I had to call him repeatedly for 3 days to try and find out what he diagnosed. This is very bad business for the customer to have to try and track down the business owner for the results. Made based to anybody having problems with their microwave unless the microwave is over $500 just replace it by the time you have somebody diagnostic and repair it, you are in the $450 range. Matthew, that worked with me was very professional and arrived on time. He explained everything well and finished it in a timely matter within an hour so I was pleased the last estimate he gave me to fix. It was a little bit more than what I wanted to pay for a new one, but such is good labor, and service. If you need to have something repaired, I recommend these guys if you can't afford it just bypass it and see about fixing yourself.

Two weeks later, I was told the motherboard was fine and that they had replaced the charging port, but the cord pin was broken, so they ordered a new one. A week later, I went in and it was the wrong size. They ordered the right one. A week later, I went in and picked up the new charging cord. It didn't work. Brought the cord and laptop back in and was told a week later that the motherboard was bad and a replacement would be nearly the price of a new laptop. I was literally without a laptop for nearly a month and a half. Today, my daughter mentioned she had her laptop fixed by another tech place in town called The Rex Tech, which is literally across the street from El-Genes. I rushed my laptop in, they flushed the BIOS twice, found me a cord and I was in and out in 2 hours with a working laptop.
