She was trying to put me down, she was confused and gave attitude when given a suggestion. I felt totally uncomfortable and it wasn't given "on the corner of happy and healthy". It was more of "on the corner of attitude and I hate working here". I love this store, but that is embarrassing from someone who's worked there for 8 years.

So even though I had a confirmation they could not test me and told me to reschedule online for tomorrow (via the same system they just told me did not work). No thoughtful resolution offered and a line of 5-6 cars behind me likely to experience the same thing with no one letting them know.

The doctor after prescribing pain medication after surgery assured me…read morethat they would be ready by the time general anesthesia wore off. 45 mins later the lady at the pharmacy when I arrive told me it's an additional 30 mins wait. After getting the prescription 45 mins before. They said they didn't set the time for the safe. I mean if you get a prescription faxed why wouldn't you just fill it and do what you need to in order to fill it. I.e. setting the safe. It's completely unprofessional and it forces me to lapse into pain. I'm extremely disappointed in this.

When I asked if the bathroom was locked, she replied "Yes. It requires a code that I can't give to you." She has to stay at the register since they are short staffed. Decided to have my scripts filled here after dealing with nothing but trouble at the Faribault…read moreWalgreens pharmacy. Thinking that this Walgreens might be better I was optimistic. Nothing can get worse right? Wrong! Nothing but rude to me when picking up my scripts. They never tell you when things are ready, you always have to call and remind them to get it ready. They never tell the truth and always give vague answers when I asked questions. I live about 25-30 mins away since there isn't a closer pharmacy to me being from Kenyon. There has been at least 2-3 times where they told me my script would be filled, and then when I get there they tell me it can't be filled even though on the app it says insurance was approving it. So in the end I waste about 60 miles in gas. I also called them one time and they told me my script would be filled. Only to get there and have them tell me that it was out of stock. I also had another script that was "out of stock" on the app, so I called and asked them when they would get it. I was told it would be available on Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and then they tell me it's still out of stock and that they're not sure when they'll get it but it's sometime next week... next week comes around and I'm getting upset, I call and then they tell me it wouldn't be available til the next month and that I needed to call around and see if anyone else has it. I was furious (keep in mind, this is a drug I need to take daily) that was the last straw, I moved all my scripts to my local Alina hospital because they're so disorganized and everyone there is cold and treats you like you're a drug addict. Disorganized, they don't offer any help, they're rude, and they think they can decide when things get filled and not your Doctor. Stay away from this pharmacy if possible, honestly stay away from any Walgreens. I'm also not the only one who's had trouble with them. My mom has too. Also there has been at least a few in the past where I get an email notifying me they are randomly closing during the middle of the day because they don't have a pharmacist on staff. Which is very unreliable when you need to get your prescription.
