The rest of the store is clean and organized, and I find that the clerks are more friendly than than those at other stores of this type. One happily went to the stockroom to get an item for me, then even asked if I needed anything else. I have found better prices on some cleaning supplies at Pfeil's, but there are good deals with the Extracare Card.

We had a unique prescription to be filled for some medical equipment and our doctor sent the script to Marra's to be filled. I reached out to them to get set up and they not only had a wide variety of options for the equipment we needed but spoke, extensively, on each of the choices so that Mr and my wife could make a fully informed decision. Not only were they informative but they were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and funny. When I went in to pick up the equipment I was blown away by the selection and the breadth of their pharmacy. It is really impressive. Never figured I'd leave a review for a pharmacy, but here I am. 10/10, they're fabulous.

While they can deliver items directly to the hospital room within an hour or 2, most of the items they carry are not worth getting. We were handed their pamphlet and a long list of available items & prices. That list is a lie - they don't have most of what's on that list - and they won't take it back once you realize that it's a bad fit. Also, their "website" just directs you to the hospital page so you can't actually see the items they have. You're better off with the bare minimum from the hospital (walker/crutches) and getting the rest from Amazon.

Both the drive-up window and instore pickup lines are long and slow. They are understaffed but even if they had enough staff there is nowhere to put them. The physical pharmacy space itself is tiny. The retail store is large; one would think that the pharmacy would deserve larger and more efficient space. The instore waiting area is not well lit. The worst thing, though, a pharmacist there told me that Eliquis and clopidogrel (Plavix) are the same thing. They are completely different drugs and act in different ways. Be careful of any advice you get from a pharmacist there.
