It doesn't sound like much but it makes me feel better knowing this because I know they are looking out for me and making sure that my meds aren't going to cause any issues with me. They value my time and that is a big deal to me. The family atmosphere is exceptional. I get calls on my birthday and to remind me that my meds are ready to refill. They have a delivery service however I don't use it. I know it's a Godsend for their elderly customers. You are a person and not a number here and that means something. Ryan and his team and second to none in caring and service. They don't have the hours of the bigger pharmacy's but being cared about is more important....it is to me and my family. This is a specialty pharmacy, so if you are coming here, they likely made the prescription in-house. When I spoke to the pharmacist before, he was very knowledgeable and talked to me like a person, not another customer in line. Everyone here is very friendly and easy-going. It seems that no one has a bad day here, because everyone is chipper and smiling. There is a great deal of parking, but they are in a odd little location, but Google maps will take you directly to their door. I do not come here often, but when I do, I always enjoy my time within the store. They also have a whole host of wholistic products to test and try and I will be looking into those the next time I go back!

If your life depends on medicine from them don't accept their delivery because they will leave you hanging and tell you all kinds of excuses as to why they can't deliver your medicine . The first time it happened my mom had just been discharged and needed her fluid pills they waited 48 hours for delivery because the doctor prescribed a 40 mg pill and all they had was a 20 . They were unable to contact the doctor and I had to contact the doctor to resolve it . The second time they left me down I called for laxatives which my mom needed desperately deliver to her house . That was 7 days ago I was surprised to find out they never were delivered and called them back and left a message last night. Still no laxatives their excuse was it wasn't prescribed so it wasn't that important , followed by we don't know who you talk to there's so many employees here, and their ultimate excuses their deliveries are made by a third party company that resides next door and it's out of their control which is what the real problem is with this Pharmacy . If you want something that's not life saving it might be great to use them to have it delivered but don't rely on them to deliver life saving medicine when you need it because they will let you down .
