The billing department also offers help and good customer service. Also, their equipment and installers are very patient and are able to offer good suggestions.

I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.

I've finally had it and shopped for a different internet provider, except we only have AT&T and Spectrum. AT&T Fiber wasn't available in my area. It wasn't until reading up on local companies, that I discovered Net NV. I wasn't keen on wireless since I am used to wired connections and I needed a stable connection, but I was at my limit and decided to try them out. Boy, am I glad I did. I made an appointment late in the night, and they contacted me in the morning saying that they were able to come the day of since they had a spot open. I wanted the 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps internet service level, but the technician mentioned it depends on the line of sight to their towers so he let me know what was available after he got down from the roof. Turns out my location was within the range and I was able to get what I requested, yay! It is $89 a month for my internet service level. The Setup Fee was $99 dollars. Payment can be made online through their portal. Friendly communication, service, and great staff. Switch if you can! Also, you can see the status of their services at https://netnv.statuspage.io/

I truly appreciate that he cares enough about his business and his customers to reach out and make things right. It is clear this small business is working hard to stand out against competitors. I respect the effort and am glad to see they have a commitment to customer service.

(Suddenlink is on the other side of my street, but does not serve my address which is frustrating) Been a customer for 4 months and have only had 2 outages. Both were extreme weather related and were caused by Oasis' connection to the main backbone. Their radio equipment and setup at my home has been rock solid. It is very expensive relative to a major metro ISP but getting unlimited bandwidth at a reliable 50 Mbps down / 15 up via radio frequency in a mountainous valley to serve a tiny customer-base is no easy feat (from either a technical or a business perspective). They are supportive of both non technical users and techies alike (who want to use their own modem/router). I don't need 100% uptime, and I do use it for work (video conferencing), but I NEED to know if an outage occurs if its on their side or something with my equipment. In both outage situations I received prompt emails about the status of the outage, informing me of the cause and estimated ETA to resolve. In these cases I can just tether on my phone. Both cases were resolved before the estimated ETA to resolve which generates a lot of confidence that they take these resolution ETAs very seriously. Overall a happy customer. It will be very interesting to see their reaction to Star Link in the future, which promises greater bandwidth at a much lower cost via satellite. Star Link is still in Beta and may be 12-18 months away from full roll-out with 99%+ uptime.
