She redesigned the entire bathroom and it actually works out better for us. We needed a handicapped accessible bathroom and she was very conscious of making sure we were comfortable with every decision and action from beginning to end. Then we met with Eric, Brittany and Staci to go over everything from beginning to end. They all walked us through everything and how we could track daily updates. Through the process, they communicated constantly to make sure things were going good. Martin was also incredible every time he was here. He was also very conscious to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for 4 better people to work with. On the paper that I received regarding her services it states that I am able to come in within 8 weeks from the initial date to have the ink touched up or fixed for free. I have been calling once a week for five weeks now in an effort to get a touch up but no one has returned my messages or calls. It appears I will have to invest in someone else's services to fix the eyeliner because it has been noticed by coworkers and family members and is a bit embarrassing. I am sad that this is the way things have turned out.
