My mother called the pharmacy at 825pm on 11-21-24 and was on hold up until three minutes closing time, when everyone knows that the pharmacy doesn't closes until 9pm!!!!! She was trying to get a script filled and for them not to answer the phone and just leave it on hold up until three minutes before closing is a disgrace and disgusting to the patient's in the need of their meds!! He has renewed my FAITH in mankind THANK YOU !!!! He has tried so many times to get the Dr to authorize my son's medication and has communicated with me the entire time!! Pharmacist woman is a complete B. The man pharmacist is cool. I was told after under 2-3 mins to move from the drive thru as I was holding the line only with one car behind me. I was picking up a prescription for my mom and had her on phone trying to figure out the correct day. Not only was she rude but she threatened me with police for not moving my car. I've been behind other customers for waaaaay longer. These women are horrible and losers. They hate their job and take it out on others. No wonder there reviews are so bad. Never going back there after being threatened for no reason. I will be calling walgreen HQ to report this woman and she was in wrong and didn't even look into dates. They were busy and treated me like crap. Don't go here they screw everything up, I've had many problems with dates and they end up filling it but take it personal. Customer is always right, these hoes are whack, all of them not just pharmacist. Shit rolls down hill, so the boss makes these people miserable and horrible people As far as customer service! I really wish I couldn't leave one star. There should be a separate person filling prescriptions for patients who just had surgical procedures done. To be told to come back later to pick up a prescription after having a dental procedure done is very disappointing and alarming. This is highly inconvenient and adding stress to an already stressful day. read more

The drive thru pharmacy is ran in a ridiculous fashion, they wait on each individual person and only move them up one at a time even if they're just waiting on a prescription to get filled. So you end up waiting forever even if yours is ready to go when they could easily just ask them to pull around. Also COVID tests are scheduled as well and they don't really plan for these individuals, as I myself have had several tests and was not once seen on time as I'm always waiting behind someone who is just sitting in their car waiting for their prescription to get filled. read more

I went into the store to purchase cigarettes and pick up a photo order. When getting to the cash register, I asked the cashier for a pack of cigarettes and the cashier asked me for ID. I have been a customer in this particular store for over 9 years, and in all that time have never once been asked for ID except to pick up a prescription order. Instead of explaining the change in store policy the cashier called the assistant store manager over. He asked what the issue was.. It was explained and he went on to explain that I would need my ID to purchase cigarettes and there had been a change in store policy. Needless to say I did get annoyed, but not because of the cigarettes. Because of the way the manager was speaking to me. He was speaking to me like I was not capable of understanding that there was a change in store policy and all customers needed to provide ID for purchasing tobacco products. And not only was he speaking to me like I was an idiot, he did it in front of several other customers in the store, causing me embarrassment. Apparently this store manager needs a lesson in customer service and how to speak to people. Walgreens has lost a loyal customer. I will be taking my prescriptions and other business to another pharmacy for now on! read more

I ran into this drug to get a Soft drink and was delighted to find they had glass bottle Cokes. It left a bad taste in my mouth however when, after asking for a bottle opener, I was told I would have to BUY one to open. Left without spending any $ and won't ever go back. I have taken a prescriptions three times in the last four months to this Walgreens to have them sent to the Leland Walgreens so it will be ready for pickup on my way home from work. All three time this would have given the Leland Walgreens six to seven hours to fill the prescription. The first time the perscription was not at the Leland store and the excuse was we have been having issue with the system , sorry. They had to contact store one and then fill the perscription. 45 minutes later I was on my home.. The second time no perscription at the Leland store and it was sorts like oh well "it" happens. They had to contact store one and @ an hour later I was heading home)-: So I asked how I could be assured that the fax has gotten from one store to another. I was told to get a confirmation. Third time, I waited in line felling good that I had gotten my confirmation that the perscription had been sent to the store in Leland. But no perscription was waiting for me just a well I don't know what to tell you we didn't get anything for you. I pulled out my confirmation and was told it didn't mean a thing, we'll have to call store one. After standing at the counter for @ five minutes I heard we are fourth in row to talk to store one to get your prescription. Once again between waiting in line, the call to store one and filling the perscription I waited @ 45 minutes again. Once again they faulted the "system". Sorry customer service!!!! read more
