Vaccine Shots: If this isn't the worst place in Texas to get your vaccine shots it is easily in the top three. We scheduled a time on line and arrived as requested 15 minutes early to complete our paperwork.....which we had tried to do at the time we made our appointments. We also tried to check in for our appointment using their QR code when we arrived. The QR code did not allow us to check in......we had to flag down one of the 4 people running back and forth behind the counter and it still took them over an hour after our scheduled appointment to provide us with our shots. If I ever enter this store in the future, I hope someone shoots me. read more

Good Afternoon, I was in the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. There was a little old lady in front of us using a walker around 3:30pm 2/17/2022. The cashier young heavy set white female. Was so rude to the older lady she had her in tears. My husband helped her with the app for Good-RX so the lady could pay for her prescriptions that where around $73 dollars and Good-RX brought it down to around $33. The little cashier was not going to let the lady use it until several people in the line spoke up in her defense. When we asked the cashier. She stated she is a pharmacist and don't have to advise or help people try to save money. (I am pretty sure she was only a cashier, I have never had a pharmacist be that rude) Really, then why do people work in positions where they are supposed to be the specialist and help people in need. Hope she really feels good about herself making an elderly lady cry. I was raised to respect my elders. It is a crying shame how the younger people of today act and treat others. read more

I've been going to this Walgreens for 5 years, but my family will now be shifting to the nearby CVS. As I walked back to the pharmacy, I passed a young employee talking to her manager. Both had masks, but the younger employee had hers covering only her chin- leaving her mouth and nose uncovered. I stopped and commented on whether covering only the chin was protective... and got a noncommittal reply. I was surprised the Manager didn't instruct the employee to wear her mask appropriately. After picking up my Prescription - I saw the same employee walking an aisle with still only her chin covered. As I assume this reflects the care this Management team enforces at this store, I will transfer my prescriptions to CVS as soon as possible and not frequent this Walgreens again read more

Went in for a job interview never heard back so I called and Michael told me due to payroll issues they could not extend the position. Either was lied to or they realized they were over staffed after making an effort for an interview. Just be honest and follow up when people are genuinely trying to get a job. read more

I am in town from Hurricane Ida evacuation. So already totally stressed. Pharmacist would not fill my prescription sent in by my doctor. Then she proceeds to lecture me about the danger of the meds I am on. Totally made me feel like a loser. Last time I checked you are not my doctor. Withdrawing cold turkey from this medication can cause seizures but did not care then proceeded to hang up on me. Talk about kick ya when ya down. I have been a customer for over 25 years. I have never been so humiliated and I have been on the same medicine regiment for over 12 years with no issue. Thanks for nothing and if I have a seizure, it will be my attorney calling. I have had medication refills across the country at many Walgreens. I know the process, she could over ride it but refused to help during this difficult time. Horrible read more

I came to pick up my prescription through drive through and the manager Michael Garrison, was very very rude he yelled at me and never even helped with the prescription, and the only thing I was trying to do was get my medication I can't understand how you can treat someone like this that's a customer that spends their money here all the time, and the line was very long I stood there for about 45 mins. This Walgreens pharmacy used to be wonderful!! The staff were so friendly and attentive and accommodating. There seems to have been a management change and things like customer service have tanked! The biggest issue as I see it is communication. I've been promised a prescription would be ready, only to find out that it was out of stock, and on a couple of occasions, I didn't find out that the medication was out of stock until the weekend when, obviously, my doctor was unreachable. The pharmacy staff could not have sounded less interested or like they cared any less. Oh yes, by all means don't stress yourselves, it's just a medication I need to take every day, no worries that you don't have any and didn't tell me on a day when I could contact my doctor to do something different and it might just impact my health negatively. Walgreens, do better. I get it that you may run out of meds and they didn't come in the your delivery, but let's take some refresher courses on customer service. Worst Walgreens Pharmacy ever! The employees are nice, but the this pharmacy is so incredibly inefficient that it is surprising they are still in business. Willis doesn't have many choices for pharmacies so that must be why. Both inside and the drive-thru are the slowest I have EVER experienced. Even our doctor's office expressed their frustration with this Walgreens as they make many mistakes and are so ridiculously slow. If you have all day and do not require a competent pharmacy, this location is for you! read more

Customer service has always been good however they really use more staff to help with the long lines. It doesn't matter if it's drive through or inside, the line is 10 deep with ONE person working the counter. Only once did I see a MOD come to assist the pharmacy. read more

First time using this pharmacy. BIG MISTAKE!!! They have had my prescription since October 18th. When I called today( October 29th) to see when I could pick up my prescription, the Pharmacist said she needed more information from the doctor!!! REALLY??? Why they haven't called the doctor by now is beyond me. I wish I had read the reviews before having my doctor send it there. I will never use them again but until I see my doctor next month, I'm stuck. I have to go without my prescription for 3 days. I have severe problems with my back. You can bet that if it was their grandmother, they would make sure they filled it on time. They wouldn't leave their family member in excruciating pain while waiting for surgery. read more

If you're going to get the Covid vaccine, go to the Kroger next door. I waited for an hour at Walgreens for my first shot. Went back to get the 2nd one and the wait would've been longer. Went to Kroger, walked up and got the shot within 5 minutes. Kroger's system and people are organized. Walgreens shouldn't even be offering immunizations. Day and night difference between these organizations at these locations. read more

Went to Walgreens in Willis about 7:30 am Thursday ,was in a hurry . Got a fast reply to help at perfume and makeup counter. Turned out to be the stores manager. He did a excellent job helping me make right selection. Good to see a boss who gets in and helps out where needed. read more

I sent in my disposable camera about a month ago and never received anything back about it and i was worried they might have lost it or something but i do understand with the pandemic things are running a little slower. At first they were unable to find my camera but I left my number with a man working there and shortly after I left he called me and told me they found my camera and that he apologized. When i went in i ended up buying the prints but after looking over them, they turned out awful and maybe 9/24 photos were not completely fuzzy and dark, so he kindly refunded my money, let me keep the photos and apologized again. I really appreciated him recognizing the problem and refunding my money. read more

The pharmacist seems to think she can tell you what doctor you can see. She refused to fill a prescription from a doctor (a very highly respected doctor) on the south side of Houston, because she, and I quote "I don't know this doctor and you need to change to a local doctor". I was not aware that a pharmacist could decide which doctor a customer could go to. In addition, if a cancer patient, being treated in Houston came in, would she also refuse their medication because "the doctor isn't local"? I have been using Walgreens since they opened this store, but I believe I will find another. read more

My wife being sick and the doctor calling Walgreen by mistake after 5: pm we received a voice mail from WG's that they were trying to contact our insurance cause they didn't have all of her info. I called them and after 12.5 minutes they picked up. I asked if they could transfer the scripts to Kroger, which we use and has our info. Welp Yelp, I was told "Kroger would have to call us." I said they said the phone never gets answered, it took over 12 minutes for me. She said they were busy which I replied so were they. Her reply? "Kroger would have to call us." So I said that's it then I guess I'll take her to the hospital. Her reply? "Kroger would have to call us." As I was telling her "Saying the same thing 3 times doesn't fix the problem - oh, can I bring in her insurance card?" she was speaking over me saying....."Kroger would have to call us." I ignored the 4th time and ran down with the card and got her the scripts. I would like to point out that if on the voice mail they suggested to bring in the updated insurance card...well let's just say this is the customer service that SOP in Houston. read more
