The pharmacist was concerned about one of the medications and called the physician before dispensing the prescription. The next day, she remembered my name. Now for the less than favorable portion. One of my daughter's medications had to be ordered. On the appointed day, I was told they had a question about the dosage and the physician did not return their call. When I asked them to follow up on the RX, the clerk was rather rude. After my call to the physician, the supposed issue was cleared up. When I called to confirm this, CVS told me it would be two days before the prescription would be ready. I called Kroger and picked up the medicine on the same day.

Coming back South on I-79 to Charleston and then onto I-77 for the final leg, it was time to stop for lunch. Not wanting to endure the agony of inflated prices on a controlled entry and exit road, I was determined to avoid this if possible. Pulled off I-77 South just before the Turnpike and had lunch at Tudor's Biscuit World which was pretty good and very filing. As I was leaving, there was a Kroger's across the parking lot. I wanted some bottled water so I drove over to pick up some. Different layout than I am used to put on asking, staff directed me to exactly where I need to go. While more that I actually needed, picked up a 24 pack at very nice price. Store is well stocked and prices are good. Very clean store and easy on and easy off I-77.

I finally called my physician and had them call the medication into another pharmacy. NO ONE CAN GO 4 WEEKS WITHOUT A MEDICATION A DOCTOR PRESCRIBED FOR YOUR HEALTH. After 13 days this same Walgreens could not fill a simple prescription of Potassium ordered by my Nephrologist. If they are that busy that people can't get medications within a 24 hour period then Corporate needs to look into what the problem is within this location. Are all Walgreens this hectic and crazy? I told the woman assisting me, that this isn't acceptable and I will be finding another pharmacy. I hate it because this is the closest pharmacy to where I have moved. I think I will contact corporate because maybe, it will help someone else to not have to go through what I have and worry about their health because this pharmacy is obviously understaffed or not knowledgeable enough to make sure their clients have the medications required to remain healthy.

Pharmacy dirty with pee stains and dirt. I couldn't finish my shopping because of vendors blocking…read moreaisles, couldn't go down the soda aisle because a vendor was blocking it. So I started to go down the other side of the soda aisle but I couldn't go down there because there was soda all over the floor and it was starting to dry in places. So I backed up went to go left and there's another vendor right there so I just turned straight around and checked out. Didn't go back to the pharmacy because I could not handle the smell. When I called the manager to tell him how bad the smell was he denied it smelled. I asked him if he'd been down there to smell it he said no I said he needs to go down there and smell it. This is a picture that shows the dirt and the pee stains underneath the chairs. I also told him that he has employees that won't help customers don't care about the customers. For example wanted some juice. The normal place where it sits was out but at the very tip top there was my juice, out of my reach. So I got my little girl and I had her climb the shelves to get me my juice while a customer and an employee watched. How sad. Don't get me wrong they have some great people that work there, but those people are overworked I have seen them so stressed out because they're the only ones who do things to help. I've gone to buy cigarettes couldn't get them didn't have them yet behind the counter are the shipping containers they come in full. And it's not the person behind the counter fault because she's overworked and has no time to do it. They are so mismanaged. No wonder they can't keep the good ones. If one shift doesn't do their job properly that makes it harder on the ones who do their jobs properly. And I believe the night shift isn't doing their job properly. That pharmacy should be cleaned every night. Sick people come in there. I have breathing problems and I have to go in there and smell pee. In short I think their system is broken. They need to fix this. I've been coming to the store for over 5 years.
