I had been going here for years. I don't want any backlash so I put a nickname on here. Khalid used to be a very nice man. I don't know what happened. I know he had a lot of break-ins maybe that changed his attitude I'm not sure what happened, but I no longer felt valued as a customer for the last several years I dreaded having to talk to him about any medication it was like I was on eggshells around his moods. You never knew from day today if you had to talk to him if he was gonna be angry or sarcastic or just sometimes rude. He stop smiling at me. He stopped caring. Honestly, he became rude and sarcastic. At times. I put up with that for a couple years because I was sure that he would come out of his bad mood. He never did, and I'm a very sick person and I can't deal with that negativity and his attitude and not being able to talk to my pharmacist about my medication's and only being met with what seemed like anger towards me for some reason, but I've never done anything to him. I had to take my medication's to another pharmacy. Sadly, he used to be a very nice man and I don't know what changed but my significant other and I never did anything to him. We remained kind even when he wasn't. We both were being treated the same way which was not in a good way. Cajon Pharmacy has been more than helpful and reliable when filling all of my prescriptions (4). During Covid, one of my prescriptions was no longer available anywhere. I tried all of the big name pharmacies, but no no avail. This medication is vital for my health. None of them would take extra measures to help me, so I began looking out of state. My insurance began to look world-wide (seriously) with no luck and I was becoming very frustrated and nervous. No warehouses carried the med, and there is no generic or substitute for this medication. After 2 months of searching, I began calling all small, family owned pharmacies just hoping to get some kind of lead. Nothing. But then I tried Cajon Pharmacy and Khalid picked up the phone. I called here, remembering this location from my childhood- and he assured me that they would have zero issues with my Rx and the payment voucher from the manufacturer. They had my Rx processed and ordered in less than 2 minutes- something that my other pharmacy couldn't handle or figure out for a week, every single month for 6mo was a nightmare. I started coming to this pharmacy as my dermatologist is right across the street and they sent my initial prescriptions there. From my very first visit I was extremely pleased by the level of professionalism and service I received. I lived in Riverside at the time, so going to Redlands was no problem after an appointment. Unfortunately, I just moved to LA and was running out of my meds, so I asked the dermatologist office to send my prescriptions to a Rite Aid in my area. After a week of going back and forth with Rite Aid and them not even getting back to me about my meds being out of stock, I canceled the refills and coincidentally had to be back in riverside so went back to Cajon to get my meds. What an experience-the owner asked me where I worked while ringing me up and I explained my situation with Rite Aid, and he was SO wonderful and told me he'd mail me my meds anytime and that he'd help me with any prescription I needed in the future.
