This has to be the Worst and most Rude Pharmacy in the Nation. I've given them many , many opportunities to get this ship corrected. Only to continue to be frustrated and let down. the last straw was last week I turned in a new Rx l turned in on Monday. Was told needed to be ordered they didn't have stock. Would take a day or two. I called back Friday and was told for the FIRST TIME this was a drop ship order and no eta. If I knew this earlier I would have gone to someone who had stock or ordered some place more honest pharmacy. I called again today and they still didn't have any eta. Said they have other pharmacy that has stock. Aslady in pharmacy said you can pick up at other locations. No you ordered this a week ago. Please get it to your store tomorrow so I can pick up . She said no you have to go to other location. wow that's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. Do yourself a favor , save some frustration and go to another pharmacy. I came for a passport photo. I waited patiently at the photo counter in front of about 2 employees for about 10 minutes. They both disappeared. I kept waiting.. the front cashier came over to help. Unfortunately she wasn't able to work the camera and recommended Staples. Staples was around the corner and by this time I was ready to leave. Convenient, sure. Sometimes. Maybe. Depends on what you need. For some minor convenience shopping, sure. As a FedEx drop off location, they're no longer worth the while. I came in with two medium-size boxes, like I have done many times over the last six years. As I entered, a short female employee with long, dark hair called out that she couldn't take the boxes because of the sign on the side of the box. I questioned it, indicated that I know of the sign in their FedEx cabinet with SPECIFIC UN-battery numbers that they could not take, and that I had dropped these off many times before, and these numbers did not match the sign in their cabinet. She INSISTED she wasn't going to take them and refused to double check the numbers. Fine. Whatever. If you don't want to do your job, just say so. No one else was at the counter needing help, and there was another employee at the counter, so it wasn't like the counter would have been unmanned. Or at least give better and more believable lies to turn away packages. Like "the cabinet is full" or "the FedEx scanner is broken today." read more

I can't believe all the poor ratings from people. I shop at Walgreens and CVS, and I've been doing that forever. This particular Walgreens is very nice inside (i.e., great lighting, extremely well stocked and orderly; I have never seen a pharmacy as well stocked as this one--period), plus it has a great pharmacy. I come here for all my vaccines, mainly because I trust the pharmacy staff's expertise. To all the complainers out there who wrote bad reviews (perhaps, it was your Fed-X drop off experience that was less than perfect or you were having a bad day, thus your negative write up, but spreading misinformation is as bad as spreading diseases so educate yourself. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but this place SUCKS. Had an emergency prescription called in to this place after a visit to urgent care and they had an "emergency closure" sucked trying to transfer that prescription to a new place before they closed but that's whatever. What REALLY pissed me off is the fact that the next day I called to refill a different prescription and they confirmed that it would be ready by 6:30 and that they close at 9. I get there and the lady tells me that the prescription is expired and that she had told me I need to get it renewed by my doctor. I literally had done that the day before & the store had confirmed hours before I came that it would be ready. She had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy. Never going back, CVS has much better service and less stuck up pharmacists. read more

I'm only giving them one star because I couldn't give them negative stars. This location truly has the worst customer service. If you take medication you cannot rely upon them to fill it in a timely manner. The pharmacists are rude and not helpful. On thre different occasions my medication was out of stock for weeks and i seems they only refill prescriptions if you go in on a regular basis and beg. I high recommend anyone considering using their services that they go elsewhere. read more

Mark and I stopped here in store to pick up prescriptions for him, plus one of our dogs and to get a passport photo done. Parking is ample and easy. However the moment we opened our car door and approached the automatic doors, homeless people immediately came into our personal space begging for money. This is a chronic problem at this location both in the parking lot and on the covered porch to enter the store. I feel sorry for the people however I do question if they are truly in need. They are clean and have clean clothes and the men and women have styled hair. The management seems oblivious to this annoying problem which is why we normally use the drive through window. Once we entered we headed straight to the pharmacy only to be told that the prescriptions which had been sent in the day before were not ready. Disappointing especially since nothing needed to be specially compounded. Since we had to wait we proceeded to the photo center for the passport photos. We stood there in plain view of the one employee at the only open cash register. He could clearly see us standing there but never made an effort to page anyone over the PA system to help us. So Mark stayed at the photo counter while I then stood in the long social distance line- finally I get to the register to ask for help at the photo center. Then after another long wait someone finally appeared to take the passport photos. Then it was time to get in the pharmacy line again. Only two chairs are placed in the pharmacy so people were stuck sitting on the dirty floor. After getting the prescriptions and paying for our other merchandise our "quick trip" into Walgreens turned into a 90 minute frustrating experience with mediocre/surly service from the staff. Even prior to the current Coronavirus situation this location was mediocre on prices and services from the pharmacy drive through window. We come here for a theoretical faster experience than the grocery store however it never seems to materialize. Get prescriptions mailed to your home and try to avoid this location. read more

This could be a good pharmacy- they just don't have enough workers. The wait time is always very long. They keep cutting hours. Twice I have been when I could not get my prescription. Once they had cut their evening hours back and the next time when they had closed the pharmacy window for lunch. Just know before you go and save your gas. read more

I was behind an older gentleman who could not remember the last 4 digits of his wife' s phone number in order to get the medication. The tech was so unkind to this poor man. Customer service does not exist at this store. Take your business elsewhere. It is obvious that the service will not change so just find another store. read more

Noticed the reviews were not the best at this Walgreens location, but my fiance and I came here twice recently and had only good experiences. I can't speak for the pharmacy itself, as I have never ordered any medicine from this location, but in terms of general shopping, we have no complaints. The first time we came here, we walked over from Five Guys to grab some medical supplies. The second time, we just grabbed some beverages, ice cream, and Kleenex after eating at Matthews Cafeteria (also just a short walk away). Both times we were in and out, found everything we needed, and had only friendly, nice workers. They had good sales both times and everything was neat and organized. I'd recommend this Walgreens to anyone in the area needing to stop in for some quick grab and go items. read more

My first time at this Walgreen's, in which I was not allowed to buy a KitKat because they didn't know how to ring it up, should have taught me lesson. Had I learned it I wouldn't have gone to try and buy diaper cream only to be greetd with 1000 baby oils, but not a single tube of precious diaper cream. Alas, I still learned nothing, and attempted to get my flu shot. I scheduled ahead of time, and arrived slightly early for what I assumed would be a 10-30 minute affair. 2 hours later, and now at another pharmacy, I finally have my flu shot and have learned my lesson. read more

The pharmacy here is AWFUL!! It used to be great, but something happened within the last 6 months or so. If you submit a prescription in the morning, the next day it still shows pending or in process. When you show up to get it, you either get it or they tell you to wait and they will get it ready right then. (Then whoever is behind you has to wait even longer. They do this in the drive through, by the way..) Recently I was trying to transfer a prescription and could not get through to the pharmacy for two days. It took several calls at different times of day and letting it sit on hold while I did other work. Wait times like 26 minutes, 18 minutes... finally I got thru at just over 8 minutes. That was 10am. When I showed up at the drive thru at 5:00, (I couldn't walk that day) I waited for 24 minutes, 17 for just one car. I didn't have another time to come back in the next 3 days so had to wait. When I got to the window, again, my prescription was "in process", SINCE 19am! I asked her wth was up and she said to just drive around and it'll be ready by the time I get back to the window. Well I didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes in line, to which she said that I only had one car behind me, so I reminded her that it only took one car to make me wait the last 17. There was a little old lady behind me, so I lost my temper and drove off. Thankfully my boyfriend went and picked up my prescription. I have lots more, but I'm tired of texting this. If you are a manager of Walgreens pharmacy, you need to seriously take a look at that change and fix it. Everyone I know hates your location now. read more

I drive to this Walgreens passing CVS because their photo printing service is so much better. All employees at this location are helpful, friendly and quick, with the exception of Jenn. I give it 2 stars because recently Jenn was working the counter by the photo pick up and left me standing and waiting as she had her back turned to me for 5 mins on her phone and then when she saw me walked away to the back of the store. Eventually she made her way back after I was left standing 10 minutes simply to pick up a photo order. Terrible experience in an otherwise excellent Walgreens! read more

We were out of town when my prescription was refilled. Another family member has the same prescription so I borrowed medicine from them. I called the pharmacy and they assured me they wouldn't put my prescription back and I could pick it up when I returned. They texted me saying the same thing. When I went to get the prescription today they had put it back. Now I am short a week's worth of medicine. They tell me there's nothing they can do. read more

I've been to this Walgreens twice. The registers are understaffed. So much in fact, that NO ONE was around the first time I went in there. I looked around and couldn't find anyone to check me out so I just put whatever it was I was buying down and left. The other day I needed to print out some pictures and this Walgreens was the only one around that I could actually upload to. I also had a prescription for my daughter that needed to be filled so I decided to take that too. The Pharmacy was great. The photo center was great too. But again, the place is understaffed. After paying for my prescription, I saw a display for cheap laundry detergent. When Walgreens has a sale on such things, it's usually really great so I was going to buy some. I went up to the register and there were TEN people in line and one register. The line was not moving and I ended up just leaving the detergent and walking out. This Walgreens seems to have a problem with the registers. Hopefully, the Walgreens closer to me will let me upload pictures again soon and I will never have to step foot in this one! read more

This pharmacy is so disfunctional. I never had any problems with rite aid until it closed was taken over at this location. Sometimes they have my credit card on file and 2 weeks later they have no credit card on file. Tonight the said my credit card was not good and used it twice today. I purchased some Kiss my face lotion which had a coupon on the bottle which the cashier pointed out had expired. I asked her to check with the manager, John to see if he would honor this since his staff had not removed the expired coupon from the bottle. He would not honor it which I felt he should have. Any other manager would have honored it. I should mention this store does not carry most brands so I normally don't shop here anyway and most likely won't return. I always get my digital photos printed at this location, when I come in to pick up my prints I always buy a few extra things :) the staff is very nice, lots of diversity, and I've never ever had an issue using coupons because they understand the policy :) it's a good store and there is always a large variety of items on the shelves read more
