I stop here for all my prescriptions. The service is always fast and personable. I also should say that for years I shopped for Rx at CVS but I've found that Walgreens service and prices are a cut above them. My only negative- Walgreens doesn't accept my company's insurance. To keep the prices down I joined their frequent shopper club and that helps. I'd recommend Walgreens for your Rx needs. read more

I only go here for pictures and that has ended today. The customer service in this place is horrendous. The people that work there hate life so bad they make it miserable for every single person coming into the store. Today for example, there was a "Customer Service" employee typing on the Photo Booth computer, there was a sign that said it was no longer maned, but I just asked if I could still pick up pictures today. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said you have to go to the front desk. I turn and go to the front desk. Wait in line, only for this "Customer Service" employee to look at me and not say anything when it is finally my turn. I tell her after only assuming it was my turn to talk, that I needed to pick up a picture. She says "Name?" I tell her, with a smile mind you. She then says "What size it?" I tell her an 8x10. She replies with, "that would have been nice to know" and "it's at photo center, I'll be back". Mind you that's where I started. Sunshine finally brings me back my photo and tosses it back onto the counter. Scans it, doesn't even tell me the total. Doesn't ask if I have a Walgreens card, which I do. I plug my phone number in, and then follow the prompter. After the transaction is complete. She says to me very snarky, "Thank you very much". I leave there and I walk out very angrily. My philosophy is, don't take your anger out on the customers if you hate your job. It's not their fault. If you want to feel like your annoying a Customer Service Representative go to the Walgreens in Troy, Ohio. Y'all need to get these horrible people off your payroll. read more

This is my first time ever writing a review, but i had to say something because my experience here was horrendous. I was buying a personal item, and after seeing it the cashier decided to condescendingly grill me with questions about my life and give me unsolicited advice. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat your customers. She was very persistent and insulting, making me feel uncomfortable and judged. It was a horrible experience and i will not be returning there for my shopping needs. read more

I ordered a few photos online to be picked up at this location. I rarely go in here, and if I do, its because the location is close and I need the convenience of that in that moment. I used to shop here regularly years ago, but due to the staff and extremely long wait time in the checkout, I stopped. Thinking I could order my photos online and just go in and nab them was a joke. I picked up the photos the day after ordering. I should of checked them before I left. Full length photos of people in their Halloween attire had chopped off heads and chopped off legs. Mind you, when I placed the order online, I checked each photo before submitting, and they looked as they should, showing the full pictures. I called when I discovered the botched pics, and was told I would need to bring them in because the employee taking my call "wasn't there that day" so she couldn't tell me what had happened. This morning I drove over there with my $3 worth of prints to show them. A lady named Teresa asked me what I needed, we walked to the photo stand, and I explained. She turned and spent a few good moments looking on a computer, never saying a word. She seemed indifferent and had a scowl throughout the visit. After a bit, she told me that that was the way they had come through on her end. I explained that I had checked them all and they were fine when submitted. Another employee (she was friendly and pleasant) asked me if I had a Walgreens card and told me they could give me 5000 points! Awesome, but I don't want to spend any more money in here in order to use those points up. Friendly lady also attempted to explain how when the pictures come through like that, that is the only thing they have to print. I asked why would they have you check them to make sure they were correct, only to send them not as they appeared online when ordering. They could not offer an explanation. Instead, Teresa said we could do them via the kiosk. Now, this is not something I wanted to do because I do not want to plug in my device to have all of my photos downloaded for all the world to see on the giant screen while others are shopping, nor employees. Reluctantly, I hopped on the stool to get started. I eventually reached the point where the damned thing was starting to download all 700+ of my pictures, when Teresa comes up and grabs my phone off the kiosk whilst its doing its thing, and starts messing with the screen (WHAT? no!), interrupting its progress and forcing me to start all over. She tells me to unlock the screen. It was already unlocked, hence the downloading. At this point, I am very frustrated and not happy at all with her being so unfriendly PLUS grabbing my device without even asking if it was okay to do so. She finally leaves me be and starting over, I get back to the point where its downloading EVERY picture on my phone. Finally they get loaded and I am digging through 700+ pics to find the 7-8 that I need copies of. They aren't there, they cannot be seen. I hit LOAD MORE. I do this several times. It doesn't load more. Nothing changes. I am exasperated. Teresa has left to do another task she probably hates, and I don't want to deal with her anyway. At this point, its not worth it anymore. I can feel the veins in my head and neck starting to throb. Its time to go. I cut my losses, unplug my device and leave with my $3 worth of crappy pictures. At this point, I would pay $3 plus gas costs just to get the hell out of there. I don't need a stroke, its too close to Christmas. I would like to add that in the past I have had excellent interactions with the Pharmacy staff and they are always helpful and friendly, so they get an A+. Also, a young man named James (I think), tall fellow, is always very pleasant at the register, smiles and greets me every time. There is also a lady named Sunshine that I have dealt with in the past and I am still not sure how she got that name, as there is nothing sunshine-y or bright about her disposition. Lastly, the little old lady with the compression gloves. She is just unpleasant and always has been. In all the years I have seen her there, never once have I seen her be friendly. I hate when she checks me out, its just uncomfortable and she is clearly there for just a check. However, the little old guy with the same gloves, is a gem. THAT was my Walgreens experience in Troy Ohio today. Don't go there, unless you know who is working which shift! read more
