricing for each prescription and also informed me of a savings program they offer to help cut the cost down a lot. Once I go to pick up the medication, if everything goes well I will change this to a 5 star review based on today's experience, I just need to get the medication filled before I go that far. read more

One employee knows how to work the register/count money/give change back. Every other employee I have delt with at this store is too stupid to do their job and I have to tell them how to help me. I usually go in to load a PayPal card. -I had an employee count $400 three times: I handed her $500. -Today I handed the employee cash, and in the part where they input the amount I gave them, they kept telling me to swipe my card for payment. Four times I told them I already swiped my card and that it is waiting for them to input the payment type/amount. Four times I had to tell them it is waiting for them. But since this person works 47 jobs and is too tired... blah blah blah... I don't care! You should know how to do your job! -I've also had an employee ask why I always load money on a card, and ask personal questions to make sure I'm not dealing drugs or laundering money. Yes, they learn this in their training, but I do not need to answer... and it's because someone has been using my ssn for years and I cannot open a checking account/credit card because of them. So moving money from a saving to a prepaid card is the only thing I can do. (Now you all know too.) Two stars for the one person who knows what they are doing. read more

Wow. Most disappointed!! Dropped off prescription, & came back 2 hours later in drive through. Told it's not ready and to come inside and wait for 5 minutes. We drive around and got back in line. 8 minutes later it was our turn again. Now we are told the pharmacist cost is on the phone and hasn't reviewed it, so we must come inside. My husband showed his handicap placard and stated nobody was in line behind us. We prefer to wait here in the car and drive around if somebody pulls up. She said that was not allowed and told us to move. We waited. Nobody pulled up behind us. Eventually got meds and left. BTW - when we pulled up, the first car sat there for over 15 mins. read more

This place used to be decent, now the exterior is filthy. The store interior is good, I can tell they try.... The pharmacy is very slow. The pharmacy staff look and sound unhappy,. There can be 4-5 staff members inside the pharmacy, usually only one serving both drive through and inside customers. Will be changing pharmacies with next round of prescriptions. read more

best walgreens in San Bernardino. i've been coming here to this location over all of the other ones for 2 years. the employees are very kind, and very helpful. Every time i go pick up my prescription, Michael is always up front ready to greet me with the friendliest smile! Nicole is also super great! always helpful, and they recognize their customers which makes me feel appreciated. Rosemary has a bit of attitude, and never willing to step away from what she is currently doing to help me. The other employees go above and beyond. i will always recommend this Walgreens. read more
