This fellow is nice enough, but not particularly professional. Staff is also friendly with a homespun feel. I sat in his chair for a procedure, and he told me he could't do the procedure because my teeth need to be cleaned first, and he doesn't have time to do that. He or his staff could've mentioned this when we scheduled the appointment, but they did not. I was disappointed I'd have to make a second trip, but I was easy going about it. "Fair enough. Let's get me scheduled for a cleaning, and then we'll reschedule the procedure no problem." Then, he told me he needs to charge me for the visit when literally all he did was tell me I needed a cleaning. I politely raised the question to the staff as I was checking out. "I'm confused. Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. There are much better options nearby by professional, courteous dentists. Stay away from Walker! read more

I saw both Dr Becky and Dr Gary and they were both very upbeat, friendly, and personable. They were very talented and I often got compliments about how great my teeth looked. When putting in a filling, they matched it so you could not tell that there was a filling on that tooth. They can do it all...from root canals to dental implants. The office staff is so kind and caring that they make you feel you are family. The gals who clean your teeth make you feel your teeth are the best in the practice. The office is cheerful and beautifully decorated ...with gorgeous flowers and recent magazines to read and coffee. I had my first appointment with Dr. Gary a couple to few years ago when I had really bad tooth pain in one of my front teeth. I was pretty sure at the time that I needed a root canal, and I didn't have a dentist. I hadn't been to the dentist in years. A coworker recommended Dr. Gary, and they got me in that day. From that point, I could tell that everyone at Walker dentistry was very thorough, and Dr. Gary was determined to make sure the job was done perfectly. From that point, I made him my dentist. I've seen him for some dental work that was needed (I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and I really do not take the best care of my teeth), I've had regular cleanings, and his whole staff is thorough and positive. They are all very concerned with your comfort. They don't make you feel bad if your teeth and gums aren't in top shape, but they give you the information and the options to have the best oral health. I had my athletic mouthguard made here, and it was around $60. Other teammates dentists charged double or even triple that amount. They also let me keep the mold, so I'm sure the next will be cheaper. My mouthguard is the best, fits perfectly. I can wistle, talk, and drink water with it in. I live in Florida and visit family in Fishers every summer. Over Labor Day I lost a crown and needed a dentist right away. After an internet search, I decided to call Dr. Walker's office as he advertised one day crowns. It was the best decision I ever made. The staff was extremely caring and got me in next day. I have been moving a lot the last few years and hadn't established a regular dentist in Florida, so decided to get a full check up while there which exposed a full gamut of issues. Dr. Walker was excellent at explaining what the X-rays showed and a possible treatment plan. Over the course of the next 31/2 weeks, I had lots of work done in the most caring and efficient way I have ever experienced at a dental office. All the staff make you feel like family. Dr. Walker was great & has the most up to date technology which gave me great results I'm so proud of now. He and his staff are outstanding and I will return to Indiana for regular check ups with him as my regular dentist. read more
