Luckily we have lots of options nearby for pharmacies. We will not be using this pharmacy ever again. Instead of calling my insurance company to verify the info, they were lazy and just said the policy was not active. I knew this to be incorrect. The customer service is terrible and 1 pharmacist in particular is obnoxious and rude. My family and I will be taking our business to either Target or Kroger from now on. I would ramble on more about their terrible service, but it looks like the other reviewers pretty much covered it. read more

Poor experience in the drive thru lane. The male employee made us wait in the second lane until he service 5 cars. We waited almost 20 minutes! We've used this location for the last 13 years and have never experienced this before. He was rude and unapologetic. Will be transferring to a nearby pharmacy with better customer care! read more

Went to pick up a prescription I refilled via email, and the pharmacist said it was never refilled even though they called multiple times, sent emails, and I spoke to someone last week. I'm in the middle of switching insurances since I changed jobs, however, the pharmacist or tech I spoke to on the phone said it was already billed and went through my previous insurance. Annoyed I stopped by inside for nothing. It's ok. I don't really need the prescription, but if I did, that's a waste of time. No, I do not want to wait 10 minutes for you to refill it. I should've read the Yelp reviews before I went. This is literally the most unprofessional group of people I've ever met. Scheduled an appointment for a Covid vaccine.... Showed up 20 minutes early just in case. Couldn't find my paperwork... no problem I'll do it here. I stand there for 40 minutes with ZERO communication or an ETA for me. I left 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I will NEVER visit this location again. I've been going to this neighborhood location for years and have been satisfied with their service. However, I have to say, after my last 2 recent visits, with other choices nearby, I will not come back to this pharmacy again. The last couple of times, I keep getting excuses that my birthdate doesn't match when I have used the same insurance there before with no problems. I then tried to use a discount Rx card and they say it doesn't work. Funny that it works everywhere else. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but twice? The last straw was that my mother had to go to pick up my prescription for me because Incouldbt get away with my sick infant. She was treated with impatience and the pharmacist wasn't pleasant at all. After waiting 30 minutes she still had "problems". I spoke to her in the phone and sent a photo of my insurance card. She said she'd handle it. My mother's phone was down to 2% and asked pharmacist to call me on their phone if there were more problems. Mom's phone was dying but 5 mins later she called me just before her phone died saying that the pharmacist pushed her aside and said she had to take care of other people first. I was FURIOUS. She had been there 45 mins with a problem the pharmacist created and was being pushed aside! I told her to demand the prescription back and we will go elsewhere. Further, the 2 prescriptions there would've cost $120 when I was able to get it for $35 at another local pharmacy. Iguess Inshould be grateful the pharmacist was such an inept jerk because i ended up saving money. Maybe that's why they have "problems" bc they didn't want to sell at discounted prices. read more

This branch caused me life-threatening issues during the ice storm. They didn't change their message for days to reflect that they had no backup generator and were shut down, so I assumed that they were open (from where I was staying - because they certainly acted like it on their phone machines). Once I actually got in contact with my doctor to send my essential medication to them, and risked my life on the ice to get there, I found out they were closed. I had to go off my necessary medication for nearly two days because of their negligence (and annoy my doctor with several new calls to send meds to new branches). W.T.F. I can't express how extremely messed up and frustrating this was. No excuses. Other branches made it clear they were closed, so I know it was possible to do. I wish I could sue this branch honestly. read more

I wish I could give less then a 1 star. The Assistant Manager Prescelia at this location, was so rude and unprofessional. I will be canceling my Walgreens reward program, unsubscribing from all emails, etc. I do not get this dramatic and over negative encounters. I use to work for Sam's Club as a supervisor. I understand hard/off days. However, she went above and beyond to be rude. I have never felt so belittle, singled out and attacked all in once. How she became and assistant manager baffles me....especially how she left her one employee to run the front register, photo, lab, handle the fed ex guy. All while she sat in her office behind the double mirror and watched me and everyone else patiently waiting for the one employee to help everyone. Only to emerge after the employee had to radio about fed ex needing a sign off. read more

It's just another Walgreens. I had a difficult time trying to use the Western Union station here. The machine wasn't functioning properly and the employee was unable to assist me. I don't shop at Walgreens on a regular basis but it's convenient at times. read more

0 stars should be an option! This is absolutely the most inefficient pharmacy! Some of the staff are extremely nice and helpful; however, allowing cars to sit in the drive thru at the window in excess of 25 mins, while a line of 5 cars build behind them, is a daily occurrence. The inside is really no better. I think this location could really use some process improvements when it comes to managing their customer's wait times. read more

The photo department in this store needs people who actually care. Photos never cut to the size you order, words cut off of cards, attitude when you go to pick up 90% of the time. The convenience is useless when the end product isn't what you pay for. read more

This is the Walgreens I use whenever I need a prescription or some quick medical items. It is always open and the staff is very friendly. There is a drive thru to drop off prescriptions and pick up, which is a plus when you or a loved one is sick. Our doctors e-script so they are usually ready to pick up within an hour and we don't have to wait. They have a pretty big selection of holiday items as well depending on which holiday it is. The lines at the drive thru can get pretty long at times, but if that is the case I usually just go inside and pick up. There is also a clinic at this location for those that do not have a primary physician. read more

This Walgreen has a very convenient location. However, every time I go here the wait is unbearable. They don't care how long the line is, people just have to wait. Rarely, do I see a second cashier coming to the rescue. Most of the time there's only one person manning the cash register. CVS on the other hand has two cashiers most of time when the line is long. I never have to wait long here. read more

I have used this pharmacy 6 times and have trouble with them every single time. The management is extremely unhelpful and rude. They're very defensive and don't take any actions to remedy their mistakes. The pharmacist manager Wendy is the most unprofessional human being I have ever encountered. My physician even advised me to go elsewhere, but due to the convenient location I came again. I couldn't even get an apology from them! It's unbelievable! read more
