I called back simply to ask when the doctor would be available so I could speak with them directly. Once again, Bill said he was too busy to tell me when the doctor would be back and hung up on me a second time. There is no excuse for treating patients or their families this way. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from any medical office. Based on this experience, I will not be bringing my daughter back.

We have been adding to our collection of Simon Pearce glass and artistry for more than 30 years. Our home is modern rather than traditional, and we've discovered that many Simon Pearce pieces complement a contemporary setting beautifully. Every piece we own holds a special place in our hearts and is often admired by our guests. Simon Pearce is also our go-to source for gifts for special people, new-home gifts, and weddings. Framer not in shop, they order frame to send to her off-site. 3. Took over 5 weeks to get the framed work -clerk told me 2-3 wks (had logistical excuses). 4. Framer didn't score the glass right, one edge wasn't clean. They charged a premium. 5. Didn't offer to fix; when I asked (since I'm paying $73), clerk had to text framer off-site and see IF she would fix it. 6. She would, but won't get to it until after 10/21 (whenever convenient for her). No delivery date. Since it's my diploma in a hostage situation, I had to endure. They messed up, charged a lot, no customer service/regret/communication (didn't call when it was going to take longer the first time), wasn't going to rush to correct a mistake. I called a week after 10/21 and they had no idea when I'll get my framed diploma; like I was bothering them by asking questions. 8 weeks of painful experience.
