Not only is this the slowest and sorriest Walgreens's ever but the most dishonest and disappointing. I was in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. When I get to the window the girl is hustling around and giggling. Nothing wrong with giggling however it seems very odd to be giggling if you're hustling. She hands me my prescription. I paid her with a 20$ bill and my prescription was $4.50. She gave me $5.50 back in change with no receipt. WHERE IS MY TEN DOLLARS? Crooks! read more

This Walgreens Pharmacy is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to visit. It takes forever to get a prescription filled. They make decisions for me that they don't have the right to make. These problems have gone on for years. The store manager says that they have changed management but nothing ever changes. I'd rather have a root canal than visit this store. read more

Me and my mother went into this store on Reidville Rd. about 20 minutes ago. We had to find our own apple iphone cord and buy it to print pictures. The man we asked about it told us he did not know where the cord everyone used was, so we had to buy our own. After we uploaded them, we had to approve it on the computer behind the counter because we couldn't find any help and we were pressed for time. Once the pictures were printed, we took them up to the desk where an old man, who was very fat and tall, with a extremely large bald spot, checked us out. We told him how many pictures were in it and how much it said they would be on the computer. He immediately started raising his voice towards us and explained that he did not know how to do his job and we would have to wait until 8 to buy the pictures. It was around 10:50 p.m. So of course, my mother tried to ask if he meant 8 minutes or 8 a.m. He began to scream at my mother and said he had no one working with him and it simple wasn't his problem. It obviously was because he worked there. My mother offered to pay with cash and he very rudely said he did not want our money and he would not sell them to us. Also, we "shouldn't have been back there in the first place". I told him no one was there to help us. He did not care and said he would not sell us the photos and basically told us we were idiots for trying to use their 24 hour photo service. So, now a perverted old man who is employed at the Reidville Road walgreens has photos of an 18 year old girl. He simply refused to give them back to us. He should be fired immediately and I am not impressed with walgreens at all. Look better into your employees, and don't let perverted, nasty, disgusting old men run your register. Waited in drive thru line for about 25 minutes for my scheduled rapid test on WEDNESDAY. It's been 4 days and I still have not got my results back for a RAPID Covid test that she said I should get back within "24 hours but it usually takes about 3-4 hours ". read more

Pharmacy is terrible! Wife had emergency surgery and had to go get prescriptions from this store after surgery and they didn't have it on file because they didn't check their system. Had to wait 45 min on prescription that was ordered by surgeon 1.5 hours before we got to the pharmacy. Employees are negligent and unintelligent. read more

I went to this pharmacy yesterday and unlike other reviews, I had an amazing experience. Diondra (hope I'm spelling it correctly) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They were having computer issues and were of course busy, but never showed anything but politeness. I wonder if the negative reviews were based on customers attitudes instead of employees. Remember also that people have off days and are overwhelmed. I am taking all my prescriptions here even though I live in Chesnee. Thanks again for making my visit stress free!! I only use the retail side of the store, not the pharmacy. The front store employees are always friendly. There are always plenty of staff members around to help or answer questions. I've used the photo lab a number of times and it's always been a good experience. The store is well stocked and clean. read more

Don't waste your time using the pharmacy at Walgreen's, especially this location. Had refills on a prescription, called in the refill before expiration of the prescription, but never received a call it was filled. Matter of fact, when I called about the refill, I was told prescription had expired, and they were having issues with their automated phone system returning calls. Talk about a loop hole, what was their problem became mine, and my child's prescription expired without receiving the refills. Glad this wasn't a life or death situation. I don't recommend this location or Walgreen's, and will be changing pharmacies immediately. I care more about my family than to let them receive sub par care. Very hard to deal with staff wise. Normal waiting time in drive through is an hr. No matter what time of day! You may only have 2 cars in front of you but you will be there at least an hr! I'm new to the area but believe me I've learned my lesson!! read more

Low competence. Glad I read what my prescription dose's are they have mess them up several times. The price goes up monthly and they don't store your discount cards. Bad attitudes, even those less than a mile from me I have transferred to another store. read more
