THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PHARMACY ONLY This place is terrible. I'm writing the review after moving all my prescriptions to HEB pharmacy. Yesterday, I was there to pick up my prescriptions after having received multiple messages and calls about my prescriptions being ready, but when I got there was anything ready? NOPE. They didn't believe that I had received calls and messages, the girl at the counter kept trying to check call history and when I showed her my phone, she's snatched my phone to read the messages. She said the prescriptions had be put back because i hadn't collected them within ten days. Her name was Danjina or Jandina or something like that. Train her Walgreens!!! My first message was on the 15th. Most of the staff is rude there. They once told me they were out of my birth control only for another pharmacist to step in and say it's ok, we have some for you. WTF!! I picked up five prescriptions from them on a monthly basis and I'd have to go in five different times all within the same week, why couldn't they be consolidated? One of the calls I received, a girl asked me if i was interested in picking up my prescription, what do you think???? I went in, nothing was ready. They wouldn't give me my birth control until it was a whole month, but the supply was a 28-day supply. I could go on and on and on. Just don't go there. read more

I just spent $10 on a bag of candy for Halloween and it is in terrible shape. I'm guessing they do not use a supplier with refrigerated truck so the candy is melted and discolored. read more

The doctor called in the prescription. My mom has cancer & diabetes "Lydia" became very short with me when I provided the information they needed. Keeping a sick women without medication because you need to know "how many times she's tested a day, which I already provided. Hilda was filling the prescription dident bother telling me how the call went to the doctors team and kept me waiting. This is really sad that Walgreens is treating patients that way when the order was clearly sent in by the doctor stating she needed testing strips. My mom needs antibiotics by IV at 5PM today. It takes an hour to come to room temp before administration. Her meds will now be late due to the negligence of this staff. I take her health very seriously and this is completely unacceptable... if I was notified information was missing and the call dident go well I would have called the doctor immediately.. instead I'm waiting here ignored. I hope this place learns how to treat customers.... They stated my Dr. Needed to call a number and the number they gave him stated the pharmacy was closed... They finally called my Dr. a direct call and it was worked out in a couple minutes.... This should not have taken over an hour........ I'm also contacting the board of directors regarding this incident. read more

Appointments for vaccines are a joke here. I don't know if they are disorganized or what. We completed paperwork online, arrived 10 minutes early, gave them our IDs and insurance info, and 45 minutes later we are still waiting. And the pharmacy is not especially busy with people in line to pick up their prescriptions. Go to another location! read more

Time to update and upgrade this Walgreens. I don't come here often but when I do I'm Always treated well and helped in a very professional manner. Many women may not know this but chemically speaking there is not that much difference in many high end fancy packaged departments store make up and lesser expensive drug store make ups. There are a few exceptions only. You might learn this if your major was in pharmaceuticals. I have become partial to 2 department store brands. Other than that I am Not a big makeup person. I've never been. So there are basic lip liners, mascaras, foundation and blush that I purchase at drug stores. Same results but lesser price. This store actually has a full time or 2 ladies that just help people with their makeup. They do carry a lot of makeup also. They usually leave around 7pm. Being the night owl I am sometimes I come in past 7 pm. My last visit I had the wonderful Selina help me. It was a slow night. They had many makeup sales and I needed my basics....All of them, but I wanted the best deal and I wanted to know if there were any new products amongst the brands I used. Selina was the cashier but also helped me purchase everything I needed and any new items in my product lines I liked. She found me so many wonderful makeup items on sale. I'm set up for probably 6 months. She used all the appropriate coupons we could use. Some items had multiple coupons. It was a great feeling seeing that receipt go down with all the coupons including my Walgreens Card. The most wonderful thing about my shopping experience was Selina's knowledge and beautiful personality :)! Someone seriously needs to give this wonderful lady a promotion! I can tell she's very good at multitasking professionally and is a smart people person. I've never had a bad experience at this store. I do not use their pharmacy so I can't comment. Also they are still a tester store for many new potato chip and other snack products. Love a deal especially when they're easy to get. Parking is plentiful and free in their large parking lot. read more

Worst customer service. Don't go through the drive-through. It'll take you at least 20 to 30 minutes. I usually walk in because they don't pay any attention to the drive-through. Had a bad experience with Kayla. She was much more interested in getting lunch and talking to other people than finishing my prescription. She walked away and I had to, ask what the holdup was. She quickly snapped back, I have to talk to the pharmacist and I told you that. They really don't seem very interested in helping customers. Would avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Kayla is very good at rolling her eyes, barely acknowledging your presence and avoiding customers. If these are good qualities for an employee, you should hire her. read more

I wish I could put minus (-) stars on this place. It really sucks, attention is terrible and they don't care about your time or if you are a patient. There is a blonde haired guy at the Pharmacy department that is literally a turd! Hope he gets fired soon! read more

After 25 minutes of waiting to somebody pick up the phone they just hang up. So yeah do not recommend them.

Don't, just don't! This pharmacy is dreadful. They caused me a medical issue that sent me to the doctor because they couldn't manage to fill my prescription after the 5 days they had to fill it. Inept and don't care. read more

Worst pharmacy EVER! My prescription was sent in at 9am this morning. I called multiple times during the day to see if it as ready, and every time I was told that it was in "process". I finally just went up to the store at 7pm even though I hadn't received a call that it was ready; only to be yelled at by the pharmacy that they have been too busy with Covid shots and filling prescriptions for people that are really sick!! This pharmacy used to be one of the best before corporate took it over. Now I cannot get a prescription filled the same day or get them filled before vacation. They say it's too soon and then they text you the next day (after you are out of town) to say they are ready. It takes at least 3 days to get a prescription filled, which is not good customer service. Then you pick up your prescription and it is in a huge bottle which could hold 3 times as many as what is in the bottle. Too busy giving shots to take care of customers. read more

When it was my turn, they close the window and told me they are in break time now. they didn't care how long you have been waiting. This place don't know what is call customer service! read more

Walgreens, like insurance mandated CVS is not on my best Pharmacy list.. Discharged from hospital after a week and I needed my two antibiotics filled. Stopped in with 3 scripts and insurance card. Immediately informed Tech that insurance was the same company as my husband had with previous employer, but that the Group Number was different and gave him the card. He informed me one script could be purchased OTC, however I knew insurance would be less. Nevermind, I went ahead and bought it OTC. I just wanted to get home. When it was time to pay for my other scripts, the Tech informed me the antibiotics were not covered since they weren't in my formulary. Well, I went ahead and paid the $65.00 & left. Next day, I called my insurance company and those scripts HAD NOT been processed by Walgreens on the night before. I called Walgreens back to let them know and they asked me to bring my receipt and they would refund me. Additionally, one of the scripts was written incorrectly by the Hospitalist and I called the hospital about it. They looked into it and the Hospitalist that night. He called in the correct amount of capsules on the one script in error to Target CVS. So, Walgreens couldn't refund that one script because the Hospitalist called in a corrected script to the mandated Pharmacy Insurance "forces" us to use. I had only one day left to refill and Walgreens said they could not refund me because we picked that script up already at Tomball Target CVS. Their error and still can't own up to it...by error I mean not running it through the insurance I gave them the card for. Always has been poor service here..I guess some things remain the same. read more

I grab my stuff & set it on the counter she doesn't say a word. & as a former employee @ another walgreens i like to make my customers feel welcome. this lady stared at me up & down for what ever reason ?? the customers were nicer than her lol read more

I have to manage several prescriptions for my husband and live here part time, so it can be challenging at times. This pharmacy staff is so easy to work with and always so helpful. I truly appreciate the extra effort and assistance I receive on a regular basis. read more

Once again I was told that my prescription would be ready in an hour and when I returned was told that they had to order the prescription and it would take 2 days. The customer service is terrible. I'm moving to CVS read more

All Walgreens are not created equally. I stopped by this Drugstore just before closing and rather than getting attitude - I was welcomed, directed right to what I was looking for sent on my way with a genuine smile. The store was clean, well stocked and is very conveniently located in The Woodlands. read more

I am appalled at the customer service at this Walgreens location. I arrived to pick up a prescription in person and waited 25+minutes (not the issue). There were two ladies working and neither acknowledged my presence the entire time. There was one man in front of me being helped by one of the two employees. Only one person came through the drive thru the entire time I was waiting so I asked if I should go through to be served and/or acknowledged. I continued to wait in person and when I was being served they were short and crass. There was no apologies and the demeanor of both employees was unapologetically rude. I work in the customer service industry and this is unacceptable for any business. read more

Store is conveniently located at Gosling & Research Forest - like everything else in The Woodlands it is hidden behind the trees. This store has a very friendly staff, I am always greeted when I visit this store. The store always has good instock condition of merchandise. It is a very clean store and it is a very quick and easy in and out. read more

Pharmacy is horrible. "Maria" was so rude at drive thru she would not come to window to speak but spoke thru a microphone at a distance after realizing she messed up on my Child's medicine. Very, very rude. Transferred to CVS and could not be happier. I used to love Walgreens. read more

Seriously all other service is great, but the pharmacy is pathetic. Every time I need my prescription filled they treat me as if I have never been there before and I'm here at least once a month. I don't understand why my insurance information cannot be saved? I shouldn't have to pay four hundred dollars because idiots are lazy and can't get their shit straight. This is seriously the only Walgreens I've ever had problems with, and for some reason they refuse to send my prescription to another Walgreens. read more

Decided to stock up on a few longer term needs to take advantage of an opportunity to earn 5,000 additional points. The points never rang up at check-out. Both the clerk and the shift manager agreed I should have received the points, but in nearly 10 minutes were unable to fix the issue. They suggested I return at a later date. After the frustration with both the situation and inconveniencing multiple other customers, I finally gave up and left. Don't advertise something if your system doesn't recognize it. If there are problems, ensure the staff on duty have the knowledge to resolve the issue. Very frustrated...I just became a loyal CVS customer. read more

I just moved down here from New England, and I have to say; the service in Texas is terrible! For a long time I was an avid CVS shopper, within the last year I started conforming to Walgreens. Now, I will go back to CVS. I went in this afternoon around 5 pm. There was only one gal on the cash registers, who had a line of 6-7 shoppers and no help to be seen. I was there to pick up photographs I had ordered from the online website (over $60 worth for around 225 pictures, which I was excited for because CVS wouldn't do 4x4 photos). I was standing at the desk for about 5 minutes, not too bad, but still not good, and finally a woman came by. She was nice, she rang me up and got me out of there. I (mistakenly) didn't think i had anything to worry about because I had taken all the photos of my social media and computer drive; so I knew they were high quality and clear. Once I got home to start my project, I took out the photos and saw they printed some of my 4x4s as 4x6 and vice versa. Also, my photos were extremely dark, and the quality of the pictures was terrible!!! I called Walgreens immediately, and the girl who answered sounded like she didn't know anything about this whatsoever (long drawn out pauses, and ignorant responses). She told me it was probably my fault; that even though they look right on my computer, I still should edit them on their website. I told her that my pictures had looked just fine on their website, so she told me to come by tomorrow at 9 am and MAYBE they could fix them. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. read more

I Love this store! This has got to be the friendliest " Walgreens" around town......... the staff is just terrific! I shop all my cosmetics here ever since #7 cosmetics were added to their line.....And Norma is wonderful......so skilled in helping you select just the right shade..........and just the best salesperson!!!!!! I might add that the great management by Mr Bock has alot to do with why I shop here........He comes from behind closed doors to meet and greet his customers..........Awsome management skills.............He is a man that knows how to do a better job of serving his customers. I own my own business so I watch how small as well as large businesses are managed...........and always a hands on , personal approach is best. Five stars is all I could give, but if I could....... it would have been a "TEN". read more
