I always stop here for my weekly fuel fill up and rarely I will buy a drink or snack from inside. Most often I pay at the pump so I do not have interaction with the sales clerk but any and every time that I have made purchases or paid cash for my gas inside, the interactions have always been pleasant. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. There has rarely been a time where I have had to wait to refuel my car since there are 8 spots to fuel. As with any convenience store, the items inside are overpriced. There is now an Air/Vacuum station off to the left side of the lot. It's $1.50, which is a little pricey in my opinion but it's cheaper than damaging a wheel by driving on a slack tire. This location is not only my go to because of BP gas but because of the convenience to my home. While I am set on filling up here, it can be a bit tricky getting out of the lot onto Hwy 115 depending on the time of day. There's really no other drawbacks, lot is large and there are plenty of pumps. One other perk to this station is the persimmon tree out behind the business! Gas can be a bit pricey but there is a rewards program that gives some cents off after a specific gallon purchase quota is met. I'll take the savings anywhere I can when it comes to gas. One note, there are two other stations nearby so gas prices are usually within a couple cents of the others. Nothing wrong with a little healthy competition!

My wife fusses about it but the Audi was showing estimated range of 10 miles when we passed Harmony. The Valero which normally has great prices on gas was only one more exit down. Pulled in and all the pumps had plastic bags over the nozzles Houston, looks like we have a problem Got back on the road and by the time we went another 6 miles, Audi range said 0 and I'm willing to pay anything for gas. Pulled into the 7-Eleven which is just off the Interstate and filled up. Their gas prices were the lowest I have seen anywhere locally While I filled up, wife went inside to use the restroom and get snacks and her comment was the service was great. Try to avoid gas stations just off the interstate because they tend to take advantage of the situation but not the case here. On I-77 in NC, consider the 7-Eleven at exit 54. Limited experience with this location but this one was definitely positive.

Specifically the drive thru has broken posters hanging, trash always on the ground, dirty entry points, and the overall look and condition of the building is very poor. No one is attempting to repair the damage outside and no one appears to care about the appearance of the store. I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years. It is just dilapidating by the day and the lack of attention by corporate CVS is sad.

It is clean and well stocked, even with the supply chain issues that a lot of products are having. If they don't have one brand available, they usually have another, or a generic of the same. The workers here are pleasant and helpful. I'm here at least every other week for different prescriptions for members of the family and I have even had shots and boosters administered here. I highly recommend this CVS to anyone in town.
