Today 10/23/25 about 6:30 pm, I went to Walgreens (11101 US 441 N, Leesburg )with great disappointment. I went to pick up my prescribed medication, which had been sent to the wrong pharmacy (CVS instead of Walgreens). When I arrived -- in pain and experiencing heavy bleeding -- I was told I would need to wait 7-10 business days to receive my medication. That explanation did not sound normal to me, so I asked for clarification. The employee then stated that due to the "snowbirds" coming from up north, they are prioritizing those customers' medication needs. I was shocked to hear this. To make matters worse, this morning when I first visited the same Walgreens, I encountered an employee with a very poor attitude. Despite being polite and professional, when I said, "Have a good day," he rolled his eyes and looked at me as if I were hard of hearing. This is not the first or second time I've experienced unprofessional behavior at this location -- but it will certainly be my last. I will be reporting this experience to Walgreens headquarters, and I strongly encourage others to use caution or consider visiting another location. Customers deserve respect, empathy, and professionalism -- especially when they're not feeling well. read more

I got what I needed in Walgreens.I bought Cosmetics. Good prices. I go there often . Always find what I need.

There is absolutely no reason to set an appointment to get vaccines if you don't have the people to do it. It kind of defeats the whole purpose of appointment if you still have to wait. read more

Walgreens - Nobody home - Drugstores Near Me - Tavares, Florida

This store has the Pharmacy go on break for a hour and a half in the middle of the day. They can never let you know if your prescription is ready with a call or a estimated fill time. It's time to put a real pharmacist incharge or close this store down. they are not helpful. read more

Very rude and extremely unhelpful Lisa in pharmacy preforms her job like a robot terrible customer service . She is one customer service rep that needs to be replaced with a Kyosk . I never had issues with the Clermont location. read more

Pharmacist REFUSED to give instructions to us how to use the the medicine only repeated IT'S ON THE BOTTLE. I thought they had to give instructions if asked. In fact, at Walmart they don't give you medicine without a consult with a pharmacist. Also they said they did not have the prescription that was phone in a day earlier and they DID. I don't think I will use them again, There are way too many choices! They should know that and treat customers properly read more

Great place...well stocked and the customer service is very good. The only place that is iffy is the photo area. The work is good for the low price but sometimes you have to wait quite awhile for an associate to help you. This is my go-to place for last minute necessities. read more

Don't take your prescriptions here! They lost my prescription once and refused to fill it because they said there was not a paper prescription when I had just dropped it off to them an hour ago and it was for a controlled substance so my doctor would not re-write it....I was screwed for a month! On top of that, it takes them hours to fill, they have given me the wrong drug once, and given me my step mom's prescriptions twice! And I find the staff rude! Use the one next to Waterman instead. I honestly like Walgreens and I LOVE their "As Seen On TV" area! Just don't just this one. read more

Everyone knows Walgreens. Surprisingly you can find some other items here besides just the pharmaceuticals. Often times there will be sales or heavily discounted items. Walgreens compete for the convenient store business in most areas. read more

Horrible. Be prepared to wait 24 hrs for a prescription to be filled. They are slow, lazy, and often find lame excuses why my prescriptions could not be filled,if they are extremely busy. Two of my physicians confirmed the reasons were not valid,adding that the pharmacist was "playing games" w/ me. I got fed up and transferred my entire family's prescriptions to a competing pharmacy, who were happy to have me. This Wlgns retail section is scarce and lacks the merchandise as other Wlgns. Many of the cashiers are rude, especially the heavy set guy who works evenings. He makes you feel as though you're bothering him by paying for items He never greets or says thank you? Buddy, if you don't enjoy working w public, I suggest you get a job dealing w a computer screen; alone in a dark, back office or perhaps in a prison. I've often left my items behind and drove to CVS to avoid you. Do not bring retailers business when they disrespectful you. read more
