We encourage customers to buy them and reuse them the next time they shop here" they only have paper bags now, that you must purchase, no plastic. Ummmm... really? On the counter I have bottles of dark hair dye, bottles of developer. The store is filled with products that contain dye and bleach. Yet they do not have plastic bags? - not even for purchase. Only paper? If a bottle leaks inside the bag in my car, a paper bag isn't going to do anything. I think they are trying to be environmentally friendly - but let's get real.. Sally's Beauty is NOT Whole Foods. The store is filled with products which all contain some pretty harsh chemicals - half of which could cause death if ingested - it's not an environmentally friendly store so stop pretending to be. It's just shows stupidity and hypocrisy by pushing these useless paper bags, acting like they care about being "green" , on customers. All for profit of course, because they are still charging you for the bag. This was my last purchase at Sally's. I'll now just get what I need on amazon. It's cheaper there anyway, and I don't have to deal with the hassle of carrying out all my items in my hands because your store doesn't have plastic bags for customers that are purchasing liquids and chemicals - which is 90 percent of what this store sells. And how cheap is management when they have to start charging customers for bags? That's just strange. I had to get BACK in line AGAIN and then had a different girl who agreed she didn't see the $10 off. She got a manager who asked the original cashier what type of coupon I had. She brushed it off saying she didn't have it anymore and went about her business. She was less than helpful. I had to return everything and it had to all get rerung up as a new order. Altogether it took an additional 25 minutes. I wish the first cashier would have looked rather than brushing off my statement that the $10 was taken off. It also would have been nice to get an apology from either the original cashier, the manager or the new girl ringing me up for this inconvenience. The store shouldn't mail me the coupons if they don't want the customers coming in using them. And they should strive for stronger customer service. It goes a long way.

My only gripe was what seemed like the store manager was arguing with an employee about a staff scheduling issue in front of customers. It may have been normal conversation for them, but unprofessional given the location of their discussion. Otherwise, I saw each of them be professional and welcoming when they were actually speaking to customers. Much to my delight, Dan was able to fit me in for a Deva cut within a few days. Prior to my visit, Denise sent me procedures for the day of my visit to ensure my safety. When I arrived, I called to say I was in the parking lot and Dan met me at the door, took my temperature and escorted me to his chair. The salon was immaculate but still maintained a homey feel. Dan and I talked through my haircut as though we had been friends forever. I asked him why he got into styling and he said he likes to make people feel beautiful. Well done Dan! Years ago it was the office of the Bucks County Democratic Committee, but is now available for more useful purposes. I stopped in to purchase vitamin K7 for me and iron for my wonderful wife. Stan was within holding court. The store isn't large, but it is generally well stocked, and he is very knowledgeable about nutrition. I told him what I needed, and he escorted me to their respective locations. Luckily, I was able to secure the last K7 in stock (strengthens the immune system) and he made sure the iron wasn't for me (can cause cardiac issues in men). I assured him that was the case and we completed our transaction. Prices were reasonable and the entire episode lasted under 15 minutes; just the amount of time offered by the limited parking zone out in front. Given the usual difficulty with Doylestown Borough parking, I knew this was my lucky day.

They offer in store pick up or 2 day delivery which is great incase you can not make it there in time, they close at 5 daily. I have opted for both in-store pick up or delivery.
