Normally I would change my appointment but couldn't due to flight plans days away. On my normal appointments we talk and recap our lives since my last visit. Today however, she knew I needed quite time. When it was time to do the rinsing of my hair Shellie did the most unexpected, she messaged my head for a good 15-20 minutes. I was so moved my this gesture. Sometimes unexpected gestures can make all the difference in the world for someone. She was my angel for the day. I could not figure out why my normal size didn't fit. I called this location and they said they would take the return and I could get fitted again. Come to find out, these particular bras run smaller than other styles. Pam, the lady that fitted me was extremely knowledgeable and vey helpful. She was running around helping several others at the same time she was helping me, all the while remembering all our names. Tammy took over after I was fitted and helped me pick out a few other styles and colors. Then there was the sweet cashier, Andie, that was very pleasant. These ladies deserve a raise! Great job!
