Call in for a prescription.. was told it's here, I let An hr go by before I come in. Line is long only two workers multiple people complaining about confirming a pick up is ready, get here they don't have nothing for me. This is a nice neighborhood Walgreens. I visited on a weekday evening and it was very crowded. Or you know what, there was not enough clerks to check people out or for help in the aisles. The bell kept ringing saying "someone needs help in electronics", "someone needs help in beauty." And when I say it kept ringing, it kept ringing. The manager was at the photo desk (where I waited the first time to pick up my photo order) and she said she could not leave to go assist. There was two people behind me and two people in front of me. After waiting about 5-7 minutes, I was able to pick up my photo order. My photos were ready as promised and looked great. This is where it all went down hill as I had a pharmacy pick up as well. I waited in the pharmacy line about 15 minutes and then when I got to the counter the clerk advised oh your prescription is almost ready it will be 5 minutes, just have a seat and I will call you when it is ready (never mind the fact that my prescription was called in the day before and was suppose to be ready the day before). Well...I waited and waited and waited (30 minutes) and then I stood back in line because the clerk who told me to wait five minutes was no where to be found. I waited in line another 10 minutes to get to the desk and then guess what the clerk appeared and said ...your order is almost ready you can wait at my register. She had my order within 2-3 minutes and I finally left. Needless to say, I will never go back here for a pharmacy pick up. You judge for yourself and let me know how long your wait is.. read more

It's hard to pass this opportunity to again say how UNDERSTAFFED & slow this store is. I'm forced to pick up my family's prescriptions here. The line at the drive through is half open been sitting for 45 minutes in line. The fish stinks from the head down. The manager doesn't care and if he or she did please reach out to me. read more

Absolutely no one answers the pharmacy phone. The drive thru is never open. I have counted my pills and 11 were missing. The lines in the pharmacy is usually a 30 minute wait. After getting the pharmacy on the phone after being on hold 1 hour the call goes dead. This Walgreens needs a new staff and management! read more

Pharmacy nev answers the phone and constantly messes up prescription orders. The store as a whole is messy. Taking my business elsewhere.

This location is ok. The floors needed some attention but I understand the weather/conditions don't help the matter. I think the selections here are decent for a Walgreens but I've seen better stocked Walgreens locations that have a bigger variety of products. I was annoyed that their selection of a particular hair care brand was so scarce given that the brand advertises how they're available in Walgreens. Such a small amount of products and they did not have what I needed from the brand. I was happy to find a item that is hard to find in similar stores though I did pay more for the product than usual. The staff was nice and was able to help with my questions. read more

I'd give a 0 review if I could. I've been going to this pharmacy for years only because there's no easy alternative for me. They're consistently extremely slow, discourteous staff, uncaring staff and incompetent. Today was the last straw, I dropped off my prescription yesterday at 9 am and was told it would be ready at 2pm, I couldn't make it yesterday so I went today at 10:30 am and it STILL was not filled and was told it's going to be another hour. WTF!! This pharmacy is horrible. My next review is going directly to the Walgreens website, something needs to change, but probably won't. read more

I have now waited 40 mins in the drive thru for pharmacy. I have called into the store and have been placed on hold for 20 of those 40 mins. If the drive thru is not open simply put up a sign saying so. This is ridiculous. One person got out of his car went into the store and got his medication. And perhaps it would be smarter to have one lane for Covid and the other for prescription pickup. Not Covid and prescription in the same lane. Once someone answered the phone the young lady was professional and completed the order. Altogether everything took about an hour. Obviously, this Walgreens is not properly staffed. What a disservice to the customers and the employees. read more

I had a very pleasant experience with this Walgreens. The service provided by the staff was great. Kiara in particular was helpful, answered all of my questions and made sure I received all of my qualifying discounts, and coupons for my purchases. When the check out lines got too long, other check outs were opened expeditiously. All in all I am pleased with their service and will shop there often. read more

This is the worst walgreens pharmacy ever. The staff clearly dont care that they are working with people that dont feel well. I go for aleave D. The guy tells me I must have an I'd. Ok cool I go home to get it. Come all the way back . Stand In line 20 minutes because out of the 5 people i saw only 1 on the register...now all of a sudden the system is down. Something is always down or not working. I'm so glad a pharmacy is opening across the street from them. Walgreens won't get anymore of my buisness!! read more

This is a very nice Walgreens, a great improvement from the old location across the street. It has everything you would expect from a Walgreens. Its nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and they do a good job of keeping the shelves stocked and straight. I know its weird but I love perfectly cleaned up shelves where everything is placed just right. read more

This Walgreens sucks. It's in a nice area in South Holland and looks nice from the outside. Well I went there yesterday to drop off a FedEx package which you would think would be pretty convenient. NOT. I walked to the photo department where the dropoff is located, and saw a worker having a private discussion with a customer in one of the aisles. There was no one working in photo so I pressed the button for customer service. A manager came and said "ok I'll get someone to help you" and walked off. I noticed that she stopped at that same aisle and asked the same worker I saw having a conversation if she would go to photo to help. After waiting about ten minutes with no one showing up at the counter I left and went to Fedex instead.. and on my way out, I saw the same worker still standing in that same aisle, still continuing the same conversation with the same person. Amazing customer service. I won't go back to this store, they don't care. read more

my review is strictly on pharmacy department. it is totally hit or miss with them. sometimes they are so fast and efficient it makes me so happy to have them in my life, other times they are soo slow and rude I want to transfer the 3 prescriptons I have to take monthly to another place. Oh and it's ALWAYS, ALWAYS the WOMEN workers that are rude. never EVER the men that give me or anyone in my family an issue. read more

Brought in scripts for my husband for pain meds...he had a recent fall and strained his back. I normally go to another pharmacy which was closed by the time my scripts were issued. I have gone to this store before and I know they have processed scripts for me in the past but this time the PA was consideratably evasive as to why I could not get my prescription. I didn't have a script card. I gave her my ins card. And my ID she ran it and kept asking if "I" had any adverse reactions to meds when clearly the script was written for my spouse. After being asked that ? 2x, plus his DOB and my DOB I told her to forget it. I will just go to my regular store in the morning when they open. So my spouse has to go overnight in pain without his meds. read more

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to! I left a prescription at approximately 12pm and went back for it around 4:30. They said there was nothing registered with the name because no one had processed it! I had to wait 30 more minutes for the medicine. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will NEVER go back. read more

Beware of the rude pharmacist, Jennifer Foor! She is discourteous in the most extreme manner! Her voice exudes impatience and arrogance! As a 20 year customer, I have never been treated in such an atrocious manner! She refused to help me rectify my prescription dilemma by not listening to details and threatening to hang up after asking me what did I want her to do. I had to hastily get dressed and go to the pharmacy in order to speak to someone else. Jennifer Foor would not approach the counter. There were no apologies, matter is still unresolved, pharmacy manager on vacation, still no medicine. I finally got an apology after filing a complaint with Customer Relations. We do not have to tolerate, rude, disrespectful threats from anyone! Perhaps she has a grudge because she does not want to serve my community! read more
