I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this situation needs to be documented. On January 11, 2026, I visited this CVS location to purchase several items. I noticed Pokémon card tins displayed on the shelf and asked an employee to sell them to me. The employee, who identified herself as Cecelia and stated she was a deputy manager, informed me that these were the last four tins (store limit) and that she would not sell them until the next morning, despite the items being in stock and on display. I explained that I was present at the store at that moment and would not be able to return the next day, as I wanted to purchase the cards for my 6-year-old son. Instead of providing a policy-based explanation or involving a store manager, she removed the items from the shelf and refused to continue the conversation. There was no posted policy explaining why the items could not be sold, and no reasonable justification was offered. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. This incident affected me more than expected. I did not sleep well that night, and even the next day I continued to feel upset and distracted, as I kept replaying the situation and questioning why a simple purchase was refused without explanation. This level of frustration could have been easily avoided with basic communication and customer respect. I believe this situation deserves review by store management and corporate leadership, as it raises concerns about fair sales practices, customer respect, and proper handling of in-demand merchandise. read more

CVS has been my goto pharmacy for several years now, and I have been pleased with the customer service as well as promptnptness.

The best pharmacist works here. I should've gotten her name. My husband was very anxious about running out of some blood pressure medication. She talked to us personally and got his medicine ready for him within 30 minutes right before they closed for the night! Thank goodness we still have people like her who care!!!!! read more

This CVS Pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Their customer service is horrible. The kid they have working the drive through you have to tell him 5 times what your birth date is before he enters it in the computer correctly; I guess that day is was on another planet. Latest, doctor called in prescription 4 weeks ago and the pharmacist tells me that it contains something that I'm allergic to and asks if I would like for them to call the doctor to get an alternative drug; which I responded yes. I call today and the woman (won't call her a lady as she was too rude to be a lady) while I was explaining why I was calling cuts me off multiple times. Then she states they do not have any records of a medication and that no one called the doctor. Also, she is raising her voice at her; and when I call her out on this, her reply was I'm trying to explain something to you. She then asks if I would like to talk to the pharmacist and puts me on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I hang up and call back; only to receive a recording stating they are closed for lunch. I fully believe she did this on purpose. I did just call back and the young man I spoke to was pleasant; however I found out that the prescription must have been deleted from the system as there is no record of it. And in order to make a complaint, I would have the purchase something at the pharmacy counter to get the number to make a complaint. Ridiculous!!!! I'll start driving out of my way to go to another location. This one needs to be trained by the location at 249 and Cypresswood. read more

They gave me POWDER and didn't mix my 6 year olds antibiotic. cannot stress this enough! Do not go here! I have given them so many chances on and off for 15 years bc of location.. tonight my son who is sick with strep throat and is moaning and has a high fever.. finally got his prescription in with a text. Go to pick it up. 15 minutes of waiting.. tall guy cutting up with co workers.. gets bag.. goes to check out.. asks for dob 3 times.. looks up to talk to friends again. I get home and he gave me the POWDER! 5ml of the powder is 30ml of the antibiotic. This is how people DIE!! I drove back up there so upset. I recently began going to this pharmacy. I have been a cvs customer at another location right down the road for well over 10 years. Over the last few years that pharmacy has become a complete nightmare to deal with. They have high turnover, appear to be understaffed, undertrained and generally portray a lack Of attention to the needs of their customer. Once I began moving my business to this pharmacy it was a totally different experience. This is the second time that I have refill a prescription, or gotten a prescription. First time I got a prescription, they gave me too many pills. And now I refill a prescription that supposed to be 60 pills and I only got 30. Seems like the pharmacist or the text that are feeling by prescriptions. Probably should double check and make sure that they are giving the proper amount of meds. Now I have to go up there and waste more time and gas to get what was supposed to have been given the first time. I guess I will have to look at another CVS or other options for my medications. read more

January 24, 2020 I visited the clinic in Cypress TX arriving at 1:00pm located at 12250 Louetta Dr st N. Eldridge. (It is listed that the doctors must take a lunch at 1:30 as well as says that times may vary due to patient volume) I sign in at the kiosk and it says approximate wait time is 14 minutes. A doctor just happens to be moving from room to room and tells me that I need to come back after lunch at 2:30. I told him the wait time is 14 minutes and lunch is still 30 minutes away. I watched that same doctor leave at 1:14 pm to go to lunch while I was sitting there waiting.The doctor had plenty of time to see one more patient before he left for lunch. This is very unprofessional and I will not be returning. read more

Writing my review specifics about the Minute Clinic. My family was serviced the day before my appointment for flu vaccinations and they made my appointment in person, and were not given a confirmation code for me to check in. In fact they were unaware one was even required since they were walk ins. I arrived for my appointment on time, the staff was running behind, no big deal. I was unable to sign in without a confirmation code so I waited in the waiting area until I could catch one of the clinicians working. It was about 30 minutes before I could do so. When I finally caught one and explained how my family wasn't given a code but that I was here and had been for 30 minutes, the woman claimed I was never in the system and refused to see me. She told me to reschedule or come back in 6 hours. My name was on the screen for next in line. When I explained this to her she walked away mid conversation and told me to come back later. My doctor was late calling in my prescription and I needed it very much. The pharmacy stayed four minutes past closing time and filled my prescriptions. That is above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciate it. We have used this pharmacy For about 10 years and are pleased with their service most of the time. read more

This location has a great selection of vitamins and natural herb supplements. They seems to regularly carry a two for one sale. The staff is friendly and willing to help and this location carries a good selection of goods should you choose to forgo a trip to the market. read more

Israel Martinez most worthless unprofessional "doctor"/nurse practitioner I've ever been to. Did the covid test and was told to wait in my car and I could speak to him about next steps. Waited 30 minutes for him to CALL me while I'm outside of cvs to say I would have to make an appointment to get any kind of medicine. No help at all. He also took someone else in front of my mom after she had an appointment for antibody testing another day and he told her well I have to see the covid patient. Wow... Won't be coming back here. We have used this CVS for years to fill our prescriptions. They have always been courteous and quick. They even answer the phone when you call. They also have always taken our prescription plan. One star off based on some of the prices, but it's a "corner store" so that's to be expected. Also, CVS doesn't accept Apple Pay so I have to use a less convenient form of payment. read more

Repeatedly ( 3 times) out of stock of medication that has an automatic refill, CVS waits until date due to order, causing me to miss my medication 1 - 2 days, danger my health, no urgency and notification they will not meet the due date. CVS Should order at least 1-2 days prior to meet due date, but they don't, and causes me to miss my medication. When I call for status before due date, CVS response will be ready on due date, CVS don't provide options to assist getting my medication, the only response is we will special order, yet their error for not ordering to meet due, doesn't help me since it takes 1-2 days in a special order. I asked each time for a location that have in stock, out of 3 times CVS found 1 location on for the one then this CVS transfers back to this location without letting me know. Don't recommend using this CVS for time sensitive prescription/medication, proven 3 times they can't deliver. read more
