At the time of my visit, late October, they didn't have too much in Hallmark specific products, but did have a lot of cards and were starting to put Thanksgiving out. They also have lots of gifty items, like candles, stuffed animals, books, and Fascias chocolates (locally made). There were registers in the middle of the store, but everyone was lined up at the pharmacy so maybe I happened to come in during a lunch break? Parking was okay but hard to see the lines, so people were just kind of wherever. Masks are required in the age of Covid.

Sign up for the CVS card to get coupons. The pharmacy is okay, they seem to communicate a tad bit better online regarding prescription updates versus the one in Canton. However, since the prescription I needed was out of stock, I never got any further updates; it was just stuck in limbo. I had to request a new prescription from my doctor. CVS was founded in Lowell, MA in 1963 and headquartered in Woonsocket, RI. There are approximately 9,967 locations in the US and PR. They sell prescriptions, beauty products, OTC drugs, film & photo services, greeting cards, snacks, and seasonal items. They also have Minute clinic which has physician assistants and family nurse practitioners on duty. This service is only at select CVS'. They can treat, diagnose, write prescriptions for common illnesses. They provide vaccinations for flu, pneumonia, etc. they can treat minor wounds, provide routine lab test, health screenings, and various other services. They didn't have this where I came from in Florida so that is nice to see.

I get lost wandering through the aisles, inspecting the myriad products on display. Keep in mind, there's usually only one of anything. If you need two, you're out of luck until it's back in stock (the owners are very good about ordering for you if you need more of something). Also, there's not a lot of brand choices. You can find either the most popular brand, or the generic version of something. Not really a big deal. They have a huge selection of greeting cards, a big pile of plush animals (I bought a stuffed T-Rex there as a gift), a lot of pewter items, and wearables emblazoned with "Woodbury". There's a whole wall of candles, including hard to find colors of tapers (who would have thought there was such a demand for black candles in town?) I can't speak to the pharmacy end. Luckily, I rarely need a prescription. When I do need medicine, it's OTC, and I can always find something. The owners are well versed in what they carry and make spot-on recommendations for what ails you. The owners are also supportive of the community. I've never had a problem having them hang up a poster for a club event, they allow the club space in front of the store to sell our annual raffle tickets, and it's the place for our eyeglasses collection box. I don't know of any association in town that has been turned away when they want to promote themselves in front of the store. If you're in the area, and need of a nostrum, a birthday card, or a little tchotchka, this is the place to go.

Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by the very pleasant lady, and she offered to make me a espresso. That's such a sweet touch from a brand new business. They also offer juice or bottled water, if that's your preference. This pharmacy not only offers so many unique products, it's also the perfect stop for guests staying at Delamar who may not have an item on hand. This is most certainly a pharmacy, where you can pick up your prescription. I picked up some supplements, they cost about average. This is great little store and pharmacy it's organized and has a great variety of all kids of necessities. The staff are helpful, welcoming and pleasant. I'll be back here for sure.
