The service from the lead compounding pharmacist (and everybody else I have spoken with) has been stellar; I feel comfortable that he knows what he is doing. He has gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with the final product. I really appreciate it as it is a rare medicine for a rare disorder and few compounding pharmacies want to work with it. You can pick up in the store, go thru the drive thru, or have your meds shipped (and shipping is very affordable, only $4 for 2-3 day). Unlike my old pharmacy, they do not spam my phone when my RXes are ready (thanks muchly for that! :)). Getting ahold of them is super easy, you can either call and press option 4 or text. This is the fifth compounding pharmacy I have used in more than a decade for my rare disorder and I could not be more pleased. Please support your local, independent pharmacy rather than a chain (especially evil CVS!). Thanks again!

I bought these "fresh" cheese curds that I always buy, which three days after buying had mold on them upon opening up the container. Although the Hannaford corporation is great, it was not worth it to me to drive back to the Wynantskill Hannaford to get a replacement. It makes me wonder how fresh items actually are here when the sell by date is in August. I can say that I will never shop at this location again.

That tells me that its a good place to work and that they screen employees well when hiring. . It seems drug stores have a terrific way of checking accuracy, so I never count my pills. Also I take my pills strictly as prescribed. One month I discovered a medicine running out half-way. I knew it would be hard for them to believe they made a mistake, but I had to call because the gov won't let me buy more than prescribed and without those meds I feel pretty useless. As expected, the manager found it hard to believe, but I stuck to my story, explaining that I never alter dosages etc. So he looked around furiously and came back a few minutes later with an apology. He was quite surprised to see a failure in the system... I think he muttered something about my meds being in 2 halves, and one had been overlooked. (Perhaps he verified by discovering excess meds in their inventory? I dunno!) . Anyway, its a friendly and professional staff, and I always feel that they listen well to my concerns. A top notch pharmacy IMO. I go there each month, so that's one mistake out of 120+ visits... probably much worse than their normal ratio, too.

The woman that was at the counter was now leaving and the clerk was still there as I step up to the counter she left and walked over to the white male customer.
