She text me about 30 mins before the service to give me directions. When I arrived she was ready and waiting for me. She actually greeted me at the door! And I got exactly what I asked for on my mani and pedi. My feet are so soft. She only used the pumice stone. My cuticles look fantastic, and the shape of my nail is perfect (I love that 90s/2000s blunt square--do not round my edges lol). Not to mention she has such a good energy! I had gone here before and had a decent visit but my next trip was with another tech named Bethany. The tech I had before was no longer there. I reluctantly agreed to go forward with the appointment. First - She ran the callous pumice stone on top of my foot because she was distracted and scratched me so hard I bled. Very painful during the scrub.   Then cut me on one of my fingers and had to use something to stop the bleeding. She did not wait for my nails to rehydrate after soak off before applying structure so the nails were still all curved. All nails were shaped differently. She did not fully remove the previous nail polish so you could see it on the side of the nails after they were done. My nails started feeling weird after a while so I decided to remove them and this is what they looked like. I have never in my life had this happen!. I am mortified and beyond upset! This is a direct result of improper methods and it will take months to get my nails back to normal.

I was a walk in appointment, they took a while to get to me which was fine. When they started services, I told my technician that one of my toenails has an ingrown, and asked if she could help cut around it. She ended up ripping the entire ingrown out, which was very painful and also illegal. I have never had a nail technician do that to me before. I flinched and was in pain for most of my service, and she laughed at me making jokes with the other techs. So, here is an update of what happened post-yelp. It took about 2 days after this was posted for ANOTHER nail to lift completely off the nail bed once again, so I had to take all them off since the one in my yelp review had been bent/injured so much it was swollen. It wasn't long until both of those nails(my actual natural nail after I took off the extensions) ripped off/got torn, so I knew that she filed my nail down too much in the first place. This really was a shame because I wanted to like this place so badly. I really did like her initial work-until I noticed the structural issues in her nails that have never happened to me before at other salons. I honestly felt like she rushed me and should have just canceled or rescheduled my appointment in the first place instead of having me sit there for an hour only to have the whole nail lift off after two weeks(which btw, I talked to my beautician friends and consulted google and the nail bed only lifts off that much when the nail tech doesn't clean/dry your nail enough for the acrylic to latch on). If you want cute looking nails for something super short term, then go here. But if you want nails that have a stability longer than 2 weeks and dont leave your nails so weak that they split in half and are bleeding-go somewhere else.

The very next day, my pinky nail broke. I went back to have it fixed, but later that same day, the rest of my nails started bending outward at the tips. When I tried to reshape them, they began cracking along the sides. Within just a few days, 9 out of 10 nails were damaged. I contacted the manager right away and was told to come in for a fix. Due to my work schedule, I had to reschedule, but I stayed in communication and still came in within the 14-day guarantee window. When I arrived and showed the damage, I was told I needed a completely new set and would have to pay $45. That's unacceptable considering the nails didn't even last a few days and the issue was clearly poor-quality work. I wasn't asking for anything extra--just for them to stand behind their service. Instead, I was told to pay again. Very disappointing, especially as a long-time customer. I would not recommend this place if you expect quality or accountability.
