Thomas didn't care every time I would call the business up and right away he or other staff members would say they don't warranty batteries or it's my wheelchair that is defective anything to say so they won't honor my warranty or give me a cash refund. It's not right I'm a paralytic man and they took advantage of me and I will notify the better business bureau because this company takes advantage of paralyzed customers and don't honor there warranty's stay away from this business there not who they claim to be and they probably paid people for fake good reviews. Ever since the beginning, I have not liked them. They got my wheelchair wrong with the side guards expected me which I'm a quadriplegic to use a screwdriver to take them off every time just to get in my chair. It gets worse.. that exact chair breaks down over a year and a half later & I was dealing with them for the wheelchair repair for two months, but they kept on using the excuse that they don't have a technician. I got tired of it and they brought back my power chair in pieces like a broken Lego set... sweet Jacqueline(sarcasm) was already working on other projects instead of finishing up the mess that she & her team created. They couldn't even put my chair back together, but yet they took it all apart, just fine. She was also ignoring my phone calls too, and it shows why she was doing that. I'm not the type to complain about companies, but this one is well deserved. They tried to cover up their tracks by giving me a whole brand new chair that wasn't suited for me. I hope nobody goes through the same experience I did. It gave me major anxiety. I would've gave them respect if in fhd very beginning if they told me. They were weren't experienced to repair a wheelchair instead of wasting my time after two months & bringing back my chair in pieces. It's not hard to do that but their communication was horrible. This facility has no experience in wheelchairs or customer service. UPDATE!!! 8/17 I went somewhere else to try to get the repair done and this company twin medical prived my chair apart & made it unrepairable because they took apart things that should've never been took off for what the original problem was... they're being uncooperative as well still about the whole situation!! imagine being a quadriplegic who relies on a wheelchair bc they are my legs after all and the company that issues the wheelchair is being rude, vicious, unreliable, and to top it off liars. A lot of medical supply stores didn't open until 10am but I was desperately in need because my Spouse was having such a hard time with the crutches. But this place opened at 9am and that was great and convenient. I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony who was great. Customer service was excellent. He gave me different options on the knee scooter. They offered equipment for rental and for purchase, which was great. I went ahead and purchased the scooter since I'm not sure how long we'd need it. He even offered to deliver the scooter to my house. Hopefully I don't need to much medical equipment lol but if I did. I'd most definitely use advanced solutions again.

Supplies have not been delivered on a timely manner. We've received 2 texts claiming supplies are on the way. No delivery. After finally getting through to "Supply" we were told there were no orders submitted. Why did we get supplies are on the way notices?? We were promised a delivery Monday night and it never showed prompting a trip to ER is next town for a wound dressing because wound pump dressing can't be on more than 3 days... There is a warehouse in the city where the hospital is but no one can tell us if that warehouse has the supplies we need. All supplies are sent from a distribution center near Sacramento. I was on the phone yesterday waiting for 40 minutes for answers and was hung up on after call timed out on hold.... Unbelievable!!
