The service of the pharmacist last night at Walgreens in Uniontown, PA Walgreens was exceptional. Despite the pressures they have faced, they seem to have the most friendly staff I have seen broad scope. They were able to answer all my pharmacology questions, ironically this is a rare thing for me, my local martins pharmacy does this as well. Both have the feel of small town pharmacies, but they always have the friendliest kindest, and efficient staff. 5 stars every time I visit. Remember to be kind to the people who support us. Nice place 24/7. Nice variety of everything. Fast and pleasant service. One stop shop especially in the wee hours if you are a night owl.

3 cashiers at the front were reluctant to check people out. Finally they stopped chit chatting & started helping people. Just as I got to the register the cashier informed me that she couldn't help me because she had to go look up a price for another cashier. I left my items behind! Such poor customer service!!! read more

Their Computer goes down and I can't get my meds. Any meds on their computer, are lost in cyberspace and no other pharmacy can fill those scripts. So after leaving pain clinic. I take my in hand script to CVS and they fill it. But not the one's on file. So Walgreen's wants me to come twice a month because of their computer glitch. I live 7 miles away it cost's me to go there. And, had no compassion for my dilemma. I was questioned as if I had done something wrong. Then the pharmacist Nicolas told me that he would call my doctor to see if it was OK! After I already told him the original script had dates when to fill them on. But he cited policy as reason why he wouldn't fill them. But then did a 180 degree turn around and said he would call the doctor. Policy went out the door. I'm moving on to another pharmacy. read more
