Tried to fill a prescription for seizure medication for a 94 yo hospice patient. They refused to fill it because it would take too long to process the payment. If they had told us the hour before when the prescription was placed, we could have done something about it. I moved from North Wales to Churchville last summer and tried to use this Wallgreens first. They had absolutely nothing that I needed plus the pharmacist was rude. Today my medication was accidentally called into the Southampton Wallgreens and again the pharmacist was rude. The other people working in the pharmacy were wonderful. on my way out I wanted to book and see if I could pick up a box of baseball cards, picked it up and it was empty! Someone ripped open the bottom and stole the entire $22 and some odd cents box of baseball cards. Thinking that I'm helping I brought the box up to the cashier who is nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up, I handed in the box and told him that someone stole the cards from the box. He said absolutely nothing and didn't even look at me! He couldn't have cared less, I'm pretty sure he was annoyed that he had to come to the counter. I spent 10 minutes arguing with the pharmacist because they couldn't fill my complete prescription that I needed because I'm going away until Friday. So the pharmacist gets annoyed, but the technician filled itit in less than 10 minutes. I spent 20 minutes, chewing out my doctor and he apologized and agreed with me that other patience have had bad experiences at this Walgreens as well. Wake these people up and higher more people to work at the Richboro, branch where they care because it seems like they're closed than any other pharmacy I've ever even heard of, but at least the people are nice and will go out of their way to answer questions and help. Your pharmaceuticals staff and your employees could be more polite and act like they give a crap about their job rather than just annoyed that they're bothered by dreaded customer! Where is my motivation to want to use this place clearly they don't want me there? read more

The worse pharmacy ever. They will piece meal you meds, no follow up with the doctor and tell you the your meds are available. Once you at the pharmacy, they say something like:" It wasn't my shift so I don't know who told you that the meds are available." Had to drive to the pharmacy 2X to get my son's antibiotic, 2X to get 3 creams, 2X for eyedrops( which they couldn't even get). Run from them. read more

If only there were negative stars, seriously. Slowest employees ever. Lack of training or a case of IDGAF syndrome? First, the pharmacy had 4 people working (more then my usual one does). The only reason I went here was because the smaller shop I go to is closed on Sundays and is kind of a drive. Anyway I figured in an emergency I would deal for the convenience of it being around the corner. The doc called in a script at 4 pm and when I called to see when to pick it up I was told it would take 2 hours to fill. Um, 2 hours? When I went there were 4 people working, and I've seen them way busier. Guess what wasn't filled yet? Second, the store in general makes you want to bash your head in. Nobody knows what is in stock or even what aisle anything is in. Checking out makes getting teeth pulled seem like a pleasurable experience. It takes 10 minutes routinely to check out a single person (old indian woman especially, beware). I don't think I've ever seen anyone else take that long if they tried. Basically, don't go. Walgreen's is what it is, a decent place to get your drugs and toiletries. Anyone going under 3 stars is unreasonable! I mean what do you expect? A greeter at the door to hold your hand as you go up and down the isles? I put all the drug chains (Rite Aide, CVS, etc.) in one lump category, as a whole. They are all alike basically. But for myself, I actually prefer Walgreen's slightly since I think their store brands are up to par compared to name brands and you can save some money going that route. This particular Walgreen's is A-OK never any issues with the help, well lit and clean. Nice sized private parking lot never busy or full. Could be open a little later as only quip? Again, I don't get the negative reviews, but some folks just need to vent I guess? read more

Awful.. The worst store ever... Slowest cashier I've ever seen... I hate going to this store

Quick in and out service able to pick up my prescriptions through the drive-through. The people there are great always happy and friendly and always have my prescription ready for me on time as I need it otherwise I'll die without it. So basically these people are Lifesavers. They keep me alive and well and able to go back to work and make more money so that my wife and kids can spend it all on stupid things. But that's what life's all about staying healthy making money and spending it on nonessentials to make us happy so that we can go back to work and make more money to buy more things that we actually don't need. So all in all this pharmacy is hands-down the best I love it I would go here all the time and I do because I need my medication to take me to the next level in my life. I drive right by it every night and they have cool cold drinks. I like this place a lot I would recommend it to anybody that wants to go here. I would also recommend it because the girl behind The counter is very pretty and she give me that funny I whenever I see her. read more

From the time I entered this horrid Walgreens, I knew I was going to have a bad time and a headache! I tried using one of their machines for photos only for the employee who smelt like booze and cigarettes to come wandering over and tell me what to do. Dude, I know how to work a machine. Apparently he finds it funny to laugh at my sister I wanted to knock his teeth in but I didn't. I asked for a manager, who I got was this little girl who thinks she is a photo god. I guess that's why she is the manager of photos. By the time I got done using the machine. I was hungry. So I tried to buy a candy bar and soda. The kid who looks like a buffoon talking way too much of himself decides to do a "IC3". I wanted to get in and out yet it took me 15 minutes waiting for someone to get up there. When whatever that person did, she seemed pissed at the world. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE! read more
