After a glitch with DoorDash leaving my order behind, the manager (Adam) went to great lengths to ensure I received it. Things happen, but the staff have always go out of their way to fix the problem. The Walgreens in Sheridan is awful. If you are lucky, you will get "Doris" to check you out. She is quiet the bundle of joy. If you are into being talked down too, treated rudely, threatened with the god almighty and PLEASE, do not tell her to have a good day. The way she yells WHATEVER is very professional. Hopefully no other company's come in and try to steal this employee. Unbelievable and lost 5 customers that day. Hopefully word of mouth travels fast so no others have to deal with this mad at the world employee.... On a very positive note, the pharmacy at this store is great. You can see how hard they work back there and always are very pleasant while picking up meds. I have always liked their employees back there. They care and show it. read more

I had my first experience at the Sheridan Walgreens today, and I'm blown away by the total lack of ability to listen, comprehend, and the overall "I don't give a shit"attitude. I'm honestly not sure how many days... yes days it's going to take to get my prescription, and I feel like at least todays employees blew me off entirely because I told them my first experience with them was a bad one. As soon as i get my my prescription, I am moving on to a better pharmacy and never.... Ever returning to this piece of work place called Walgreens! read more

Not a good experience. Tried Walgreens out of convienence. Went for an Rx refill. I was told it would take at least an hour and a half. I could understand if the place was packed, but it wasn't. It is nice that they call you when it is ready but that's not a unique service either. At the pick-up window the cost was triple what I usually pay for the same script. Thank you Walgreens for showing me that my loyalty to Hospital Pharmacy on Main st. is where I belong and I won't be back to Walgreens for your Rx service! read more

Associates do not know about the products they carry in store, and when you are transferred to another department, no one answers the phone.

Went to get meds for my daughter because her mom still uses Walgreens.... stayed in the drive thru for 15 mins(no one in front of me or at the counter) the two working seen me 3 times and even walked past the window twice, I made sure they where still open even tried calling and was put on hold for 5 mins.... left frustrated, when I got home had my girlfriend call... asked for the manager on duty she answered We asked is your pharmacy still open and explained, manager said please hold... 5 mins later still nothing.... highly not recommended.....update girlfriend goes inside waits ANOTHER 5 mins for the lady that's sitting there to help her....no care or customer service!! read more

Terrible customer service. Had a very frustrating experience last night and was talked to poorly and pharmacist was argumentative when I spoke up about the cost of my prescription because I had the exact same one a few months back. When I requested them to call me when they got it straightened out she stated no you can just come back in 15 minutes. I left (because I had a screaming baby with me)and on my way home called the manager and he tells me they tried filling it with the generic this time and I have dual insurance so it picked it up differently so they will get in what I was prescribed and it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. Thank you for the crappy service and disrespect. Just what I needed after a long day at work and a sick baby with me. read more

I had a transferable prescription from New Mexico to this store, but the head pharmacist said no because he thought my friend would send the medication overnight express to my travels from there to Rapid City somewhere in America and I would OD on Lorazepam, an anti-anxiety med for GAD and panic attacks due to Dysautonomia I have, a medical condition that was assessed by UCLA. Never mind I am an upstanding citizen with my own home, married 35 years, have a son and 2 dogs. Geez, you'd think I was walking in from something from 'Breaking Bad' but really I am just a regular gal on a motorhome trip with my husband. Then came the misleading and lying from the staff to managers. I asked to talk to the manager and the staff intentional mislead me and each employee gave me different answers as to where the manager and asst. manager were and how could I identify them. When I finally correctly identified the assistant manager myself he had all the wrong information then started in on me for being so 'mean' about everything as I was in the store a good 3 hours and he watched me the whole time without coming forth to resolve a customer relations problem. The manager never did show his face. I guess I was not worth his time, or was it the other way around? Then they called the police and shoved me out the store. I guess I ruined their Mayberry life there in Trump country, where religious liberty reigns and government corruption and the fall of America is tolerated. read more

Walgreens is so convenient. Yeah some of the prices might be a tad higher than Walmart if they aren't on sale, but you're paying for the in and out convenience. The employees are actually happy to come to work and care that you're spending the day with them. I waited in store for my prescription and didn't have any issues. The pharmacist was informative and cared about my well being. Know that getting your rx filled isn't like going to mcdonalds. There are plenty of other customers being helped even if you don't see them standing in the store or parked in the drive thru. read more

Tried to have some pictures including some wedding photos printed here. The guy at the photo center told me I needed a photo release form because there was one picture that had a watermark on it. During the conversation, I told him the photo with the mark was taken by the same person who took our wedding pictures. Then he told me he couldn't release my wedding pictures to me -- despite there being NO mark on them.... but because I TOLD him they were taken by the same person, he wouldn't sell them to me. So, I bought the ones that I could. When I got home, I realized he didn't include a few other pictures from my order that just happened to be professional-looking. What a f**cking joke. Will ABSOLUTELY not go back here. read more
