I do not recommend getting your Christmas cards produced here. The cards came out blurry even though I used a high quality professional photo on our card. They printed the ship to address & return address on the backside of the envelope. They reprinted to try to make it right but somehow only printed 10 ship to addresses when I had 50 addresses. Now I have to hand write the rest. They're great at printing regular photos. The pharmacy is wonderful though! read more

As of March 28 2026 my grandmother needed her medication and they did not even have a pharmacist their so she could not get her medication. Which she really needs. What does not make sense to me is how does a company allow someone to take vacation without having someone else fill in for their position. read more

Arrived for vaccine appointment on time. Tech in pharmacy was rude. Was told they were more than an hour behind schedule which defeats purpose of having an appointment. Waited for around 30 min and during that time not one individual received their shot. The line just kept getting longer. Do NOT use this Walgreens for your pharmacy needs. AWFUL service and they shut down in the middle of the day with no warning. This had happened on multiple occasions. Drive thru will be closed with no sign advising they are closed and why. Go inside and the pharmacy is open. Pharmacy service is beyond slow and they talk to customers in a very rude manner. Clinic attendant is more concerned about sitting doing nothing and leaving than she is about helping people get well. Save your time and go down the street to RediClinic at HEB spring cypress and Grant. Longer hours and will do what they can to work you in. Don't know about you but when I don't feel good I want someone that will go the extra mile and a "facility that has better hours. Redi Clinic is open until 8 pm. SO awful to deal with. Staff is rude and prescriptions take forever. Do yourself a favor and visit the CVS in Target. They fill scripts in 15 minutes and are super friendly. read more

This place is terrible. You go online and schedule a flu shot and they give you a scheduled time and have you fill out paperwork and then you show up and they have no clue who you are or why you're there. You go to the back of the line and they fill out all the paperwork again. So between the time you waste scheduling a time slot and the time you spend waiting, you're out 30-40 minutes for something that could take a couple of minutes. read more

The pharmacy is never open. What good is a pharmacy that is closed by 6:00 pm on a Saturday night? It seems like 25% of every time I need this pharmacy to be open, it's not. The only reason it gets any stars at all is because I actually like the staff. read more
