terrible pharmacy! I called over to get my prescription refilled and the guy answered the phone and was so blunt with me. He has bad customer service experience. I asked to refill my prescription and he didn't even ask my name only my date of birth and said alright it's filled... like how do you even know what script or if you even have the right person you are filling the script for. He definitely doesnt care about his job and this pharmacy is always packed as it is. VERY disappointed since I've been using this pharmacy for a couple years now. read more

Went to pick-up prescriptions on 4/1321 that i had received a text that they were ready. Guess What? As usual they lied! There was a very long line to wait at drive up and because they couldn't find one they made me drive around to the end of the very long line to wait again. They get a big fat ZERO on customer service!!! read more

We waited almost four days to get an antibiotic filled and that was after calling the pharmacist whom said he would put a rush on it. He did not apologize for the delay but vented his frustrations of all the issues the pharmacy is having- short staff, Covid, volume due to snowbirds etc. I understand the frustration but the turn around time is not acceptable plus there is a great deal of frustration on the customer side as well . read more

The staff were all friendly. The pharmacy was very busy, but they were very helpful. During a follow up phone call, they were patient and helpful. I got my prescriptions and insurance all straightened out. read more

Went to the drive through and sat in a line of four cars for 17 minutes before the first car moved. By the time I got to the window I had sat in line for 27 minutes. When asked what the problem was I received no explanation. My question is, if you are going to have a drive through service that is unsatisfactory, would it not make sense to put up a closed sign so your customers do not get even more angry and leave as customers? To me, if they are going to have any service be it drive through or picture printing, should not the management hire and train sufficient people to provide the service? If they do not, then do not offer the service. read more

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Last year they filled a prescription for me of a drug they have record of my being allergic to. And the drive thru service is a joke. I have sat in line for 15 to 25 minutes to get prescription. Twice in the past weeks I have driven off in anger when no one came to the window. Yesterday, I was second in line and as I approached the window, I saw the gal leave the window and the pharmacy area. There was 1 gal waiting on one person (and the only customer inside) and no one else visible. After waiting 5 min I hit the call button. No one came to the window or even acknowleged I was there. A few min later a recording said they would be with me shortly. I waited another 8 min and watched 4 more vehicles pile up behind me. Two more minutes, no one still appeared as I drove off in disgust. Unfortunately I have to return today to hopefully get my perscriptions. Last time I use this location!!! read more

When you take out all thinking during a transaction your employee becomes a mindless robot. So, this is what happened...I went in to buy pods for my ecig and realized I forgot my wallet. The clerk that helped me knows me... She has sold me the pods a hundred times but this time refused to simply enter my birthdate. I know, I know... You have rules. Well my common sense dictates I find a better shopping experience. So, I'll buy my pods elsewhere, you can put the photo prints I ordered in the trash, and you can give my balance rewards points to someone else because I won't be back. read more

This is probably one of the poorest run pharmacies in the area. They say they contact your Doctor's office for a refill when in fact they don't but tell you they did. When I checked with My doctor's office it seems the pharmacy never did. I confronted the pharmacy and they blamed my doctor for never getting back to them. Another time, the pharmacy said the my doctor denied a refill request. There again the pharmacy was wrong!! You would think the pharmacy would call me to tell me that my heart medication was denied by my doctor right? Wrong!! 3 days after the request I was the one that called and found out. I could go on but I don't want to bore you. After more than 10yrs of being a customer I have finally com to the conclusion that the pharmacy does not need me as a customer! read more

I went to this Walgreens to get my RX filled for pain medication. this guy comes to the counter, looked intoxicated to me, shirt hanging out of pants, noticing my tattoos, refuses to fill my RX. Now I was using Walgreens forever in Lady Lake without a problem. So I went there to get my meds filled. My friendly Pharmacist stated he can not prescribe to me as that was the manager and he put a complaint in, so NO Walgreens can ever refill my prescriptions. Never stepped foot in any Walgreens store after the Half dress Pharmacist decided I di not look like him. He very well seemed intoxicated and I believe he was. Hope he gets help. W.W.S. read more

Store was clean and I did not have to wait at all for the checkout. However, once I arrived at the checkout and said "Hello" to the cashier, she looked at me like I hadn't said anything at all and proceeded to scan my items. Once I noticed all the items were scanned I proceeded to put my card in the reader and the cashier abruptly asked right before I inserted my card "Do you have a Walgreens card?" To which I stated nicely, "No, I do not come here often enough to have one". She replied with a "YOU DON'T?!!" and proceeded to type her phone number into the reader which I am assuming was to receive the Walgreens points for HER OWN future purchases; instead of letting me know the further benefit of having one and the process to enroll... Is this what you call customer service, Walgreens? Because I work for one of the largest customer care companies in the world and I guarantee you this is far from the standard. Try hiring some actual employees instead of inept locals, thank you in advance. read more
