This is the worst place to go for prescriptions!! I have a major back issue and have spine implants to walk and need several medications including some pain meds. I use patches and creams and nerve meds also, and it is sad when it takes day to get medication filled!! I am one that will stretch medication because I don't like to take them but it sucks when I wait to long and I need them... this pharmacy either has a pharmacist that doesn't think you really need them or just puts you on the back burner and tells you that because they have more customers that need the same medication they have to fill them before mine!!! Wtf!! Fill them when you get them!!! My DR sent it to you do t wait two or three days for others to come in.. Walgreens used to be the only place we as Military family would go to and now we are going to report them to our insurance company. I have been shorted medication or get half pills and then they tell me I'm lying! I am a pharmacy tech by trade and though I can no longer work I keep my license up and I have ethics, and there is no way I would ever jeopardize my license. Here is just an example in this picture. You can see where I counted them back out just to make sure this was an order. I just picked up. Counted them twice just to confirm that I was shorted one pill it was half exactly half how can that be? It was like it was cut in half and given it to me so where is the other half? Is it in the bottle now these pills have to be signed off by two people your Pharmacy tech and then your pharmacist also has to count them out so they have to be counted twice and signed for by your pharmacist so he should have caught this and correct it. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have always liked Walgreen's. The staff is always friendly, Addie is absolutely wonderful. The truth is that in recent years it seems like the pharmacy is very short staffed, walking in and getting a prescription filled in a few minutes simply will not happen 2 hours is the very best you can hope for and normally it's longer. Trying to call the pharmacy is normally slow and I have been hung up on. I sincerely hope that management values its loyal customers and will make improvements. I have looked into switching pharmacies but I tend to be loyal to a fault. Time will tell read more

The worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The drive-in window is always packed along with the line inside for the pharmacy, this Walgreens used to be on top with people prescription but now they make everybody wait for such a long time. Today I went to pick up a medicine that they said would be ready by 5 pm... when I got there they said they were still working on it and it would take 30 minutes. Some of us need the medication that day and the lack of service at the pharmacy is horrible. read more

I am writing for my senior mother age 70 female on dialysis and has chronic pain due to major issues I will not disclose due to Hyppa however the pharmacist there discriminates against people who take pain medications she will withhold the medications when she feels like dispensing she allowed this old woman to go without her pain meds for two days and said they were being filled when they were not filled. the very next day on a Wednesday the pharmacy was shut down. I called corporate and they could not give an answer to why they were shut down. They told my mother p they called me to say her meds were ready which was false they also billed her insurance for medications that were not called in when I went to go pick up her meds they were given to us short also they billed her insurance for three insulin pens and only one was dispensed. All I have to say is if the pharmacist does not like her job or continues to be discriminatory towards people who take narcotics should not be in this profession as she abuses her power there as a pharmacist. We will be filing a formal complaint as this is American disabilities act of discrimination poor business practice with the California Board of pharmacies shame on this pharmacy! read more

My husband & I went to Walgreens last night. Because I wanted to see if they had any red noses left that I may buy 1. But the guy at the register @ 7:48pm has no idea about any red nose. That was sad that he didn't even know that Walgreen does the red nose for kids. So this is why I am giving Walgreens a 1 star review. read more

The store is conveniently located. It's easy to go in, grab what you need, and checkout. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean. The restrooms are clean--super important when you have a 4 year old that has to go potty the second you set foot in any store. A nice plus is the Redbox right outside the door. read more

Today I went through the drive through I had 6 meds and my husband had one. The tech that was helping me was Samantha I paid with my debit card so she gave me the clipboard and pen to sign I was teasing her about how much I liked her pen cuz I like nice fat ones. She said yeah she likes them to I said maybe I will just keep it. I said besides it has Walgreens that's good advertisement for Walgreens right. She said we get loads of these. So to my surprise she dropped the pen in my bag. Samantha gets five stars for making my bad day into something nice. This is the best Walgreens we have in town the people in the photo department are so helpful cuz I'm so techno challenged. read more

The store and inside staff is not bad but the pharmacy was horrible. I was going to see if I could pick up my prescription in the drive thru before they closed but I only had 5min so I knew I'd be cutting it close. When I drove by I saw 2 cars in line and it was just about closing time. I got in line and no one else was behind me. The 1st car got their prescriptions and drove off. The 2nd car had an issue (it appeared they were at the wrong pharmacy) so staff spent about 10min assisting them. The car finally drove off with nothing. At this point I know it's a few minutes past closing but pulled up anyways since they saw me (through the huge truck stop mirrors) and saw I was in line during the ordeal with the order ahead of me (still no other cars I'm the last one) As I start to pull up and the car ahead of me pulled out, the woman quickly threw up the closed sign and walked out of sight! How rude! The pharmacist tried to explain that they were closed etc etc... And there's nothing they can do because the register was shut down. I understand that they have to stop the line at SOME point, but they did not shut it down in the 2 seconds it took that car to leave and me to pull up. They just wanted to get out of there. I would have had WAY more respect for them had she waited at the window apologized for the wait and say something along the lines of "I apologize but we were just getting ready to close down is there any chance you could return tomorrow?" I WOULD HAVE because it wasn't something I needed badly, but the fact that she flat out put up the sign and "HID" from me was downright disrespectful and somewhat laughable! I thought of contacting corporate because I know they wouldn't do this if it were the same situation with 3 people standing "inside" the store! I doubt if I were inside they would help the first person, the second person, then put up the closed sign and walk away when i step up to the counter but that's EXACTLY how it felt. So instead of calling corporate I just switched to Rite Aid on Tulare Ave. The staff there is Awesome! The pharmacist is super friendly! I asked him where a product was located and he even came out from behind the counter to not only show me HIMSELF where it was at, but showed me a similar one that was on sale! And they were kind of busy at the time so I would have NEVER expected him to do that for me. I've never had anything but great service there. Businesses need to remember that you can get prescriptions filled ANYWHERE! Customer Service will make the difference! Go to Rite Aid! read more
