My prescriptions are often not ready when I get there. They are sent in, I get a text, and I go the next day and the prescription is not ready for pick up. They have been out of my prescriptions and I have had to wait over a week. read more

It's a busy place but they are the nicest people who work there! The pharmacy staff have been excellent, even through Covid. I've stood in line and watch people be nasty to them and abusive, yet somehow they still manage to smile for the next person. I highly recommend Walgreens at this location, simply based on the people. read more

There were two people in front of us for a COVID vaccine. Two full hours later he got his shot. They claimed it was a lack of computers, but it was at least a half hour after we passed the register stage of checking in. Jfc this place is archaically slow. read more

Really disappointed in how difficult it is to get a flu shot here. I made an appointment online for 10:30. Showed up at 10:15, and was told they "don't do appointments" was then told to come back in an hour. Came back in an hour about 11:15... was told there were 4 people now in front of me and to come back in another hour. I pushed back, because no one can spend all day coming back to Walgreens every hour. Finally got a flu shot after 2 hours of waiting. Sounds like they need to get with corporate and figure out how to keep customers from signing up for appointments if they don't actually offer any. read more

I went to get an eye drop medication for my mom. Problem was, I used GoodRX coupon which was$8.38 for 10 ml of eye drop medication. I asked one of the cashier staff, they had 60 ml package and the price will come with $53.76. I said ok, because I thought it's bigger container that why it's more expensive. The medication I got only 60 of 0.2 ml of single use containers for for a total of 12ml. I have to pay more than it costs and medication can not be returned. The staff that I talked to, she was not helpful at all. She just said because one of the staff didn't know it's not 60 ml. read more

I have attached a photo that was taken right outside the entrance of Walgreens. This is what every single customer passed by on their way in and their way out. I am not sure Walgreens can continue to say they are on the corner of Healthy and Happy. It's more like they are on the corner of lazy and not caring! Inside around the register it was a mess and employees were standing around talking to each other. There seems to be a real management issue here that needs to be addressed. A small hiccup in our transaction and we had to wait a bit longer and she took it upon herself to make the situation as good as it could be. She was very professional and genuinely kind. There are many things not to like about this store Their reward program isn't very inclusive-if something is on sale, rewards dont apply, The items they exclude seem random. CVS does such better job with their rewards. As for prescriptions-I have mine filled there because it's my suppplemental insurance plan that' required it. Recently 3+ days ago I put in for two RX refills Checked on line today and it says order received. We will begin working on it. End of day today still nothing. I called the corporate customer care line and they transferred me to someone that could hear. Except she couldn't. She said I should contact the store. My usual experience trying to call the store gets me nowhere. Usually have to put it on speaker while the robot tells me how many are ahead of me. When it was h turn it rang and rang for about two minutes then line went dead. I went through that all again and same thing happened. I know they are super busy bu they cause their own problems. They should not be doing flu or Covid vax if they don't have people enough to tend to their RX business Because of the clinic they gave also opened later-9 instead of 6. For Pete's sake hire a nurse to do the clinics. There is just poor management in the pharmacy and there is a lack of organization. And for goodness sake hire some to just answer the phone. Better stil have voicemail. Also an email address wouldn't hurt-but they probably don't want to hear fro us. And in case the staff reads this and thinks I don't understand what they go through on a daily basis-I won't in a pharmacy for 30+ years. read more

I'm so disappointed in this Walgreen's and will continue to shop across the street at CVS rather than subjecting myself to the incredibly poor customer service that this Walgreens is known for. I brought in pictures for one hour photo, I was given the time of 7pm for pick up. I got back at 7:30pm to pick up the pictures. After several minutes of standing at the counter waiting for the woman to finish her tasks (which didn't happen) I asked if my pictures were ready. She said no, I told you to come back at 7:27. I indicated that it was now actually 7:30, and she said yeah it will really be closer to 8pm. All this while she continued to perform other various tasks behind the counter without ever making eye contact. The complete lack of understanding for customer service was astounding. I decided to wait a day to go back as I couldn't stand another encounter with this individual. I get there today and there are 2 women behind the counter, one is checking out a customer and the other is kneeling on the ground with her head on the counter complaining about how long the day has been and wondering who is coming in next shift. Without even looking at me she wanders off in search of who knows what and leaves the other woman to check the customers out. Even the woman who checked me out seemed less than enthusiastic about the process. All of these encounters made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience. I always like to be accommodating and so will not inconvenience these women ever again. read more

Stay away and go to cvs down the street. They don't lose prescriptions and then get mad at you when you try to pick them up. They have done this three times now out of three prescriptions. I go in looking for copper grill pads and can not find them. I ask an elderly lady that was at the checkout where I could find them. After repeating myself four times and even describing them, she said she didn't know if they had them. When I asked her if there was someone that would know, she said maybe I could find them at Home Depot. I decided at that point I was no longer going to do business in this store and left. There are other places I can spend money and with any luck will have competent employees. read more

This is positively, without a doubt, the WORST pharmacy I've ever been in. Probably the worst store, period. All they had to do was put a box into a bag for me, not even count pills, and it took 4 hours the first time, 6 hours the second time and 6.5 hours the third time. I went to the drive through and they just let cars wait at the window for their prescriptions; as long as it takes!! I was waiting behind someone for 15 minutes before I went inside. While I waited inside, I saw that same car sit there for another 20 minutes with other kinds lined up behind, maybe with their items already ready. Aside from the ludicrous waiting, the staff have been exceptionally rude. I tried to be as polite as I could possibly be, so much so that I felt like some fake southern belle on a Lifetime movie, when I asked if it was a particularly busy time and if I should try a different time of day next month. The woman said, in a very snotty voice, "It's only been ten minutes." I wasn't talking about since I was waiting in line to talk to her!!!! When I clarified that I meant since I first put in my prescription, before I did needless errands in the area to wait, she said, "Well what time was that?" Do the math!!!! I said it had been six hours; so, now minus six hours! This Walgreens is so unbearable that it has become a benchmark that my friends and I use to describe other things. I called on Monday to inquire if my Rx was in stock or if it'd need to be ordered. The pharmacy tech told me that as long as I dropped off the written Rx by 2pm, it'd be ordered & ready the next day. On Tuesday, my Dr signed my Rx so I picked it up & dropped it off at Walgreens at 1pm. At 11pm (when I was trying to sleep), my phone rang & it was the pharmacist telling me that my med wasn't in stock & they'd have to order it. I reiterated my conversation I had with the pharmacy tech about how if it was dropped off before 2pm it'd be ordered & ready the next day. Wednesday morning I get a text msg from Walgreens stating my Rx wasn't ready. I called & was told they didn't have the med in stock. I reiterated the previous conversations I had. Supposedly they're ordering it today & it'll be there tomorrow but I'm heading out of town & will be out of my med. I'm extremely unhappy & will be looking into switching pharmacies. read more
